This is a great place to swim and so much more right in our community. So grateful fir the classes and the facilities.

For being a less recently constructed rec center compared to other regional-level centers, Scheitler is very well equipped and offers great classes.

Very affordable and great location! The people that work here are always kind. Its a little old but is always clean. The pool is great in the winter!

Have been going to this gym for about a month and a half now, and really enjoy having a rec facility so close by! The center itself is on the smaller side, a little dated, but has all the of the standard equipment plus some fun extras. The weight room is fully stocked with free weights, cardio equipment, and weight machines.My only gripes is that there is only one rack, so its sometimes a bit of a wait to get it & that all of the equipment is pretty close together. But on the plus side, its not often very busy - I have definitely had the whole gym to myself a couple of times. Just be aware of the busy times of day (usually lunch hour and right after work). The other weird thing is the hours - they close at 8:30pm weekdays, at 1pm on Saturday, and are closed Sundays. So take that into account with your workout schedule!!! I wish they were open a little later and on weekends.The pool is really nice, they have a basketball court and dance/multipurpose room, and there are separate rooms that have other equipment for stretching/rowing/calisthenics. I have taken a few yoga classes and a Zumba class and they were pretty decent. The nice thing about this center is that it is a Regional center, so if you get membership here, you can go to any Denver Rec Center! Can be a bit busy but great equipment for the cost. (Equipment is sometimes too close together)

I have epilepsy & require someone to be with me while showering. I was admonished & told the family showers were for people with small children not 2 adults. We have found no issue with any other rec center meeting our needs.

Weve been going here for years. Friendly staff, good classes & equipment. Yay!

Not crowded during the week, good pool, small weight room/cardio area. For what its worth its not a meat market. :)

Great value for your money. I enjoy the classes as well as the gym equipment. The kids enjoy the rec room.

Friendly staff. Just enough equipment to enjoy your workout. Great location for families with a pool, park, library and running trail around the lake.

Their ok. I wouldnt let my child go there alone because they are not very attentive. When people walk in they do not even pay any attention.
