Stayed here 8wks. quiet. Clean. Nice wide and long asphalt pad. Not all sites have Pads. Plenty of room for our 4 slide outs. Good WiFi. Friendly helpful staff. Will be back. Wish that had a fenced dog park.

Impossible to contact this RV park and wound up booking elsewhere. The website has a security red flag and the office doesnt pick up the phone (tried on 3 different days about 10 total times). Was told the grounds are nice and would have stayed there but not worth the hassle to figure out how to book a reservation.

Great management, nice looking park and prices are great. Definitely recomend this campground.

I have stayed many times threw the yearsMade Reservation over a year ago for the fall bike Rally and for the spring bike Rally well I went to fall in Oct everything was fine I get a call Sunday tell me my reservations are canceled for spring it like 30 days away everyone is full now how can a place get by with doing people like this only thing they would say is sorry no from for you in a email thats itI think that is a sorry way to run a businessNow I took time off work planned a vacationAnd no where to stayI really hope Karma take a toll on this placeIt is so wrong to do this and to get by with itAnd I am just 1 person but I will tell any and everyone I can tell about this also going to report to Better Business Bureau

Convenient RV park just minutes from the racetrack and a few more minutes from the beach. Good wifi and other amenities as you would expect. The park is large, but the feel is small. We stayed in a pull through site that is made to handle two RVs that are under ~40 feet. We were unfortunately charged $85/night to take up the entire site where it is $45/night if you are a couple of feet shorter. Seemed like a nice place. Sean at the office/store was nice. However, they had another employee that was uneducated and down right rude. If Im in a place like this, its too be away from troubles and relax. Not have care takers create new problems and stress for me. I do no recommend.

Horrible experience! Sean, Anna, and the maintenance man were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional!!! The owner David should be embarrassed with how is staff handles new customers. My wife and son constantly felt in welcomed and harassed. Staff also wrote down the license plate , which they have no right to do so!! David I hope you handle this situation with your staff their inappropriate actions deserves consequences!! I DO NOT recommend this rv park!!

Very rude customer service! So I got there my mom and I got two car passes one for my car and one for my sisters car. No one told us that there was only supposed to be 2 people per camp site. If they would have told us we would have went else where. The next day a old man driving a golf cart came to our camp site and started being very rude told us there was only supposed to be two people. I was like okay why didnt they front desk tell me that when I checked in? It goes on with him yelling then he pushed me because I was standing in front of my license plate and I didnt want him taking down my license plate number. Well the next day I went to go talk to a manager to find out who he was and the manager was very rude as well. The mange did tell me he was the maintenance guy.lohm story short we left

Customer service is terrible, could not get someone on the phone. I walked to the office where they have cameras and they knew I needed assistance. I was greeted by an crotchety old man with a horrible attitude giving my family mean looks. I Do Not recommend coming here for the hospitality.

We visited family who was staying there. It was really clean and very well maintained. The few staff we met were really friendly.

Has come along way since I first visited 2004 ,mud replaced with roads ,check in looks like the local bar , not really a place for me but if you are visiting Daytona there are worse place then this but also much better for near the same money. I would stay again if i wanted a jump off location, have heard many rumors of the weird things that go on here ,Remember this is Daytona ,come on vacation,leave on probation. Lot of homeless Ali’s starting to get close to international since some of shelters closed permanently

Very accessible to all amenities. We tent camped & were told by the office what area to camp in and that ANYWHERE in that area we could setup. After 13 of us setup everything a man comes by on golf cart demanding we all tear down & move to another area stating that we setup camp on the road...made no sense to us at all it we refused to move it because it was NOT the road. The Porto Pots were never cleaned nor dumped in the week we stayed.It is however a very nice area with plenty of shade for tents. They also pickup trash daily at your site.

My husband and I have camped at this RV park for 8+ years and the hospitality is the greatest. They are so nice when our club bring in a rallies or when we come solo. They give you the courtesy. Sean is the greatest and we give him a 10+. Fishing is pretty good sometime also. TEN PLUS RV PARK.

This is a beautiful hidden gem. west of the Daytona beach speedway a couple miles. And you have a full amenities RV park. with a banquet hall 2 pools gas, town store etc.

We have travelled across the U.S. and this has been one of our most pleasant experiences. The staff and owner are so friendly and easy going. You soon feel right at home. They have activities to enjoy in their spacious clubhouse and two nice pools. The people we met there were so friendly. Cant say enough. Also it is convenient to many places. Definite place I want to return to.

I absolutely love this place me and my wife stayed a month when we got back to Florida a few months ago and we are staying again Sean is an amazing owner and good heart is absolutely beautiful RV park and camp ground very clean and just over all absolutely amazing we will be staying here for a little bit till we can find us a place... I am new to this campground but have been welcomed in by both the staff and other campers as well. Nicely arranged easy to navigate streets and well marked. Ill be here for a few months at least.

I would recommend staying here. Clean park and kept in a proper order for the amount of rvs this park can hold. Overall a very nice park. Common amenities and events always planned at the office building.

