This place is totally worth every cent! Be prepared to mind blown by the different exhibits here! Big shout out to Hailey! She is the best example of customer service I’ve encountered since moving to Dallas. She took the time to explain some exhibits and even offered to take pictures of my wife and I and suggested poses to maximize our time here! This museum is blessed to have her as an employee! 10 out of 5 stars if you ask me. We will definitely be back!!

What an awesome experience!! The best part was how awesome Chris was in helping taking pictures. This was my first museum I’ve visited in Dallas and it was definitely worth it. I came with my s.o. and it’s a great place for some cool pictures. Staff is terrific & make this place 1,000 times more fun! Anthony & Torin are the best

If you want a fun day go here. Amazing illusions here. It’s a quick little way to add some laughter to your day. Employees were the best. If you needed help taking photos they were Johnny on the spot for you. Can’t wait to go back.

A short but excellent experience that is well worth the $19 ticket price. Plenty of fun optical illusions and a knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Chanel walked with us and explained the illusions and was ready to take pictures whenever we needed them. Expect to spend a fun filled 30-45 minutes exploring mind bending illusions.

Chris was amazing. He helped my friends and I figure out how to work the illusions. If it wasn’t for him we’d be lost puppies. He definitely made the experience super fun. Also I’m from out of state so for my first experience in Dallas, it was great. Thank you Chris.

I visited this museum during a quick trip to Dallas for my birthday. My friends and I spent about an hour here. We had an awesome time, and got some great pictures too! There was a very nice employee working named Hailey who helped us out with some tips and tricks when it came to some exhibits and I loved her input! A fun and unique activity to enjoy with friends!

I came here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and we had so much fun! Lots of good photo opps. Hailey helped us a lot with taking our photos so they came out perfect. Nice museum with fun illusions, just smaller than I expected. Me and my girlfriend didnt even stay the whole hour cause there wasnt enough to fill the time. And definitely go with several people if you want to get good pictures, as its somewhat difficult with just two people

Great experience!! I It is short but but you have a lot of fun for all ages. It took us about 45 minutes, Staff is very helpful and even help you to get the best photo specially Chris.

Had a blast taking my girl out to celebrate her birthday at this awesome museum! Chris did a great job helping explain how each Illusion worked & was nice enough to take pictures & videos of us at each exhibit. I’ll def be bringing my son here another day in the future!

Pretty cool for what it is. It is small so gets crowded quick. Best to go during off peak hours to able to not feel cramped.

Me and my son came in this morning and had a wonderful time. one girl in particular, Eboni!! was such a help, she explained everything so well and made sure that we noticed the moving picture and was so cool! There were not a lot of people so we felt safe too.

My husband and I came here for my birthday and had a blast! Eboni walked us through some of the illusions and snapped some fab photos too! Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and engaging, and the exhibits (though at times a bit dizzying) kept us completely occupied for more than an hour.We came on a Friday evening at 5pm and parked in an open (reserved for MOI patrons) parking space right in front.

This place took me by surprise..I liked it. You can bring the whole family. The guys working are awesome. Everything is interactive and there are printouts next to each illusion explaining what to do. I wish there was more... Or something that we get to bring home. It was like $60 for my family of 4. If you want a souvenir you gotta pay with card.

This place was so much fun! My kids from 4-12 all enjoyed it and the staff was fantastic! Chris helped us do a picture and answered any questions we had! Great family night event or a date night.

Thank you Museum of Illusions, I brought 3 girls 10-12 years old. They were so entertained by the exhibits. We had Chris one of the curators to explain the illusions and take our pictures. He also had ideas for pictures to use the boomerang effect while throwing the cards. The dark rotating wheel was their favorite. There was a lot of excitement and screaming in the wheel. The Museum was decorated for Halloween.

Its great the customers are really nice me and my kids had a great time there. There us so much to do

20 dollars for 20 mins of fun. Not bad just overpriced. Everything is just for Instagram likes is seems.

Had a great time here. Anthony was super helpful. He explained the exhibits and was able to take pictures. The museum can last however long you want. Of course if youre quickly walking through the various attractions instead of interacting with them, you will be done in 10 minutes. I looked at and interacted with everything and spent 40 minutes. This was a nice outing.

Went here with my husband and had a great time! It was just the two of us so we didnt have a third person to take our photos but the employee named Chris was kind enough to take our photo (another female employee did as well but I didnt catch her name). All of the workers were kind and welcoming and we werent rushed at all.

A little pricey for the size of the museum. The main reason for the 4-stars is that the staff was AMAZING. We had multiple people offer to take our photos without us even asking which was awesome since there was just 2 of us.

It was ok... would I recommend to someone? Probably not. Wasn’t enough to do. Small space with only 2 things that we enjoyed. The tunnel and the pic that I included. $19 per adult and $15 per child and we were in and out in less then 45 minutes.

Take the kids or make it the first stop on date night. Pretty good time, creative exhibits and great photo opportunities. Park in the open lot on either side of the street.

Had such a fun time at the Museum of Illusions! When we were stuck on how an illusion worked or needed assistance with someone getting a picture, the staff was so good at being there and helping. Anthony was so kind and helpful in ensuring we had the best time during our visit. Definitely recommend checking it out!

My daughter and I decided to check this little gem out and boy did it sparkle! I had so-so expectations because I have seen no many illusions posted online and such but I figured wed check it out. Well I was very pleasantly SURPRISED! It is interactive and fun with photo opportunities that are both fun AND part of the illusion!! Staff was super friendly and helpful as several illusions work best with at least two people in a snapshot...well as there were just the two of us visiting...and BOOM there was a staff member ready to take a picture for us! If you really like to check illusions out, you have an hour to do so. And I warn you...things arent always as they seem!! Fun.

