**Update...received an email from the company today...Your order has been refundedI certainly hope you find something better to do that constantly update google reviews for a place. It’s pathetic.News flash no one cares. Guess they just proved my point..These people are thieves! we ordered from them over 2 months ago, wet never received it. We have attempted to contacted them for over a month, finally they respond and say they will look up the order, that was 3 weeks ago and still no call back. Save yourself some grief and avoid this company!!

“Get out of my store or I will call the cops”!This was the service I was given by the owner over the phone the day we were in the store. I called the store earlier that week more then once to see about having a group go paint. I was told only groups of 10 or more needed reservations, however I called again later as a courtesy since there was at least 7 showing up. I had confirmed treats were fine to bring in as well. The store took my name and number as a way to reserve space. Upon arriving the girl working was unaware we were coming. The store was packed and a party was going on. This was my first time here and the process was not explained. When getting ready to leave, we were told our piece could not be fired as we used the wrong paints. This was a disappointment to us. We told the girl working we wanted to talk to the manager. The manager/owner has a lot of anger and was unwilling to listen to our side of our experience. When I told her I didn’t need attitude she began cussing and threatening me. We ended up paying for our piece ONLY because our little girls had painted it. I will NEVER give her my business again. There are other places to paint like COLOR ME MINE who I have been to too many times to count and never had a bad experience.I just read the reviews before writing mine. It is like threatening customers is a common occurrence for this manager. Don’t waste your time and money at this place!!!!!

Belligerent owner who likes to threaten and use profanities at its customers along with a rude staff is just a disaster waiting to happen and that is exactly what happened today when we had our daughters Halloween party here.My wife called multiple times leading up to the party this week to both confirm the party along with bringing treats. We arrived today with no one to greet us and finally after waiting several minutes we were acknowledged. However, there was no indication that we had a party scheduled today even though my wife confirmed it during the week. Additionally, the staff did not explain anything to us being our first time here. After completing our pieces, it turns out we used the wrong pieces so everyone’s painting couldn’t even be fired to give that beautiful polish. The staff didn’t care and said we should have read the million different signs they have in the store. That’s when the owner of the store got on the phone and threatened our group all because we were trying to get good service and understand what to do.End result is if you like being treated like garbage and yelled at then go here. If not, and you wanted to be respected as a customer, find a different place to go.

The staff are so friendly and they have a large selection to paint.

Such a helpful staff! we had some customized plates created for christmas and they came out fantastic! they helped us capture some awesome prints of my 3 week old and then they turned them into reindeer. we will be back when they get a little older!

I have been to a kids birthday party here and also organized an adult bridal shower here and the ladies that work here knocked both events out of the park. The kids birthday party was pottery, each kid got to choose their own piece of pottery to paint they had a huge selection to choose from, they each chose their own colors and created their pieces, then they had cake and opened presents. Our Bridal shower we did in the morning on a Sunday and they went out of their way to make this event special we sat behind the counter and they even let us bring in wine and snacks. Everyones wood project came out awesome and they had such a good time. We cant wait to come back and try something else!

I booked a wine glass painting class for me and my bridesmaid as a celebration for our engagement. The staff was super helpful in getting it all organized and helping us pick and create out amazing wine glasses. They even suggested some great photos to take and we had an amazing time.Craft It was the perfect place to choose to do our engagement celebration. We had the whole studio to ourselves and we were allowed to BYOB and brought in snacks and foods. We will definitely be back with our kids to do some classes. You dont want to miss this place! They are excellent!

Nice place for pottery and other art activity kids have a lot of choices even make a gift. parking good. You will like it here.

We went today and could not have had a better experience. The girl that was working was enthusiastic and supportive and checked on us regularly. We are looking forward to seeing our final projects when they are ready!

One of the girls was very helpful. The other was not friendly and not helpful. When asked for guidance on where to place the stencil she said it looked fine even though she had placed the words down a crack between the board and the words are not legible. I asked for assistance because she is the one who is the professional and supposed to be knowledgeable and helpful. When I emailed about my concerns I did receive a quick response and offer of a refund. Friends of mine that went were happy with their boards.

