I had the best experience EVER!!! Clean facilities, kind and energetic staff, amazing management and SO MUCH FUN!!! I highly recommend this place for all ages if your looking for a fun time or a way to tire your kids out this is it!!! I truly cant say enough good things about this park.

Bounce was always my favorite place to bring my kids because the staff is always kind and accommodating, and the facilities are always clean. I already had high expectations coming in last week, and somehow they were exceeded. You can really tell from the second you walk in how focused the staff is on cleaning and taking all the necessary precautions for COVID. All of the arcade handles were being cleaned, railings, counters, and even the seats. This place is amazing, honestly, and the fact that they have maintained their great customer service through the pandemic while also keeping my kids safe and happy deserves the highest rating possible.

Great place to bring the family. Great value for your money. The staff is warm and welcoming. The owners are awesome and always willing to step in and help out. We did our kids birthday party there and it was great. Everyone was very helpful. Jump n glow is awesome, they turn out the regular lights and turn on the black lights and the whole place glows. So much for the kids to do and I hear that they are expanding. I cant wait to see what they come up with. Overall a great place for the family.

Besides the very comfortable waiting area and the great staff that makes sure that those of us who have to wait while our younger ones enjoy the trampolines, its admirable how sparkling clean their facilities are kept!Seriously! You are able to notice how much consideration is taken into hygiene and an overall sanitized facility as soon as you walk through the front door, and that my fellow parents... deserves all the stars available!

First time I went was today to celebrate my 9 year olds birthday and in a time when we need to be really careful in these settings, I was super comfy they were doing everything to ensure cleanliness. Sydney and Karen were awesome with the kids. All in all a very good experience.

My son had his 8th birthday party planned at Jumpz. The morning of he came down with a fever and stomach bug. I called Jumpz a half hour before the party was scheduled and they were so understanding and kind. They let us reschedule the party with no trouble at all. And wished him well soon.Last night we went and the kids had so much fun! We had 2 staff members that kept the party members together and having a blast. Very cool place! Came here for the 1st time last weekend for a friends childs birthday party. Very impressed with the overall presentation of the place and the attentiveness of the staff. Better amenities than the competition (Rockin Jump) and with Thrillz next door, its an unbeatable combination!

They could use good music after certain time of night for teens .. you want kids or teens to like the music sing along and dance .thats whats going to bring you business and also fun for parents who are waiting too .

Out of all the trampolines near Danbury, this one probably better. It has got multiple courts, arcades. Good way to engage your kid

My daughter loves jump places! I really liked the variety of things you can do at this one.

I waited some time to post this review but whatever Ill post it. My name is Joseph Chacon. It was fun and all, but the staff, one in particular, ruined the experience for me. I was standing near some stairs in which only employees could go through. I was waiting for my sister. Then, a kid runs and goes through it. A female employee came and asked me if I knew the kid and if I went in there. I responded no. The employee signals for another employee to keep an eye on me. 1st of all, why would she assume something like that? Second of all, that is literally a invasion of my privacy. Employees shouldnt be watching somebody. It was really uncomfortable.

Had a great time. A wonderful place for kids to burn of some energy when off from school.

Fun place, gets kids to run around!

Lots of interesting activities other than just trampolines. Theyve also got a 360° spin ride which looked good. (didnt try it). They dimmed the lights and all the socks & light colored clothing glowed. Very well priced ,especially when you go to thrillz as well. Had an amazing time!

Had my party here recently and I had to post about how great the experience was. The party hosts were so attentive and fun....all of the kids had such a great time. All of my kids have loved their parties here, and I think its safe to say that Bounce throws the best parties

Been there at least 50 times. Today was the best day ever. The Manager Joel was so good to my son Ryan and his buddy Tommy! Both thrillz and bounce keep improving! Thanks Joel!

Trampoline sports like basketball and dodgeball (periodically to black lights and lasers for a psychedelic experience!), as well as age-specific obstacle courses. Arcade games on-site, as well as a gyroscope ride. Spacious like a hangar, and spotless! Party rooms for rent, as well as laser tag with customizable computerized simulations (such as Call of Duty-like firearm sound registers). The staff are mostly enthusiastic high schoolers, supervised by attentive managers. Sizable parking lot soutside. Directly next door is Thrillz, for those who want more challenging (nobody admitted shorter than 48) obstacle courses and amusement rides.

Love this place. Excellent to bring my toddlers for their own area! So much better than other jump parks. They have their own swings, trampolines and foam pit. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Love how Thrillz is next door. So you can choose from many activities in one location. Definitely recommend it to other parents. My daughter gets to be more active while having fun.

