Immediately after walking in to Jerrys Artarama in Deerfield Beach, staff greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I told her I was looking for spray paint. She didnt tell me where it was, she stood up and walked me to the paint aisle and was telling me about the Montana brand. Immediate service like that is hard to find. What Im ready to work on my project, Ill definitely visit Jerrys again.

Love this store I found some wonderful bargains, theres so much to choose from, I spent over an hour shopping cause they had such awesome stuff, I will be shopping there for all my art supplies. And the staff is so helpful and considerate. I felt like I was special to them, how I like to feel when I shop somewhere.i give the staff a 10 for being so easy to communicate with.

Jerry’s Artarama is my FAVORITE spot for all my supplies. From my own personal art to the tattoo shop they have what you need! Highly recommend! If you have any questions about products the manager and employees are quick to help.

This location is the first Jerry’s artarama I’ve ever been to and it’s always my favorite! When I walked in I was amazed by the huge selection of brushes, paints, frames, and anything else you could need. Even crystal resin for my woodburnings. Anytime I’m here and not sure of what I need I’m quickly helped by the employees. Even the manager is always on the floor and quick to help! Definitely recommend for any aspiring artists or veterans.

I get all my painting supplies here and have never had a problem! Always great service and you’re greeted at the door!

Vast selection of artist products and great customer service

We had a really bad experience in the store. We came from Weston to this store because looked good , but the customer service is horrible. A lady wearing a blue shirt was really unhelpful person at the time when I was asking her questions, pretending her that I knew what I was asking her, talso a gentleman at the cashier.Hope you guys change the customer service.

They need better customer service. I don’t appreciate being followed and asked several times if I need help.I’m an art teacher and I like to look around the store for supplies.I live about an hour away, I usually stop by with my mother because she lives in Deerfield and she likes to buy stuff for me or my students. It’s crazy that I feel the need to explain this so I won’t be judge every time I go into that store.

As someone who works in an industry where customer service is key, let me tell you that Mariam in the custom framing department is the definition of a star employee. She is everything I look for in my team and more. We came in having no idea how to frame two very personal paintings and she walked us through the process step by step. In a time where the store is crazy with the holiday rush, she was kind, patient, and thorough. Thank you Mariam!

Last week I went to the Jeremy artrama in Deerfield beach, FL I spend basically half of my paycheck in supplies. One of the products I bought was liquitex. I bought 4 thin markers, and 7 jumbos. When I got home I realized that one of the jumbo markers was already used. I came today to the store for an exchange. At first, it was not an issue until the manager came up to do the exchange. I did not appreciate the way he approach the situation , and blamed me that I used it, and came to get a new one because apparently that’s what people do!! He said to me I will make an ‘exception’ this time! Now if I was the type of customer who would do such a thing. Wouldn’t it be reasonable for me to come to the store not just for one, but more than one marker to be exchange for new ones!?I will be going to Blick Art supplies from now on!

You can get so much cool stuff at Jerrys. They always have something new and neat you cant wait to get back home and try out. They make doing art so fun. Good quality stuff. Every time I go I learn about something new and get inspired to try something new.I especially enjoy the charcoal and erasers. You can make homemade charcoal if you know what youre doing, but its less hassle and better quality if you get it here.

Watch out for bait & switch!! Very disappointed they dont honor their online prices at the store like almost all other retail establishments do. Was not obvious an item my daughter wanted to buy was much cheaper online & not the same price @ the store & they would not give her the cheaper prices. We went way out of our way to go here & if we would have read the pricing was online only we would not have done that & bought online but now we will avoid all together.

They always have what I need and its local. Enough said.

VERY RUDE! I WALKED IN NO GREETINGS SAID HELLO TO A WOMAN WORKING THERE AND SHE WALKED RIGHT PASS ME ASK ANOTHER GIRL FOR ASSISTANCE AND SHE DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP ME! HOWEVER EVERY WHITE CUSTOMER I SAW COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I GUESS MY DOLLAR DONT SPEND LIKE THEIRS! OPENING A PRINTING BUSINESS AND WAS PLANNING TO BUY ALL MY MATERIAL HERE BUT I WONT EVER STEP FOOT ON THIS PLACE AGAIN! If you are of color do not come here!
