I took my youngest son, who is a baseball history fanatic, and he was welcomed with open arms. He loved holding bats swung by Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle and taking in all the unique baseball treasures. The staff were warm, enthusiastic, and patient as my son delighted in fanning them with an array of trivia questions. The founders love of baseball history emerged from every corner. This is a unique museum and a great way to spend some quality time with the baseball lover in your life. Also conveniently located in a special part of downtown Denver!

If you love baseball and youre in Denver, check out the ballpark museum! Its got so much stuff its overwhelming. The tours are usually unguided, but we had an employee come around and highlight and explain some of the stuff which was amazing. There is a good mix between ballpark and player history to be seen, several Babe Ruth balls, a personal tax return from the Babe, and all kinds of neat stuff. Take all the pictures you want too, so you can relive the memory forever!

Its like seeing the past come to life. My husband enjoyed the Cubs exhibit. I liked seeing the Shot Heard Round Baseball exhibit and the old Tiger stadium stuff. I couldnt take enough pictures. There are small details of history tucked into every nook and cranny. A must see!!

Very small, not overly organized, but great for a baseball fan if you like its history. It features the photos and memorabilia if some of the classic ballparks: Crosley Field, Ebbets Field, Forbes Field, Comiskey Park, Wrigley Field, Yankee Stadium, Tiger Stadium, etc. The collection is impressive. Too bad they are not able to expand it to 3x larger. The lady working there was very impressive with her baseball knowledge, and description of her bronzing on many Hall of Famers hands.

I came across this museum by sheer chance as I was walking back from Coors Field and it left me absolutely mesmerized! Its a small place but within it sits memorabilia from floor to ceiling dedicated to the original ballparks, bats from some of baseballs greats and beautiful miniatures. Im a public historian and have high standards for museums and this spot met them all!

This place was the absolute best. While the place is small it is packed with so much history !! We were the only ones there so the manager told us stories of the items and how some of them were collected. She was so knowledgeable and sweet! Wish I lived in Denver so I could go back. This spot is a must for any person whether you are a baseball fan or not.

Made a trip to this place last week and it was worth every penny. Very cool artifacts. I think I walked around 9-10 times just so I wouldnt miss anything. Very small place but packed with history. How many times are you able to see a Babe Ruth autographed baseball in you life?

The museum is pretty small, and doesnt have a lot to see, but the things it has are pretty cool. There are original seats, ushers uniforms, program, tickets and more from some of the original baseball stadiums in baseball. Its pretty cool.We found this place because Julia Morales from the Houston Astros had it on during the game, and on her Instagram.

Awesome hidden gem next to Coors Field. If, like the group of five with me, youve ever had the privilege of seeing a game at one of these old facilities, you owe it to yourself to check out the National Ballpark Museum. All of us saw our first MLB game at old Crosley Field and the NBM does a great job rekindling some old memories. It may not take your breath away - but it will take you back.

Small museum but full of baseball novelties collected by Bruce Hellerstein. He was on the coors field design committee that made 20th and Blake similar to the entry way of Ebbets Field, the original home stadium of the Brooklyn Dodgers in NY. $10 admission for this 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Play ball!
