The price on the lot rent here is getting ridiculous it keeps going up higher and higher every month I need to think that most of the people here are on a fixed income and can keep going up and up and up because they are unable to pay it

Wonderful community with friendly neighbors that care about eachother. Nice and Precise Lawn Care has been maintaining the grounds for several years. Triplett does an outstanding job managing the property and serving the residents that live there. It has a beautiful creek that runs through the community with a scenic walking bridge that crosses it as well.

Mr sharp who owns the place has taken advantage of the elderly here by having them sign agreements saying they cant Moe there trailers here as part of there agreement when they lease the property he owns and taking there trailers when they die my wife has taken him to court and spanked him winning in court so anyone who needs help with this problem please contact her in trailer121 we will be seeing him and the state is going back 7years to put this thief in prison and a large fine for his unlawful treatment since alot of people here are disabled and he has been taking advantage of the for to long and I hope he gets what he deserves !!!!!!!
