I had a great experince with the park. They have payments online so you dont have to drive out of the way to pay. When there were issues, Karen was taking care of the problems right away. Karen was very kind and curtious. Great customer service.They are involved with the community. We receive flyers with different events happening in the area. Nice place to rent or lease.

I cant believe this park has any good reviews. drove through the park looking to find a home I saw advertised but could not find. I was extremely disappointed as the park as well as the homes are very run down.. The streets are all one way with very little room as they are narrow. I could not see myself living in a park under those conditions. The lot rent apparently is not used to make improvements on the park. I can not speak for the people who live there because I dont know them. I do know if I lived there I would be complaining.

I take a lot of deliveries here and they are very generous love these people.
