I visited here 1/2 hour before they closed.I called and they allowed me to come in and sit down to dinner! The restaurant is inside the casino. They took our temp before we entered. We received timely service and werent rushed and the waiters were friendly and kind even a little humorous! The food was pretty good although I think it would have been better if we had come before closing. I ordered crabcakes that were a little too soft for me but tasty. The fries were too oily. The other plate was fish and potatoes and it was delicious! Also a salad that was good. I will go back again! There was a bar as well that looked very sophisticated, stylish and clean! Also the waiters were following sanitizing rules as well and wearing .

They are really on top of handing the virus very well. Tables and everything are open and running strong. You get your hands sanitized when you buy in at a table each time. Everything is VERY clean.

I agree with many of the reviews here. They are doing an excellent job of keeping things clean. The sports bar is awesome and there are many food and beverage options within the casino itself. However the table game prices generally seem very high, and I thought they were high before they reopened but that was like a bargain compared to now. They are quick to raise table minimums to $50+ which, even for the location seems very steep.

Very clean. 1 of the better casinos we had visited during our 4 day trip. Changed dealers every 2 hrs if not before on card tables. Offered hand sanitizer everytime money was exchanged. Bathrooms very clean. Only stayed about 4 hrs as we were just passing by. Would definitely go to this casino again.

Temperature screening prior to entering building - excellent procedure. Social distancing and procedures posted. Some areas of casino get congested with too many people and makes it hard for social distancing. Line at cashier a little longer than normal but understandable. Associates very friendly and helpful. Hopefully in the future will be able to change back to 4 stars.

Love the dance floor in the middle of the casino. And the food choices are wonderful. $25 on roulette pays you 900 just saying ;)

Good experience. Great ample parking space.Heres a tip, Dont expect to get your money back when playing. Only bring what you can afford to loose. Remember, The House Always Wins. Buffet is outrageously expensive.

I like the fact that they are taking this COVID-19 very serious. They are cleaning up nicely. I just think they should still serve coffee while you are playing slots

Really nice casino it’s clean they are doing temperature check at door. They have things set up so that people are socially distanced! This place has a variety of slot machines and tables I’ve been here a few times we love it!

I enjoy coming here very friendly staff.Soft drinks, coffee and hot tea are free. Only problem was the long lines having to wait outside to go in over 30minutes....

Weve been to Frogs in Rivers Casino and they have an excellent filet mignon along with their twice baked potato which is absolutely delicious. The service is top quality from servers to manager. I highly recommend dining there. Any time we have family visiting, its the one place we always want to go.

For years Ive been coming to Rivers Casino. Always lively, everyday is like weekend. Love the food from Hugos and Flipt! Slot Machines and roulette are my things! Will be back every now and then, I always like to bring new people to this casino!

Small Casino with very tight slots. It is cleaner than the Bigger casinos in nearby Indiana. But better to win at the slots at all 3 casinos in Indiana...

The slot machines totally crashed in the entire place! I have no doubt it was to reset the machines to make them tighter. Was playing for a while on a couple of machines, once everything crashed, you couldnt play for more than five minutes without losing $50!!! Sad they have to rip people off like that!!

Horrible service. Waited in line for 1 1/2 hour just to be told I could not enter with my paper ID the state gives me. Then the person I was with wasnt even carded and just walked right in. Then I asked to speak with the manager. He got really hostile with me even shoved me. Do not recommend this place. Save ur money and go to the small business/bars that have the machines.

Worst casino Ive ever been to! So hot and crowded! No machines would go to bonuses, just terrible. I will not be back.

I was at Rivers Casino yesterday between 6am & 4pm. They seem to be doing the right things, taking your temperature at the door & require masks. However, during the course of my stay several younger people pulled their face masks down while talking _ shouting when they played the slots. Some places there was plexiglass between others just an out of order machine in between. My concern was highlighted when the couple next to me said they couldnt hear due to the noise of the slots & couldnt talk with a mask on. I told them then they should leave!I was looking forward to an enjoyable time but safety was not being enforced! Instead of having 3 or four people at the entrances, at least one person should walk around insuring masks are worn!Judith Reed

To small and you never win. No smoking only in the back room. Not many slots to choose. Good if your looking to kill time. I came to do just that, kill time. Spent 200 dollars and zero wins.

