First timer to the Estates and I was impressed. The staff were knowledgable and personable. I felt relieved by the comfortable feeling that we were on the same page of the same book even. My experience was refreshing and I hope to find myself there more often. It was nice meeting with you Delia and hope to hear from you soon.

There is no parking for visitors but a few places at the office.. i was doing a Christmas cookie baking party and had to tell them to leave by 10.. nothing here much.. kids play in street they don’t go to the play area.. there is no pool. There is no shelter for safety... no club house... I bought my trailer first time living in a mobile home I thought I would retire here .. i didn’t think about the items I would need.. dog poop on hay in front yard. Just make sure you check before you buy what they have in the park

This place is a JOKE!Lived here for a few years and it started out fine until new people were hired in the office and after that it went downhill from there.Maintenance crew have absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to fixing anything and will only attempt to fix it when they are told by the city inspector and even then they will just mess it up more until a 3rd party company has to come in and fix their mistakes.The office staff are hardly in the office, barely answer the phones and dont hold your breath on them calling you back. They constantly lose paperwork, rent payments (fyi keep an eye on your account if you pay by check since they will wait an entire month until that payment comes out) and they will wait till the day of to inform you of any work being done on your place when the crew is already outside your door.The only decent thing about this place are the neighbors.My suggestion, dont even consider living here. At least wait until they have new management in the office.

I would like to say that the ladies that work in the office at this community are both very pleasant to work with. When you have a question or problem they are there to help. They give up time with their family to work longer hours just to make sure the residents are taken care. With the pandemic we are in they have put themselves in harms way to be available when the residents needed them. They ROCK!!

Never answer the phone or return voicemails. Couldnt keep track of the right paperwork resulting on incorrect names on the lease. Took us two months to get our deposit back. When we did get the check back it was over $200 less than they told us it would be.

What I got to see of the complex, looked very nice.

Moving here for work from Kansas City, and could not have felt more welcome by neighbors. One of which is a chiefs fan too! Furnace went out during colder times and maintenance had it replaced, up and running within 24 hrs.! Quiet and cozy

Any review you see on here above 1 or 2 stars has to be fake. I lived here for almost a year and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Maintenance is horrible, will come clean up your yard or do random projects around your home without telling you and leave their garbage and supplies everywhere. If you need something fixed in the home goodluck getting anybody out there within a few days. Office people are horrible and totally unprofessional, everytime I drove by the office all the ladies were outside smoking cigarettes. The plowing in the winter was laughable. Not to mention, the entire park is just crawling with stray cats. Definitely a huge cat problem and you even see some crawling into openings under the home where they most likely live! Absolutely disgusting.

If you want a fixed low lot rent that does not go up every couple months, or reliable water pipes that dont leave you without water for days each winter, or courteous professional office staff, then I highly suggest you look elsewhere because this place aint it.

A great place to live open air spaces abound, the location is far south so you must have transportation. Very quite and welcoming

Horrible maintenance and will come up with any excuse to keep your deposit. Even if you cleaned the place top to bottom they will find something, any damage done and reported to them will be unfixed for months and the blamed on you as well, and they dont keep their records or so they say they lose them. So I wouldnt ever recommend this living place. They suck and will just grab all the money possible.

They dont plow during winter and people run into other peoples cars and they dont know how to have it plowed during the winter. Bad place.

Older trailer park in a country like sitting on the south edge of of Polk county on county line road with winding roads threw out the trailer park. They also have new trailers be moved in quite often with a bountiful hilly sittings on good solid ground my chose of rating this place is a 5 plus star rating...

I live here. Some things could be different. I had to change to 2 stars because things just are not getting fixed They have fired all the maintenance people have temps in there working For some reason our $1150 move in rent has now jacked up to almost $1400. We were given Incentives to move in, like for instance a free (new) shed Well a few months later we started paying for the shed and the new 1 has yet to arrive. Weve been here almost a year. The price is just getting to be to much to bear. Our lease is up July 1st.