We came here for a BYOB wood workshop there were about 10 of us celebrating a birthday. I loved that we were able to choose our own designs and they were even able to add our last names. We had a table set up for food and drinks and we couldnt have asked for nicer instructors. They helped us do everything. They had a ton of different colors to choose from and we had a tough time choosing because there were so many. Craft It is such a cool find, they have a ton of different things.

We really enjoyed our visit over winter vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and we are so excited to get our pottery pieces back. They also have a lot of other projects available for you to do, like wood signs and glass fusing. We cant wait to come back and try something new.

Took my daughters here on a spontaneous visit and it was unforgettable time! They painted their own clay projects and had a great time doing so. Now they want to go on the regular. The price was extremely affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for arts and crafts fun.

From the moment we walked in I felt ignored. The person working that day was busy teaching new hires. Most of the plates I wanted to paint were out of stock. When I finally chose my plate I was just pretty much thrown the brushes, plate and paints. I felt that i was on my own.. No insight about how heavy or light to apply the paint...any kind of direction or tips, especially for freehand writing. Although the store was empty, she spent most of the time in the back room, once in awhile to come out and repeat.. You doing ok? What should have been a fun experience painting with my son wasnt. I think you should have peoole that enjoy being there working ....otherwise their vibe they give off is useless. I wont be going back to this location.... Sad

We came here over this summer and over last summer and my kids love this place they added in wax hands this year and they also had a ton of new canvas things to paint. My son made a minion and daughter painted a my little pony. Always clean always fun!

We had a fantastic time there imthis summer. My kids went almost once a week and they made some great projects. There are tons of differnent projects to choose from and the staff is great always willing to help them with their projects.

My husband and daughter came here for a dads and donuts event, and they way the described it, was an amazing time. My daughter painted a mug for my husband and my husband painted a donut bank for my daughter, she was so excited and they had a fantastic time. We have been to craft it a bunch of times and every time we have walked in we are always treated amazing, the staff is so nice and always so helpful!

We had my daughters 8th birthday party there and it was a fantastic party. The girl running the party was great and our family had a wonderful time. We will be back!

Great time with the family! Attend their Harry Potter event and we had a lot of fun. Staff was awesome and very helpful! It was worth the drive from Hollywood and we will definitely be back.

We came here for wine glass painting and had a blast! They were super helpful and we really enjoyed our class. We are going to set up to take another class here for glass fusing. They offer tons of different types of crafts and their prices are very reasonable!

What a nice personal craft shop.. This is also a major teaching store with many expertise offered... I was greated immediately and the staff was all soo helpful.. What looks like a small shop on the outside opens up to a large room full of craft related product.. I always support the local stores and you should. also.. They are located next to Aldis on Hillsborough and you will love this gem in the sand.. A great spot to relax.. Sooo see ya here..

We came here over spring break from Kentucky and had a fantastic time. The kids painted pottery and I tried out the glass fusing. We really did enjoy it and our pieces came out fantastic. We will be back over the summer and plan on trying to take a wood painting class. Great staff and atmosphere wish we had something like that up here.

We decided to visit here while I had family down from new jersey and we were so excited to find a place that the entire family could enjoy. There were 9 of us in total and we called to make a reservation, they were very helpful and had everything set up for us once we arrived.5 of us ended up painting pottery and even though it was not suppose to be ready until friday they had it ready for us by Wednesday so my family wouldnt have to had it shipped the rest of us did canvas painting which was awesome because those went home right away. They had great designs that we were able to choose from and the staff was really helpful in getting a bunch of people who had never painted before able to paint some fantastic designs.All in all we were there around 3 hours and the staff was wonderful. They allowed us to bring in subway to eat for lunch and had drinks available for purchase. Everyone in my group from ages 2 to 60 had a great time and we have an awesome family memory and great pieces to remember our time together. Check their facebook page they have some great coupons on there plus you can see all of the stuff they offer.

Cute little craft place...They do more then painting plaster like colored sand art...if you dont finish you can come back... if you dont make it to a event, you can go in anytime and paint instead. Cool spot

Planned to paint family Christmas presents with my little girl but apparently they dont honor their advertised hours. They werent even apologetic about it. Ill be looking elsewhere for our project.