Loved the experience! I went solo, just treating myself to a fun evening. Spent a rich 45 minutes here playing with the illusions. Since some of the illusions required two people, staff member Anthony was super helpful! I loved dancing in the color and mirror rooms and the spiral bridge was insane! I would bring a date back here for sure.

We decided to check out the museum of illusion, when we first arrived we were little hesitant to go inside but we are so glad we did. Hailey was absolutely amazing! Thank you Hailey and the entire staff. The experience is one for the books. So much unexpected fun, laughter, surprises, learning, and excitement. The staff, was so patient and informative. This is real fun for both adults and children. I hope that more of these museums are built across the US. There is so much to learn and actually have fun with the fascination of Illusions. Looking back at the pictures, just like in person, stimulate joy and appreciation because this was one hell of an experience.

I dont give many 5 Stars, however The Museum of Illusions definitely deserves it. It was an fabulous exhibit.So much fun, and you will have wonderful memories for a life time.Very well organized and the staff was there to assist. I highly recommend:)

It’s a cool place to go but literally only took like 10 minutes for the whole experience... appointment was at 3pm showed up at 2:50pm and left by 3:04pm . Prices do not match product .! Spent 45$ for two people. I wish prices were more reasonable for experience. So overall took a loss in this situation. Recommend only going if you want to spend unreasonable money . Other than pricing staff was very respectful and helpful .

The concept and illusions are amazing, however, with the $10 parking and each adult ticket being $19 and only lasting 20min is not that worth for me, unfortunately.

Very fun, interactive place to visit but you must reserve your spot online they are limiting people. You will be greeted by a very sweet girl eboni at the front entrance! She showed us the fun stuff but also respected our space and was there when we needed her. They only have a few parking spaces in the front so you could have to pay for parking if they are not available. Overall we had a great time and definitely well worth the money spent.

Honestly, the advertisement is very misleading. You would think it was some crazy experience but it definitely is not worth the twenty bucks. My boyfriend didnt even enjoy himself either. Its literally a one room space with all these bodies moving around trying to look at different things on the walls. The only exciting part was the vortex bridge thing. Thats it. Also, the gift shop illusions are a little cool but all cheaply made with bad wood. Check it out for yourself to gain your own opinion but I personally feel its a waste of time.Now with all of that being said I would like to add that the staff is very kind and helpful at explaining some of the things that made no sense. So there ya go, take it or leave it.

Went to the Museum of Illusions while I was in Dallas for my birthday. Had a great time...Hailey and Chris were very helpful and fun guides and guided us through the various illusions. If Im in Dallas again, I will go back!

It was a fun museum. You can get some fun IG photos. The museum will take you about an hour to walk through. The tickets for entry were a bit steep for the size of the place and things to do inside.

Would have rather saved my money. It was cool but not worth the money as most of it was stuff you would see on the internet. There were about 4 photo opportunities as well. We took our absolute time and still got through it in about 45 minutes.

This is a fun experience, but the museum is really small. The policies for the museum are somewhat unclear on the website as well. They give you an hour time slot, saying that if you are late for your slot you can expect to wait to get in. What they really mean is you get that hour and that is it. When we arrived, they told us we had only the 15 minutes left in our slot to be in the museum. When our 15 minutes was up, we only had one corner of the museum left to look at. The general manager allowed us to do so, which we appreciated, but she was not particularly friendly about it. I think the museum should clarify it’s policies on the website. The employees were personable and friendly, so if you feel like this is worth the money, check it out.

It was fun but kind of short and anti-climatic but an experience nevertheless. Probably wont return until they do some extensions or add more features.

Loved this museum. Was a great time away. Interactive and tons of things to discover. Staff member Anthony was a great help at describing certain illusions to us and taking cool photos for us.

Last minute outing and we all enjoyed it. My 9 and 14 yr old enjoyed the illusions and challenges as well as the photo ops. Added bonus was that i was completely wheelchair accessible and the staff was helpful and courteous. If you love to test your brain, visit this place!

Alot of fun, for any age I would imagine. Alot of puzzles and illusions to learn about. Very friendly service. They helped us take the best pictures.

My boyfriend and I visited this location on Sunday 9-6-2020 & we truly enjoyed our experience! Everyone practiced social distancing, wore masks, and there was plenty of sanitizer available. The museum itself is small, but there was a lot of interesting displays and rooms to explore. We made sure to take our time with each display so we could get the full experience. When we were confused a staff member named Eboni came over and explained to us how certain things worked. She even took the time to take our picture and suggested cool poses so the illusions looked even cooler in our pictures! Overall it was worth the visit. If you are ever in the west end stop by.

This was an awesome experience and a good way to spend an afternoon with some friends. Its interesting, fun, and tuned for museum comers of all ages. Hailey did an excellent job showing my group around and making sure we got the full experience! While the staff took notice to CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and face masks, the patrons seemed to be oblivious that a pandemic is still going on and have completely forgotten how to protect themselves.

Great place to take 9-14 year olds. Younger kids will get some things. Older kids might get board. This 56 year old kid thoroughly enjoyed my visit. There are plenty of staff to help if you dont quite get it. It was a great place to visit once and stay for an hour or 2. I cant imagine visiting very often. Fun to see kids light up when then get the illusions.

This museum is awesome! I loved all the exhibits, it’s very interactive and a fun place to go with friends. Hailey was super kind and showed us around the museum! The only thing that would keep me from going back is the lack of visitors wearing face masks. They should actually require the visitors to wear a face covering and to social distance.