My screen door broke in the winter and is yet to be fixed (told and asked them to fix for more than 9 months) also have some issues with my appliances they have yet to even reply to me about those issues. Enjoy my neighbors, but not the home Im in considering all the issues and how much rent is to be here. Along with the landlords attitude towards the tenants, and charging extra for having deceased pets.Not worth it.

My mom lives here and its a clean trailer court. I was just there over the Mothers Day weekend and I had a great time with my mom

I pick the garbage up here and it looks like 20 people live in every trailer as much garbage as they produce in a week! Seriously drive through Tuesday morning. FYI Ill ne late the 9th

Management and maintenance crew are very unprofessional, uneducated. There is lousy security. Dont know how to keep the roads clear during and after storms

The trailors themselves looked nice but the park is a freaking maze and in winter time a hazard they need to plow their park more then once a day.

Crazy expensive for what you get! People at the office are awful! If you buy a mobile home here good luck trying to sell it because of the high lot rent. Lot rent started off reasonable but when they raise it twice in one year it goes up fast. Lived there for three years and had it go up four times. Glad I got it sold and out of there.

Not a bad looking park has some areas where it could use some improvements but I think they were sort of the new explaining area so its understandable.

Sister lives here and the trailer is amazing size

They advertised one price, but when we went to look at them they had a number of fees that raised the rent by $200. Also, they said they would get back to us within a couple weeks when they would have more available, never did. Way too expensive for what you get. Seems like a nice community, but we went with renting a house.

Glad a certain person is gone out of the office because I could not stand the witch and Im very happy my favorite person is back running it. All in all its been good living here, had a situation couple years ago but that has taken care of its self.

Clean place, everything is in great condition and as long as you dont park inapropriately everything will be fine. 10pm is the latest to have a car parked off to the side of the roads. Keeps things looking nice

I went here to help celebrate one of my Daughters young girls birthday party so every was all good. This trailer court has a playground for small children & alittle cazebo for parties I think & picnics ? My daughter told me the rent is alittle high if you rent one of the trailers & Im not sure about the lot rent. But anyway she has a nice trailer ( 3 bedroom ) with a nice big bathtub & she says its very relaxing & it might have water jets but not sure about that.& A nice but small back deck & a storage shed.so shes happy with it.

I lived at Southridge Estates in a rented double wide for over 2 years. For the most part it was a tolerable experience. It went through 2 owners during that time and many different people in their office. For the last 4-5 months I have been looking to move, which I have finally accomplished. Dealing with the office staff has been hellish and very confusing during this time. I have just been informed that I will not receive any of my deposit back despite giving lots of verbal notice and a written notice in plenty of time and leaving the trailer in better condition than I received it in. I had been a very good tenant, paid my rent/bills on time every month, kept my yard clean, mowed, got along with my neighbors, was quiet and followed the rules. I am not one to post anything like this but they just keep pushing, even though I am no longer there. If you do consider living there please be VERY careful, read everything carefully, and get EVERYTHING in writing! Good luck....you will need it.

Pretty nice for a trailer park.

What a joke!! They claim to be pet friendly but they have breed restrictions and they blame it on local ordinances. Des Moines doesnt ban pit bulls, there are just restrictions but they dont allow them at all. And putting huskies, great Danes, and St Bernards down as aggressive breeds is just a joke. Its just their way of putting a weight limit without actually having to say it. So tired of rentals putting themselves down as pet friendly but then go on to say there are breed restrictions, weight restrictions, etc. If a city allows the breed and I have the insurance and meet the city ordinance and my dog has no history of violence then that should be taken into account.

I lived here for a year and my house got broken into with the time span to go to union park for 20. Minutes my windows broke my x boxs stolen that was brand new and my connect for my chindren also my 2 kids got chased home from school by a group of grown men with baseball bats and got yelled at by manegment for taking short cuts so they do get chased this is not a safe place for kids i made the dession to move out to a safer place because i dont want my 5 kids hurt in a place that should be child friendly and the manegment there sucks horriable thank u ps DONT MOVE THERE..

Really confusing set up with the mobile homes it too me like 45 minuted to find 7 trailer numbers its crazy but once i found them they looked nice just couldnt find them again if I wanted too lol
