Just left Thrillz and it was a great place. After finishing our fly time I didn’t think it could get any better until we did the Gyro ride, axe throwing, and arcade! So much fun!! Employees were cleaning, people were wearing masks, felt safe and clean. Can’t wait to go back!!! 5 star experience!

Just had my daughters 10th birthday party at Thrillz. Her friends came up from NY and all of them agreed that it was well worth the drive!!! The place is spotless!!! They even have a penguin room...and my daughter loves penguins!!!Lisa and her staff are accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend having your next event here. Thrillz was exactly what we needed after such a long year!! I had my sons party here on Saturday and it was everything we wanted and so much more! Lisa Cannon the owner and her team went above and beyond to make sure my sons day was unforgettable, and they did just that. They made an environment that was not only safe and made us feel comfortable, but they managed to make every second fun and exciting. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming, but we have to give a special shoutout to Steven!! He was absolutely incredible checking us in and out and answering every last question we had. His personality from the second we walked in had us all so excited to get into the courts. Can’t wait to be back!!!!

Was there a week ago and it was so much fun! You got the trampoline park at Bouncz, and then the balancing and harder stuff at Thrillz. Also a small section for under 5. Lovely place!

I had heard of Thrillz by a viral video that was going on and had to come here! From Jersey, was planning on coming up during the week as a present for my boyfriends birthday. I had gotten a call from Shannen, letting me know that the park was going to be closed for cleaning and if we’d like to come up another day instead. Last minute we decided to come up today (Sunday) And coordinated with Shannen since their reservations were full. Shannen was more than accommodating which added to such a great experience here. The place was awesome and so much fun! It was reassuring that we weren’t one of the oldest “kids” in the place. It was truly worth the drive and with Shannen’s impeccable service, it really did bring our experience full circle. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First time there and the kids thought the place was awesome. I brought my daughter and 2 friends and they all thought that it was great... lots to do. We were there from 2-4. Due to Covid, I thought that it was great because the place was not packed at all and everyone needed tickets in advance. At about 3:30, an older crowd (late teens to mid 20’s) arrived and while they were in the thrillz area no one had on mask. There was also no one there to even monitor the mask situation . That ruined it for me. I also never saw anyone spraying down anything for the 2 hours that I was there.

Took my daughter here for her birthday with her friends, they all loved it, it was fun. Inside was clean and the workers were friendly and kind. It can be pricey if you are bringing a large group, which I think they should give you the socks for free if you have to pay so much. Not sure how often we will visit because it was a long ride .

Such a great experience at a family place, and it was totally worth my time! I guarantee by coming here you’ll have a great time. Went there this weekend with my group of friends and Thrillz delivered on the hype. I was blown away about much fun we all had! I’m grateful I found such a good place to enjoy my time as well as get a great workout. I know I’ll be back and I recommend anybody looking for a fun time with their friends!

Great experience! The general manager is very knowledgeable, educated, friendly, fun and compassionate. There is a lot of variety here and the activities are appropriate for all ages. Im impressed at the experience I had today.

Its was really fun especially now. My only complaint and concern is that I feel like they allow a little too much people at once. Also they dont really enforce the mask policy which is worry some. I saw way too many people with their masks down their nose or completely off. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

This place has the BEST LASER TAG EVER!!! Seriously so dope. Joel ran the games for us, and it ended up being the best part of the night! Honestly if you guys are looking for a fun time with your friends you have to check out the laser tag at Thrillz and ask for Joel he is amazing!

Drove 3hrs to come here today. The 2hr fly time sold out as we went to add our third person in. Shannen was able to accommodate us and remedy the situation. The facility was clean and well maintained. We all had so much fun. The only problem was the amount of kids jumping off the zip line platform making it difficult for other people to actually use the zip line.

So much fun for all 3 of my kids!!! As a mother, I was SHOCKED by how clean the facilities were, all the staff were constantly cleaning and it made me feel extremely comfortable with having my kids there. Masks were reinforced by all the employees and even through all the precautions taken my kids still said it was the most fun they had all year!!! Will definitely be back soon.

Both Jumpz and Thrillz are fun for the whole family- its fun and a great workout too. Staff were super nice accommodating. Worth the trip all the way from the five towns:) Would definitely come back again.