A decent, quiet campground that is well-managed and clean. Very good value for the price. It seems to cater mostly to long-term visitors, snowbirds and speedway employees/contractors. Very friendly staff, very helpful check-in. The campsites are very close together, though. And, not all have cable. No fire pits and few picnic tables on sites. When you do get cable, however, it is good with about 50 channels. The campground is close to the Daytona Flea and Farmers Market, and not far at all from the race track.

What a nightmare! 3 gentleman who work there knock on my door still do not know why.I was alone my boyfriend wasnt home and I wasnt dressed so didnt answer than realized 1 man was peeping in my window shut it quickly. Next day that same man was trying to peep through our windows again! Bunch of peeping toms! Alert to all people!_

Nice park, all the utilities you could want. It could use more signs for your location. We drove around for 15 min.s before we found our site.

Friendly residents, plenty close to the speedway, good prices and close to I95 when you wanna get outta town in a hurry! The biggest complaint about them is their crappy wifi. Nonexistent at the moment!

We tried all in the Daytona Beach area, by far this is the best.The website doesnt do it justice. The owners and staff are very friendly. Reasonable rates and the amenities are good and well maintained. We will be staying here again.

Tight spaces but overall a good rv Park. The park is operated and managed properly. For me it was to congested with the few feet in between rv neighbors. I could hear and smell when my neighbors wife farted.

Owners are very friendly. Even though we were only tent camping this has been the best experience in a campground that I can remember. The RVers are not snobbish just because you are only in a tent. The people that stay here year round are very nice and helpful. One night it rained (stormed) and a couple of them came over to make sure we were okay! Absolutely amazing place! Makes me think that this is definitely a place I would live if I get a RV someday. Btw, the price is nice also.

Learned a BIG lesson this past weekend.... Unless youre 75 or older , this RV / camp ground is not for weekend camping with your family. It is though , for seasonal older, bitter & nosey type of people who live there long periods of time, and like to be up in your business. We were suppose to stay here 2 nights ( arriving late on Friday) which I had confirm with the office that day earlier, and checking out Sunday. We ended up packing up the next morning and leaving. We were woke at 8:30 AM Saturday to inform us we needed to move our vehicles, ( because they were parked partly on the road way in front of our camper ) only place to park, as they had us packed in there like sardines. Mind you someone was in our parking spot when we arrived late the night before. Soooo as Im dressing to move my truck/ and my daughters truck, some old nosey bitter man who Im sure was a seasonal regular who obviously thought he needed to add his 2 cent opinion to the mix, decided to let me know I was only allowed 1 car, 1 rv & 2 people at my camp sight. ( literally using his fingers to describe how many to me ) When I tried to explain I got in late the night before and the owner has already came to talk to me , this old man yelled in my face, do not argue with me move your stuff now..... Soooo that was all I needed to start my day. We decided to pack up and get the heck outta there. The thought of another night there wasnt happening. We found a cute family run camp ground a few miles away , where we could have bon fires and plenty of parking with a picnic table, AND everyone was so nice......Never again will I book a camp sight at a RV park. Call this one a lesson learned. I will inform my camping club about this park as well. Horrible experience.......

Nice long, level, paved pull throughs for big rigs. Great satellite reception. Owner is friendly and easygoing. Wifi even works! No problems. Stayed there about six times.

Do not ever stay here! They will eject you for no reason with no refund if there is a Nascar race or special event coming just so they can make more money. Not to mention that the men that work there kept going into the shower while my wife was in there and came to my travel trailer when they knew I was at work and scared my wife looking through the windows when she wasnt dressed. There are feral cats and other animals living in/under unoccupied rvs/trailers there and they do nothing about it. Also have seen various questionable activities going on there that need to be investigated. I wouldnt stay here if they paid me. Also be prepared to be discriminated if you are not a senior as it seems that they are the only ones welcome there. Refused to let me speak with the owner, very unprofessional staff.

The best kept RV park in Daytona Beach. I drove to all the RV Parks including KOAs they were more of a parking lot or a congested dump. This park is clean, has long sites for large Rigs and tow trailers. Ours is a 45 ft motorhome got a paved site. Leveled without issue. Good WIFI. Very reasonable price. Close to beach and light house. Stayed here for a month.

Very good Campground with Full Hook up, Cable TV and perfect WIFI ! Staff was very friendly and we get extra discount - thx again ! Come back again and recommend it ! We make nice bike rides to Saint Augustine and a bycicle tour to daytona beach and lightpoint !

Owners are terrible!! The people that stay there yearly are awesome but owners are very judgemental and rude. Was staying there with my fiancé while in the process of buying a house and we both work full time so we were never there due to the fact of us both working 5-5. We were always very quiet, always helping the neighbors, and made sure the site was clean and tidy. Went to pay rent (on time like always) and they told us we had to leave immediately because they needed our spot for bike week. Very judgemental due to us being in early 20s so they made us leave but aloud the drug users to stay and turned a blind eye to it. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