Kids like it but after a 1/2 an HR I am like ok they have bounced a lot.There is nothing else to do but bounce.Great for a rainy day maybe.They have a ton of bday parties here.I have been to about 50 of them..Parking great and there are other things to do in area.Barnes and Noble and there museums in the areaPlenty of food options nearby.

Fun place.. But its summer break and you open at 12PM?!?!? And on the weekends you open at a good time. But come on we have no school for the whole summer! Change your terrible hours during the week.

I had a blast throwing my daughters birthday here the party host were amazing jamilly and norman where vary kind and great with all the kids they made sure all guest had drinks and pizza while working vary fast as well as making sure every child had a amazing time will be booking again soon !!!!! Pricey! Forget it on camp days its difficult to use or do anything! They charge for the time ( obviously ) and they charge for the socks too! You register in with their computers - if you are a first time customer! Theres enough to do when it comes to exercise and athletic skills! For me personally , its not something Id do more than once! Plus many parties are done there ( and it seems like its everyone you know )

Kids had so much fun in this place. I was once in skyzone in New Jersey but I personally like this place better this place has very cute zip line for little kids, a swing where you can swing and jump into foam shapes pool and swing nests, I dont think I saw those there

Went to a kids birthday party. The Kids had an amazing time. The employees were great with the kids too. There was A TV lounge for the adults which was great. My only complaint would be that the parking lot is too small.

Adults become kids, kids are sleeping by the time they are done playing, fun, fun fun times.

This was our first time seeing as we were here on vacation from WI. My 2 year old twins had a good time especially after the lights came on. I liked how the staff let the kids play and weren’t too strict on the rules. It was even nice to see some of the staff playing with the kids (dodgeball etc). The only issue is when there are parties it seems a bit chaotic with the big kids running all over the toddlers trying to walk in the “non bounce” areas. My little minions were almost knocked over a few times...the staff (mostly young teens themselves) needed to do better at directing the parties from activity to activity. The price was understandable. We paid for 90 mins and felt like it was worth the $60 (2 bounce junior admissions and an adult admission plus 3 pairs of cool socks)... I even got a good workout! The other members of my 10 member family enjoyed “Thrillz” especially the virtual roller coaster! We had a great time and it was pretty clean considering the atmosphere and demographic. Great place to go when you have people of varying age ranges and personality types!

I had my sons party at Bounce today and absolutely loved it. The party was 2 hours long and filled with so much fun for the kids. The party hosts are arguably the best around and are great with the kids. Even the managers and cashiers are pleasant and make the experience that much better. The party package is straightforward and quite reasonably priced for what you get. .All around great experience.

Awesome! Me and a group of my adult friends went and we had a blast! It was priced reasonably. I will definitely be returning. It was like living out my adult dreams and returning to being a big kid!

Im an avid trampolinist and have been to many trampoline parks. Easily the worst one ive ever been to. Staff AND parents dont manage the kids. Ive landed ontop of several children and hurt them and myself there. Foam pit is 1 foot deep, ive sprained my ankle in it many times. No purposeful rules. Someone get a health/safety inspector in that place honestly and incredibly over priced. They copy other trampoline parks around them, no original ideas. Ninja course is gross and painful. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ive came many times to give this place a second chance and it only gets worse. Also, trampolines are flat mats, expect to get higher on ground. Edit: What an unprofessional response. Be ready for MY response video that I feel the need to make public... through my social media. Oh and I feel like I should mention, my profile gets 55 thousand views per week. Whos the real one that will be shamed?

It’s okay. The staff is everywhere but don’t watch the little kids area. My 11 year old sister wanted to help my 3 year old sister in and she got spoken to that she can’t go in. Later these kids that looked 13 went and jumped in and hurt my baby sister and made her cry and where playing on the swing and no one spoke to them, when my sister which is 11 was helping the little one go in and not be scared but got talk to.

I love Bounce! I go every Friday and Saturday night for Glow Night. My group of friends and I go and we love the music, the atmosphere, and the staff, who are always ensuring the rules of the courts are being followed. My friends and I get our faces painted for free and the face painter has really awesome designs to choose from. My little sister had her birthday party there and it was worth every penny. The facility is just amazing and the birthday hosts were so attentive and fun.

I came here for a birthday party with my children. The staff seemed to have everything in order and the kids had a great time. My toddler really enjoyed the toddler area and the employee who was in that area was fantastic, he was entertaining the kids and seemed to be having a great time with them. I don’t think my toddler would have had as much fun if it wasn’t for the young man who was working in that area.

Had a lot of fun with my friends, tried going to thrilz but it was closed. Obstacle course was amazing, and I recommend the gyroscope ride to anyone considering it! Went to dinner with the boys after, amazing expericence!