This place is just amazing! I bought 1 hour of time there and I did not regret one minute of it. The workers are nice, the VR is fun, and most of all the jumping area is amazing! the airbags are soft and comfortable to land on. Wasnt sure what to expect when I walked in, but there are unlimited activities from an American Ninja Warrior type obstacle course to an extremely out of the box lazer tag. Not only was it easy to get to but the check in process was very quick and efficient Everything is very safe, and everyone that was there was wearing a mask. Loved the place so much and I cannot wait to bring my kids back.

WOW! Typically you call a place, and well you get a grumpy person who hates their job on the other line. Shannen picked up the phone with such enthusiasm, which instantly gave me a sign of relief. I had got myself in quite the situation. Booked hotel, and 3 kids, and well no tickets to thrillz. Shannen not only helped me figure out the online system, but was so sweet and patient the whole time on the phone with me!!!Excellent service, and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! Made last minute plans and turned out to be a fantastic night with fantastic people. The staff was extremely eager to help anyone who needed it. I would 100% recommend it.

If you were apprehensive about coming here during covid, DONT BE!!!!!! All the courts were sparkling clean and not a minute went by where I did not see a staff member cleaning. My kids did a 2 park pass for an hour and a half and I can say the same for the cleanliness of Jumpz. Masks were required the whole time and my kids had a blast at both parks. Staff was super friendly and helped us with anything we needed, one of the best experiences I have had in a while.

This place is run incredibly. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to come and it was fabulous. My kids saw their video on tik tok and insisted we drive down to come try it out. Trust me, it is even better than it looks!!! You have to come see it for yourself, totally worth the drive!!!

The manager Lisa Cannon was beyond amazing in helping me organize my daughter birthday party. My family is looking forward to celebrate and visit the park. Went for a 17th birthday. My kids range in age from 5-17 and they all had a great time. Great place for family fun. There were sanitizers all over the place everyone had on a mask. The place was not packed which was great because thre kids got to enjoy everything Thrillz had to offer.

This is a great place for all age kids, from 1 to 18, I enjoy jumping around myself as well. The place was clean nice new fresh friendly and good price.

I had a party for my 8yr old twins at Thrills Danbury yesterday 11/6/2020. Our party host was Nomar, and he was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! He went above and beyond by ensuring that all party Guest were okay throughout the entire time-this includes the adults who were not partaking in the adventure. Nomar went above and beyond to keep the children engaged and based on his performance, 2 other parents have informed me that they will be throwing their childrens party at Thrillz at well. Way to go NOMAR!!!!! YOU ROCKED OUT FOR NATHAN AND ELANI!!!!

And she just acts like an employee at the place when she is actually the owner and she treats everyone with alot of disrespect and when i aksed for her name and to speak to a manager she then threatned to kick me out for being disorderly. long story short shes the owner and doesnt want people to know how she truly is

Teribble customer service from owner Lisa Cannon. She is really mean with the way she talks to her employees and especially the customers. Ill be telling everyone I know not to go, and how she works. Shes there for the money, not for the fun experience for us customers. Im very disappointed i thought it was going to be fun. traveld three hours. DONT GET TRICKED SHE BRIBES PEOPLE TO TAKE BAD REVIEWS DOWN. I also have all my receipts, and the name of the manager I talked to. so Lisa cant try to say she has no reculation of anythinghappening and that I wasnt there. Like she has said to other complaints about her on the reviews. She refuses to tell people her name so they dont make reviews. because I was with five people and we have the emails still for the reservations we all witnessed her attitude and disrespectfulness and I think its terrible, people like her cant continue to do this. Extremely fun great obstacles

So much fun! We were there for a birthday party and the kids got to do it all- Lazer tag, video games, ninja course, and more. They had a blast.

Fantastic experience! Super fun for the kids - they’re obsessed with Thrillz. I have an 11 year old and 13 year old. No better way to drop the kids on a Friday night. The monitors are great and I can totally trust that my kids will be okay without me watching. The owner Lisa is also so sweet. Always there making sure everything runs well. Overall very well run place for kids to have a blast

This place is awesome. They have arcades, obstacles courses, trampolines, dodgeball, laser tag, food, massage chairs and a TV lounge. The staff is phenomenal.

