My co-worker lives here when we visited and its a hidden jewel of beautiful raw nature surrounded by farm life and peaceful setting. Charlie and wife so sweet and always helping community out. Love the mix of unique living with mobile, tiny houses, rv and creative trailer life movement. Very Friendly neighbors, clean and serious cleaning trash and furniture helpful pickup days and fun nearby yard sales. Close to schools, work and safe for families. Very nice management and every one lives pretty much how they want very peaceful.

Don’t lease any mobile home in this place Pine Lake 4845 S Orange Blossom Trl I and lease property with gator cap property . That people is racist and thiefs. All mobiles homes all in bad condition and you have to repair with your own money. Gatorcape only want money money .

Property manager is very nice and easy to get along with. Helps with anything requested. Awesome location near pretty much anything youd need. I am a very happy tenant so far!

Theres a farm with animals horses, goat etc. Its awesome in theres a forest real nice looking. And a place to plant your own seed of any tree.

Used to be a nice place but now it looks unkempt! Some of the trailer homes are nice, but there are others that look bad. Nice area for Tiny Houses!

Its a nice place to exercise and pass time with friends!

Ok spot, landlord doesnt know how to maintain the propertys tho.