I didnt have a good time. When I entered, the door guy made me remove my mask so he could see who I was. Is this the usual practice? Upping the risk of exposure for both of us? I went in alone, so I could not observe what happened with other people. Casino employees rushed about wiping down recently vacated chairs and slot machines. The bathroom was spotless. Unfortunately, masking on the gaming floor was not well-regulated. The atmosphere at the slots and tables was lackluster and a bit depressing. Payouts were few, far between and low. Im waiting for Rivers to recoup more of their loses before I return. Until then, Im gaming at home.

Now that they are finally opened. Must get Temperature checked before walking inside, they check it right at the main entrance outside the doors, Absolutely masked required to even walk in or you will not be allowed in without one. Canopy Buffet is closed. The Ten Dinning room is now in the VIP Section of the Canopy and tables are 6 feet apart, workers are masked and wearing gloves. Have personal walking around wiping down machines, slots are open & every other one near each other is closed down, some have glass divider in between them, table games are limited to certain number of players. It was busy when I was there today from noon-5pm

Great casino for being in the middle of the Chicago suburbs. The new Sportsbook here is really impressive. With covid, it’s a little crowded, and hard to find good tables with limited capacity, but they’re doing a great job with sanitizer stations and wet wipes by the slot machines and dealers requiring you to sanitize regularly. Having been to Vegas during covid, I think the way Rivers is handling slot spacing with the plexiglass dividers is way better than how Vegas is doing it.

I love this place. I will bring my grandmother R.I.P and she will give me $20.00 and she will always win $100.00 and with that she was dreadful . It brought a smole to her face and i will never forget that. Thanks Rivers Casino for bringing beautiful and fun memories.

They casino takes your temperature prior to entering the casino. The casino had Clorox wipe stations all over the casino. They have plexiglas between machines and around tables between the dealer and players. Drinker servers are readily available.

Ok as casinos go this is a nice casino in a very convenient place. They have all the games you would desire from a casino and the staff really seem to want you to have a pleasant experience. I went there for a Birthday party for a friend and went into one of the restaurants there where they have a crazy line up of a buffet!! The price was not out of touch at 22$ which included a drink! The food choices were many as well, so if you like fish..they have you covered...if you like meat...they have you covered...if you like salad...they have you covered...and if you just want to dig into some amazing deserts...guess what..they have you covered!You will have a host come and refill your beverage...please tip well people...these folks need the money and they honestly deserve it after taking care of us!!!

Some machines are turned off for social distancing, but the ones that werent, people didnt care and were at machines right next to me.(not 6 feet) some people were just standing too close to each other, and not big enough walk ways.. always bumping into people.But a plus, hand sanitizer stations at every corner, same with wipes for the machines. Burgers at the restaurant were good too.

Nice casino. Non-smoking facility. However, I noticed a smoking area/patio close to the soon-to-be sports book. Maybe others available but didnt really look. Sports book bar area is a great place to watch games. Screens cover the wall. Fair amount of table games, baccarat is very popular. Hugo Frog bar has delicious food, great drinks.

I had a fun experience at this Casino!! I was surprised to find a casino in the area!! My coworker won $200 on the penny machine!! The food options were not bad!! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! I will be coming here when we come back to visit!! I highly recommend!!

Chicago always lacked a good Casino so this place is popular. Not the biggest or fanciest Casino but a place next to the Highway. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Decor is modern and always updated. There is no cover fee and no parking cost but parking is not enough during New Years Eve. Still parking employees make an effort to accomodate you. The few restaurant try to keep up with demand. A few choices from American to Sushi. The Dance club closed down. Sad. So the only place to try your dance shoes is in the middle area. An open small little bar. Good music and drinks though. For gamblers, tables and slot machines are always busy. Definitely give it a shot!

Lots of games but seems to be lacking some of the most popular slots and any good slot machine is 2 cent and up. They need more table games as there are not many and always packed full of players. The restaurants and food is great. Bar and buffet close kinda early though.

It was an ok casino. Things were very confusing in there. Then to top it off i went to the bar to get a pina colada and was told he didnt have a blender so i had to order one from a waitress which was ok until i had to wait 20 minutes for her to show up

Wouldve been a 5 star experience if it wasnt for their valet attendants that were extorting customers to the tune of 100 dollars to valet our vehicles. Management definitely needs to pay attention to this situation because its giving customers the wrong experience. The staff once inside was very attentive and cordial very nice people.

No social distancing between slots. Most slots are 2cent slots so you are always spending a dollar or more to play
