I like to go here because of the location and almost all their products are quality products. However, my boyfriend and I went a few weeks ago and there was a tall very white guy with dark hair working. We walk in he greets us and asks if he can help us find anything I said no I know where the one thing we need is (front of the store) we pick it out and then walk around to look/pick out a toy. Im positive he was profiling my boyfriend (Im white hes not) because this guy proceeded to follow us around the whole store the entire time we were there. Normally it wouldnt really bother us but when youre shopping for stuff your gonna use in your private time together it gets really uncomfortable really fast.

I went to the store off of Mississippi. There were 2 employees inside. The guy said he was fairly new and was still getting the hang of things. The second employee sat on the counter. She ignore me. I asked her a question and she didnt look up from her phone to simply acknowledge my presence. I asked if I could get help with an attitude. Thats when she looled up from her phone. The 2nd employee asked her where something was and she pointed. I have pictures to prove this. Overall, I got what I intially went to the store for. My review is based do My on customer service.

I was having a pathetically bad day, embarrassed to be seen at all let alone dragged into a store my bf thought would make me feel better. Nonetheless, these girls were SO compassionate towards me, i cant express my gratitude. Thank you Taz and Braena

Nice place. clean. Friendly staff. Always helpful. No arcade, that i know of at least. Not much of a video selection. But good deals on the dvds they do have. 6 for 20 i think.

Normally I would rate this store no less than five stars, every time Ive gone in, around 5-7 times per month spending between $12 & $1,200, the staff has been exceedingly accommodating knowledge and polite. This goes for supervisors as well as senior staff and entry-level employees. Having been a manager of an adult boutique myself for 5 years, I know how difficult the industry can be to keep good employees around. Especially ones that care enough to understand the product they sell. it is an ever-changing industry and it aint easy to keep up, and every other industry in retail has effectively done away with the specialists on hand. The employees of any local Supercenter are proof enough, how many times have you walk up to one and they actually know what it is theyre selling in the section they were placed without lying to you or stammering because they cant answer your question? My answer? Next to never. When I walk into that store, Ive grown to expect a certain level of service that is not unreasonable to ask for. Again, I have managed retail stores for a collective 20 years and there are cues given to the staff that they should never ignore or forget.I came in on Friday night, July 13th for a quick purchase. I walked right through the door, door sounding off and waiting for my typical warm welcoming, to no avail. There at the counter, stood a red head with glasses staring at her cell phone, obviously someone more important than I. Otherwise, I might have been greeted. Julie was her name and once I could bother her to acknowledge me, she fielded my first question with what I can only describe as a grunt. Understandable, some thinks on the shelf arent so different from the next... or maybe they are wildly different and she simply has no knowledge of the items shes been tasked to sell. If not for being in a hurry to get back to work, I mightve regaled her with several stories from my considerable experience that teach appropriate lessons about skin conditions and allergies, things that can do harm to others that she has the power to ensure do not happen, if only shed use her phone for good instead of texting with friends with her eyes off the store.Thankfully, my inner-manager outburst was halted by an arcade enthusiast who clearly warranted the attitude and subsequent eye roll. I calmly opted for silence and making my purchase simple and quick, and when I saw the condition of the currency organization in her cash drawer, the disheveled loss prevention issue rendered me shocked. I said my good-bye and have a good night, but she must have been upset that she was supposed to say that to me and I beat her to it, because shes was back on the phone by the time she had finished dumping my change in my hand.That was the first time in years past that I felt unwelcomed and ignored in an adult store. It used to be pretty bad, but then all the big names got with the customers pay our paychecks and they spend more when we dont treat them differently than others because of their gender or purchase amount or the context of what theyre buying program and started hiring employees that exude excellence, such as the staff members that have been there as long as Ive been working the late nights. No all employees can be perfection incarnate from the start of day one but, they can certainly be coach up in a good direction and if not, maybe they would excel at holding a stop sign in construction zones. Fresh air, minimal effort, lots of time for texting.... No people with questions that require answers that could mean the difference between life and death.... Ohh, really good benefits through the city.Anyhow, keep it up with the stellar performance, just might need a little more attention paid to checking character references and staff development.

I had worked for this company for a year and 8 months and when the new manager was hired by someone who personally knew them. the store on had started going downhill the manager play favoritism with employees that been hired versus the ones that were there before. The manager should be fired for the simple fact that they cant tell the truth, when the manager had fired me they lied on why I was being terminated either that or the head of HR lied either way I still have not been told the real reason why, but at least you can rest assure that the manager can and does gossip like a 14 year old girl about all the employees and when they are addressed with an issue about comments being made about someones life being threatened from a certain sales associate who they let talk down to me as an assistant manager.They should be fired after the threat of harming someone along with their significant other should have been banned from the store or arrested but yet the manager didnt feel the need to do anything about it.you 3 could have a lawsuit on your hands.Try laughing and telling that to a judge...Or the sales associate and friend could of simply kept your mouth shut but we all know that would never happen because you two are pathetic and little children.Overall, If you were looking for a job here I wouldnt even bother unless you want the manager to literally laugh in your face like they did mine as you try to explain something and when I won 2 different contests the manager lied and said that they had sent in what I wanted and to no surprise they never did which also ment that they had lied and never told them since I had to email the district manager myself and still have those emails. But if youre looking to go to the store as a customer I can tell you the truth that there has been a maggot infestation While at the same time the manager had said that there is an animal carcass somewhere in the celing which still had not been found,oh yeah it was a good thing that they had known one of the health inspectors personally because we would not have passed inspections.And for the female who had given the review about being charged several times if you can and would like get in contact with me because I used to work for them and I can give you the right information you need to and the person you need to get ahold of the correct that

Went to buy cock rings early this morning. Employee Chris had no clue where much of anything was. Spoke with manager Jeremy ... Got nothing but defensive attitude about his incompetent employee. I am SO DONE with this store!!!
