Nice family community, they’re willing to work with you anyway they can and that’s a plus in today’s world.

Its pretty clean a quiet. Be careful not to run over the peacocks thats roam free. Manager is a bit rude but she is not my concern

Oak Forest used to be a nice park. Since the flood of 2016 it has gone downhill. It has come under new management/ownership and seems like simply a cash cow for the new owner.The streets are not wide enough. The grounds are unkempt. The drainage system is in disrepair, causing lots near the back to flood regularly. There is no playground, dog run, or any other amenities. There IS one basketball hoop, but the backboard has been broken for months. It seems that management/ownership doesnt care.I would suggest looking elsewhere.Update: since I left the previous review 2 weeks ago, the roads have been repaired in the worst spots, and the trees have been trimmed a bit. I hope that this is a sign of things to come.

It has some wonderful residents. I meet during the flood. The manger of the park is a very caring about the residents and does her best to help all. But we all have to remember she is only one person and a single mother who is doing her a very good job. And to those who throw your trash outside the dumpster remember you arent the only ones who live here. Some people who have fixed their space up so nice and make it feel like home. Hopefully we all get inspiration from their yard space. Lets clean up our own yard space. I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr Greg but I remember the first time I came into this park and I thought how well and beautiful this park was and is on its way of becoming that way again. Thank-you Sheena for all the hard work you are doing and I am grateful for the prevailage of getting to know you.

I was fortunate enough to spend a week with my mom, at Oak Forest Estates. It is a very clean, and quiet, community. It gives new meaning to the word Community everyone around there treat you like family. Ive never felt so warm and welcomed

Speed bump central. Ugh. Like any big complex youre gonna have good & the bad with people. But the park itself is kept up nice, clean, and maintained nicely.

These people are scam artist and crooks they will completely a screw u over with no vaseline
