We love this park! We go there to feed the squirrels often and have a nice walk. It is a very nice park where there are beautiful trees in the warm weather and nice long walking areas. Its also close to home!

Cleanest, most relaxing park I have ever visited that is easily accessible in town. There are plenty of places to throw up a hammock, the playground is perfect for my kid, and the creek was clean enough, we could catch crawfish in it and stand shin deep :) tons of shade, and never feels overcrowded. Love this park.

My family lives near here and its lovely to walk around. There doesnt need to be more lighting at night, but its such a beautiful park.

The trail and park areas are well maintained, plus its a wide open space to roam so it never feels overcrowded. Nice place in East Denver to go and run around.

Nice park overall. Try to stay away from the basketball courts as the kids have been aggressive (showing off for the girls) and they have yet to learn what a garbage can is for. I walk here almost every day and I definitely enjoy it!

The park is pretty clean and has a lot of different areas where you can have fun on or off wheels. They have a box track, a halfpipe, as well as a regular skate park and three outdoor roller rinks (one of which is turfed so people can play soccer). Definitely a favorite when it comes to fitness activities!

This is a nice park overall. However the tennis courts are really old and need to be refurbished significantly.

Small parking lot, often with transients blocking several spaces. Not good for families bringing small kids to practice to try and avoid drugged out deviants.

Nice open space park north of the bustle of DTC. Plenty of open space and a few gazebos for inclement weather. Parking across from Micro Center or north of the park.Only drawback is no restrooms at the park.

The fields are terrible as always. Divots, lack of grass, not close to level. Parking is always bad as well but that is one thing I understand cant be fixed. One of the worst places to play lacrosse in Denver.

Very nice spacious park close to my home. The playground is fun for the kids. There were a lot of dogs. We enjoyed our time except for the group of kids 9-15 or so playing basketball. They were using extremely profane and explicit language. There were many young children playing on the playground who had all eyes and ears on the bigger kids. No respect or concern for others. I had to ask them to take it down a bit. Other then that great place.

This is a great park to hang out on the weekend. The basketball rims are just small enough for younger kids to play on. There is a completely paved side walk around and through the park, perfect for a peaceful walk or rollerblading. Bycicle traffic is few, so its a great area to walk with out the threat of someone speeding up behind you. Theres always events going on, such as lacrosse and soccer so there is always something to do, even its just sitting back watching a game. Park benches and places to rest are spread out through the park so picnicking is easy. All around great park for family fun with a playground to involve the whole family.

Great little park. Street parking and a short walk to the playground. Only downside is the playground is on the smaller side so when there are bigger kids playing it can feel scary if you have a little one that is playing

Je

This is our neighborhood park and we love it. The river is nice, but a little buggy in the summers. There is a nice running path all the way around which is hilly and interesting. I like the trees and the playground is always filled with nice kids. Occasionally there are some foul-mouthed teenagers smoking weed, which is not pleasant, but not uncommon in Denver.

Rosamond Park is a beautiful Park well taken care of and the families that come here are very sweet

Pa
Review №40

Good playing fields make Rosamond a destination for many youth sports teams. In addition, its got a nice set of walking paths and a stream that runs through the east side. The parking lot is tiny and overflows to street parking on busy game days, but if you cant find parking on the south side, try turning into the neighborhood northwest of the park, and using street parking on the north side. Theres also a basketball court and playground as amenities.

This is one of my favorite parks in South Denver. Its a good-sized, flatgrounds park (you can see straight across) with plush grass, ample parking (small parking lot and plenty of free, street parking), and a walking path that goes around the entire park with some path splits along the way. I really fell in love with this park because of the creek that runs along the east side of the grounds. Its quiet and surrounded by trees. A very comfortable place to have a picnic, do some yoga and meditation, or take a nap. This park also has plenty of great places to...uh...snuggle up close to someone without every passing eye catching a glimpse (unless, youre into that sort of thing). Ive perfected the incognito ninja process if youre ever interested. :DI like to park on the street, let my windows down, recline, listen to the radio, and read a book until the sun goes down. Then I get out and walk around once or twice. Takes me about 30 minutes to take a moderate walk around once

I really like this park. Its nice and big with some very scenic walking paths. There are tennis courts and a basketball court. The playground has a great variety so children can really get into play. I also enjoy that the playground has wood chips rather than sand. The picnic area has limited space away from the best parts of the park but it is available. The last few times I check the restrooms are locked. There is a portapottee at the park but with so many businesses across the street I think Id try them first.

I love this park. There are four main fields that are sectioned off from one another via pathway. The park is beautiful, the grass is green and thick, and there are several walking paths around it. Theres also a creek running through it. There are some picnic tables, swings, and a jungle gym and monkey bars. There are lots of trees to provide shade too. Its usually never crowded.

Nice park with large green spaces. There are nice walking paths and there is a stream that runs through one side of the park among some trees that provide some nice shade. Three sides have roads on it with only one of them not being very busy so I guess that can be distracting. There is a one playground set for kids. It is pretty well maintained and there are few dead patches of grass.
