So wow zero stars. Saw the great reviews and thought Id check it out , while Im finishing my cigarette outside the employees locked the door. Shame I was going there to buy several things , Im trans and have high anxiety so I tend to shop when theres less people out so Im more comfortable. Saw there were trans friendly and thought it ideal since its a quick walk from my place. But to be refused entry for no reason at all is a clear sign to take my business elsewhere. I doubt as an owner of want my employees refusing business for no reason. Thanks for wasting my time.

Tried to stop by at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Went to park in the back lot and was immediately met by a drug dealer at my car door. Tried to park in front, but the door was locked and a sign advised to go in the back. Yeah, no.

Ive been coming into pleasures bookstores for over 30 yours I know dawn ramp and I know Freddie very well good people good on us American people and I go into the West Colfax store I come all the way from Northglenn Colorado to go into that store I like the store I like the layout of the store but theres a man at graveyard 12 oclock at night name is John he goes to every booth interrupts people in the business tapping and knocking on doors and acting like a bundle not I am 10 to to not go back into that store as cease my Business with pleasure as bookstore however I do like the owners from their store and their management team but I am done doing what Who is Lucy business company by his attitude and his personal hygiene I sure wish they would read this and do something with it thank you for your listening and reading.

This place use to be the spot but not now. The new staff personally is ok but their actions defeat the purpose and I’m sure they will see it in their bottom line. Great place to find healthy things like video head cleaner and products for people who need to acentuate their anatomy with extends...they sell novelty items such as a shower converter for pre- intimate douche...please dont be fooled like I was. I paid over $60 for converter, hose Anns 2 attachments extends..lol...good, but pricey

Staff treats you like they’re doing you a favor to talk to even acknowledge you. Tickets should be good 24 hrs from when you buy them. Convert the large theater to more booths — nobody uses it. Bathrooms can be horrific — toilets constantly backed up, no soap etc. Keep clean and just be nice to your patrons. Pretty simple.
