Ms. Pat is a spry little lady that really watches out for her residents. They are planning to install a pool & laundry hopefully by 2018 for strictly RV occupancy! I really loved that it was so clean, quiet, grounds well kept & reasonably priced!

Quiet, spacious lots with trees, clean, no loose dogs, manager on site. Good spot for full-timers. No laundry or pool.
