Customer service line is straight trash and doesnt work right. Website keeps saying to verify phone number in order to purchase ticket, but gives no way of doing this. Service fees are outrageous, especially because they also have processing fees.

Not responsive to calls or voicemails

Good thing I paid extra for vip tickets to see Fitz and the Tantrums in private seating with a private bar so I could be told I had to stand in the general admission area anyways and the entire actual vip section was given away to industry people. This was false advertising. You are absolute criminals and I will never attend a show sponsored by you creeps ever again.

Waited on hold for an hour. Finally got a hold of someone who said they would help and ended up just hanging up. Every time I call Fan Support the phone is off.