Great place! The staff there went out of their way to help my daughter in two situations. She lost her phone in the foam blocks ( yes, I told her not to bring it in there) and the staff went in and dug around for it with her and her friends until it was found. Next, she hurt her finger there and they went above and beyond in helping with that too. Such great staff, and a wonderful, clean facility.

It has been 5 days without power and I have been running out of ideas to entertain my kids. My friends told me that Bounce in Danbury had opened early yesterday for people who didn’t have power. I called , spoke to the manager , and she confirmed that Bounce would be open at 12 again today. I was so happy! I packed up the 4 kids and drove to Bounce. The kids really enjoyed themselves, and were able to get a lot of energy out, which worked for me! I love that Bounce opened up specifically for people without power. Kudos to Bounce for being so great and being so compassionate about our circumstances!

Very adorable section for toddlers unlike most other bounces. They are very strict with the bounce socks. They have to be their bounce socks.For bigger people they have obstacle courses, zip lining, rock wall, huge swings and over ball pits.

Toddler Time for kids age 6 and under is a great deal at $10/child. Free for caregiver. Check their website to see the schedule. Socks cost $2 but you can bring your own Bounce socks if you have them. Remember to sign the waiver online before you go to save time at check in.

Amazing place for all ages. Had a party there for a 6 year old . Was blown away. The staff was great with the kids had a great time. 1.5 hours of play time. So many things to do and play. Then they turned off the lights and had black lights. Kids loved it. Thank you.

Kids had fun, For the money we spent it should of been longer AND NOT RUSHED, but hostesses were rushing through the whole party event.. I understand why, but you can rush people without us knowing...it was like they were so worried about the next party or to go home or something. This place is so worried about fitting as many parties in one day the kids cant enjoy everything. The snack bars should be upgraded little. People should be able to buy something from the arcade prize area instead of only tickets or least let the birthday person pick any prize.

Our two children, ages 2 and 5, love Bounce Junior. We bring our own Bounce socks to keep the expenses more manageable. We only go a few times a year because it is somewhat expensive.

I rarely post-but I wanted to share my wonderful experience today at Bounce Danbury. I took a group of teens ages 13 to 14. The place is huge. They were wowed. Best park that Ive been to - innovative, clean, friendly staff, fairly priced. And the activities are awesome - dodge ball, volleyball, ninja course with a zip line and much more. Well worth the investment, will be be back....definitely!!

I love bringing my kids to Bounce during the week. Its a great way for them to burn off energy! We love Bounce so much we just signed up for its summer camp...I thought it was a great deal.

We had a family event here today with close to 40 people including kids and adults. Everyone from all ages had a super time. The facility was very clean and well staffed with supervision. Everyone there was super friendly. Special shoutout for Cindy who went out of her way to accommodate our large group. We also stopped by the office and met the owners, they are really nice people! We look forward to coming back!

From the incredible service that you receive the second you walk into the door from Kim who greets you to Lisa the owner to the amazing cashiers and court watchers. My family and I always experience nothing less than the best from everyone at this establishment! Everyone is always so courteous and they always make me feel like apart of the family! The fact that Cindy the manager is always polite and knows my name and my nieces name for Toddler Time - being that we are frequent visitors! Plus, the fact that the owners are consistently here making sure all of their customers needs are met to the highest expectations! From the cleanliness to the great hospitality to the amazing party rooms to the fun options at the snack bar when you craving something sweet, I could go on and on! It doesnt get any better than Bounce! Thank you guys for being SO amazing! :)

Fabulous place! My nephews party was held at Bounce, and everyone had a great time. Most importantly, we thought that the party hosts (Tivana and Anthony) were super amiable and had such a pleasant demeanor. This place is so much fun! They have a lot more types of jumping foam pits than rockin jump. We went on a Sunday morning and there is like no crowd there so the kids could use everything with out worry. Plus the have an arcade and thrillz next door, which has more of ninja style obstacle courses.

I have been to Bounce many times and am always pleased with what Ive seen. When its not busy, the staff always seems to be busy fixing things on the courts and cleaning the different activities - giving me the impression that everything is attended to. Even on a rainy day when it can get busy, I have seen employees doing small things to keep up the facility, like cleaning counters, vacuuming, mopping , etc, and I find this important especially with the flu going around. I get the feeling that they really care about their customers.

My 3 year old son comes here quite often for toddler time, as well as on the weekends. Since he is a toddler, we go to the Bounce jr section, and he absolutely loves it. It seems every week Bounce has added new activities to the area, making it that much more fun. I enjoy bringing my son as much as he enjoys going!