My kids are ages 9 & 11. They both had a great time. The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. They had a good selection at the snack bar. The arcade area had up to date games and the prizes were better than what you would get at Dave & Busters. I highly recommend that you get the grip gloves for the kids as it makes it much easier for the kids to maneuver around the obstacle courses. I advise you to have the children watch the video before having them run and jump. There is also an entrance to go into Bounce through Thrillz. My kids cant wait to come back. For us it was WORTH the hour drive. We definitely will be back.

We had our company team building event at Thrillz today. Very organized, professional and a lot of fun. It is a must for those looking for a more active team building experience. Wanted to write a review since everyone in the office cant stop talking about it.

Came for axe throwing and it was so much fun! We never did it before and the staff was super friendly. Shout out to Nelson who helped us do it! I recommend this to anyone wanting to have a unique experience with friends or family. It was a BLAST! Will definitely be back.

Went with my friends to play laser tag and I absolutely loved it . The place had a very warming environment. The staff was very friendly at the front and were very patient since there was a lot of us. Didn’t get the chance to do thrillz due to time reasons but I will be definitely be returning! Awesome place , 5 stars for sure.

Awesome laser tag arena! The manager Joel made our games a ton of fun, and the guns are newer than I’ve ever played with before! It was great to have headsets only and no vests...can’t wait to play again!

My granddaughter is 6 and she was afraid of the Thrillz side but they were really nice and gave her an hour at the Bounce side. A lot less intimidating ...had trampoline attractions.. and she loved it!!

I reserved time for my son and a group of his friends to play lazer tag. Due a a booking conflict, our group was removed from lazer tag. The manager, Joel (I believe) went above and beyond to accomomdate our group while we waited for the next available slot. It was a true show of awesome customer service. The boys had a great time, and I couldnt be happier with the service we received from the staff. Thank you, Thrillz Team!!

Very fun place to visit! Laser tag is often booked out for parties so it’s hard to get in the laser tag. But there is many fun things to enjoy here and I always love coming here!

Took the family here and the kids loved it! The place is very clean and the kids had a blast! Also I was surprised to see they had food there, we were starving so we decided to grab a bite to eat and to my surprise the sandwich was out of this world best Italian combo I’ve had in a while and was fresh great entertainment and great food you can’t beat this place! Highly recommend it...

This is a nice facility, spacious and fun but unfortunately the staff here ruined the experience for me. They’re very young, not friendly, awkward, and have the tendency to lurk and follow. The girl at the front desk wasn’t friendly upon entry, she seemed annoyed to be working. The same staff member followed my friend and I to every obstacle we went to (not in a helpful manner) making us feel uncomfortable. Since it was my first time and I was a nervous I asked the staff member working the zip line for some tips, he just stared at me like I had 10 heads, shook his head yes, and pointed, no words at aIl. The experiences with the staff here made me feel belittled and uncomfortable, don’t think I’ll be attending again.

Ive been here a few times with my family and always enjoyed having fun here. But, today I had the most terrible experience ever here. I was followed around the building even in the bathroom by rude staff. I was the only person in the bathroom why is this happening now. I wont return. This treatment isnt ok. (Update)Smh the lies y’all tell there’s no need for me to contact anyone when you’re being unprofessional in your response back to me.

My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves this place, she’s been twice and keeps asking to go back. They need to clarify the height restrictions though. My other child is about 45” tall and was told they aren’t tall enough, but I saw 2 kids shorter and one exactly the same height, all three with Thrillz bracelets using all the obstacles freely. The kid notices of course and wonders why they can’t go, so I ask at the desk and they say it’s a mistake and they’ll tell the guys upstairs. Nothing ever got done but whatever, the kid had fun in the arcade. Aside from that it’s totally clean and overall great place for a kid to go nuts for an hour or two.

They should give more information on the experience you will have as far as the safety and injury. I highly recommend to have gloves, full finger gloves because you will tear your hands up unless youre fully prepared and have calloused hands. Otherwise the equipment and facility are not bad at all .
