At the top of the tower, 50 stories up, you will see Dallas like you have never seen it before! The panoramic views of the city are astounding! I have seen the tower lit up at night many times and am always fascinated with how beautiful it is at night. The tower is my most favorite downtown skyscraper.

A great place to get a little history ad some good sights of the city below. About 150 feet lower than the Seattle space needle, no restaurant at the top and it doesnt rotate. For over $18 a person it is a bit steep I feel. But it was a nice experience.

This was a fun touristy type stop on our trip in Dallas. The view was beautiful but the staff is what made it so much fun. The lady checking everyone in and taking pictures was a blast, our attendant going up was so sweet and Burk the ambassador was full of info and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this stop for any Dallas trip.

I reached out to submit a request for an event about a mouth before the event. I was told that I had sent in the needed info within more than enough time and should hear back shortly. Weeks went by and heard nothing despite numerous attempts to follow up. Finally 2 days before the requested time they followed up saying “ Unfortunately, your request was declined. I’m sure you can understand that November and December are quite busy for everyone, especially with us and our home office since we are preparing for NYE. Hopefully we can work something out in the future for another shoot.” I found this response to be very disingenuous, and the lack of communication to be very discouraging. If you are looking to host an event or planning a shoot I wouldn’t waste your time here and just go somewhere with better customer service.

Sent this email in January and never received a response. Very poor customer service. On our recent trip to Dallas we purchased tickets for Reunion Tower a few days before coming. We got the day and night ticket because we thought it would be best and the most ‘worth-it’ for the money. We went during the day and also went back at 8pm to see the city at night, we were then told that they were at max capacity and no one else was allowed up, the lady at the desk said that the last group goes up at 8:30 (the posted closing time) and they close at 9pm. So from our view we were plenty early to go back up to the top. No where on your website or printed tickets did we see that this could have been an issue. The lady told us to contact the accounting department for a refund since we are leaving Dallas tomorrow and therefore will not be able to see the tower at night. This was extremely disappointing as we were looking forward to spending our last night enjoying the city lights. There was no notification or posting on the website that the tower was at max capacity so the trip to and from the tower was also for naught. I ask for a full refund for two day and night tickets.I look forward to hearing from you.

This is a city icon, if you visit Dallas this place its a must see. People are really nice and you can enjoy the 360 degrees view from the observation deck or from the top of the tower while youre dinning at the restaurant. Make sure nobody else is proposing at the time youre there if youre planning to do so as well, thats one of the things the place is famous for too.

We are new to Dallas and wanted to do something touristy to get a feel for the city. We got tickets and went to Reunion Tower! It is so iconic to the Dallas skyline. It is on the rougher part of the city but the parking lot is secured, we werent worried about our car getting broken into there. It wasnt over crowded either, which was awesome. We didnt have to fight to get good photos and look around. We got the 8 PM slot, which was perfect. We got to see the sunset and night time view. I would totally recommend trying it out!

I reviewed the website to see if there were any events going on. And that day DJ. K. Sprinkle was going to be at Reunion Tower at 3p.m. so I purchased my tickets around that appointment time. As you have 1 hr to tour the tower. So my family and I saw and danced to DJ K. SPARKLE the entire hour and you could tick tock to your favorite jam... enjoyed it so much.

This place has amazing views and we clicked great pictures. But the social distancing is followed only till escalators. People were hoarding the Deck to click pictures and social distancing was compromised in every possible way. Used masks were flying around and there was no one monitoring or limiting the people on the deck.Definitely not the safest place to visit during these times.

Easy access from the parking area. Foot prints that lead your way which is great for tourists. The service here is so very friendly, much more than I could have expected. Admission prices were very reasonable. Elevator ride up is very nice and a staff member rides with you which is an added bonus. The views from the top are very beautiful, especially around dusk! Love the outer viewing area, though that can get really cramped up! Atmosphere was friendly and lively. Really a great place to stop if you are in the area, or even take a trip to see the views!

Being from Toronto, we called this the CN Tower of Dallas. Similar views, similar food, but more reasonably priced. Yes, I understand the CN Tower is a larger attraction in a larger city (top 4 to 18 for comparison in population at the time of writing) but what i’d like to draw attention to here is the experience Reunion Tower offers, which is a pleasant one!

Very disappointed in the tower. First its too expensive for what it offers. $17 for anyone over 12yrs old and $8 for kids. Plus youll need to pay for parking. When we got inside and I was having trouble pulling up my tickets because youre underground they were rude about me using their wifi as if I was putting them out by using it for 1 min to do business with them. The telescopes are almost useless everyone in our group tried to use multiple scopes and promptly gave up due to the tiny foggy viewing offered through the dirty lenses. The interactive touch screens barely work and offer nothing of interest. The most exciting thing here is the memory game. We decided to eat at the Cloud 9 restaurant which was more fun than the geo deck by far. The floor rotates and you get a great view. However they dont have their act together in the restaurant either because even though they only offer 5 entrees they were out of the 1 I tried to order. At 1 oclock on a weekday theyre out of food?
