Cancelled event on 10/25 and no one has responded after several attempts to call and email. How do I get a refund?Poor customer service. I want money back and you arent responding!

My husband and I are so grateful to the Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group! Our dog, Hank, was viciously attacked by another dog a mere 30 minutes before we were set to leave with a group of friends to head to their Denver attraction. After rushing him to the emergency vet, we were unable to go. They have graciously given us a refund, which isnt their policy, but their kindness of spirit overcame. I did not attend their haunted house, but this company has proven to me that they really care about their clients and are deserving of your patronage. Thank you so much 13th! PS Our furbaby is doing much better and is on his way to recovery.