And your so called threat...was me taking you to small claims court.....for My MONEY ? REALLY.....HOW PETTY TO CALL IT A THREAT !!!Response : what company takes your money and puts conditions on it ???? And also expires credits...that is stealing money....you have many different artworks there to spend a credit on. My 6 and 8 year old grandkids were refused pottery painting with MY MONEY..... The customer is always right.....this is how you treat people......your customers ??? And turn kids away...really ?? Is your greenwear too much for you to give a credit on ??? Poor customer service with your conditional credits....i originally paid for wood signs and then you offer me canvas ??? And couldnt make any exceptions to your crazy conditions for kids ???? WowI bought 2 classes last Sept for painting wood signs....class was cancelled and they said my credit expired 6 months ago...they took my 95 dollars and will not refund me. They stole my money !!! Be careful...and the office was very defensive and nasty, so I got nasty back....i took my grandchildren there today to paint pottery using my credit and they said no...my credit expired....what difference does it make what you use YOUR money on....YOU HACE BEEN WARNED.....HOW DOES YOUR MONEY EXPIRE ????ABD BY THE WAY I HAD TO SELECT A STAR TO POST ANYTHING....REALLY

Great selection of ceramic and plaster to paint and fire. Lots of other crafty type art to do, and they offer awesome classes for kids and adults. Highly recommend!

I pride myself on accuracy... make sure to give this store a phone call before driving to it. their hours are not accurate. I dont want anyone else to make plans and arrive to find the open sign turned off with no one in the store.

We had my daughters 6th birthday here and it was fantastic! She already wants to have her 7th birthday there. We had an amazing time and the girls working the party were great.

We had family in town over the Thanksgiving weekend and brought 4 little girls into the store to make a craft or two on Friday. There was no one in the store except two clerks and the one was so rude. She did not offer any assistance to our girls and it was our first AND LAST visit to this store. We were ready and willing to spend $100+, but walked out because we got no assistance. We were told prices are on the back; If you want to take something today, look at the wall to the right; You cant do fusion; that requires a class. Blah, blah, blah. Absolutely NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. Why are they in this business if they arent even nice to children??? Maybe they only like the wine painting parties which I would never go to because of this experience!! We ended up going to Michaels, paying a fraction of the cost, and the girls had 2 afternoons of crafts, shirt painting, and more. Good bye Craft It!

I came on a Sunday at 5 pm and the door was locked even though their website said they close at 6 and there was a sign on the door saying the same thing. A lady came to the door and looked at us like we were idiots. Since she wasnt saying anything I asked Are you closing? And she said said the most annoyed Yes she couldve said and started to close the door. They need to either change their sign and website or be nicer about the fact that they were closing early. It wouldnt take much to say Im sorry for the inconvenience but we have to close early today because of such and such.. We wouldve happily come back another day. I shouldve listened to all the negative reviews on yelp.. No customer service at all!

Stopped in today to see about having a fun time while vacationing in the area - the young lady working could not have been more rude or uninterested in us! I asked a question she could hardly take the time to reply so we left. Not worth the short time we wasted to check out the place and I am sure the Owners would hate how we were treated. I say Dont bother !

I didnt get a chance to even attend a session. I went in to ask for information and as soon as I walked in the door for lady at the counter was giving me a dirty look. I should have just walked out right then but I asked for information anyway. She said basically we are a pottery painting studio and handled me a flyer and said nothing else. I said OK and left. I threw the flyer in the garbage and went about my business. If this is how I am treated when I ask for information why would I want to spend money there. This just happened to me.

Worst place that i had visit in my whole life , the two girls who are working in that place are so nasty and they really dont like kids , my baby was crying and one of the ladies increased the music, so she cant heard my baby , most of the time they were inside the back room and dont even pay attention to the customers , they throw things so hard when they came to clean the mess , mr or mrs owner if I own the business with out my eyes open I get rid of those two witches before your business shut down , is my recommendation cause the place is nice,,,,

I love craft it in Deerfield beach I love that staff and the crafts but theres a problem when going in the store I am disabled and in a wheelchair and need help opening doors such as the craft it store door I try knocking at the window no one hears me the only way to get someone to answer the door is by calling the store number and I dont think its fair to me nor to other people with disabilities I wish they had a buzzer or something to alert them when a disabled person like myself needs help opening the door
