Where do I start... Ill just say this is the most fun weve had out since the whole pandemic. My daughter had a blast and didnt want to leave! On our way in we were greeted by very friendly staff and I was pleasantly surprised we both got in for 20bucks. Most of the staff are teenagers and were very respectful and helpful on the climing wall and zip line. The bathrooms were clean and the concession stand was reasonable. I think this is our new favorite spot. Great indoor find just before winter. Yes I would recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Today was the first time we visited, and my kiddo had a blast. We signed a quick waver and off she went. Only two things were down due to COVID, and staff took their time to sanitize everything and had sanitizer stations set up next to every play place. All the staff we encountered were beyond friendly, and were extremely helpful. We also ended up meeting the owner of the facility whom was very pleasant and friendly. The manager, Carole was also fantastic!!Thanks for helping us climb everything, Ava left with the biggest smile on her face! We cant wait to be back again!

My family and I love Urban Air! It’s affordable, CLEAN, and so much fun!! We can’t wait for them to open again. Hopefully soon! Looking forward to going back!

Very friendly staffs. Very reasonable membership rate!Now it just reopened. Two areas were closed for safety. But the ticket price is $13 instead of $26, include one slide of pizza. In addition, you need to go to their website for reservations because of numbers of people control. The staffs check your temperature before you get in and clean up play areas timely.

Nothing was functioning spent extra money to find out most of the main attractions were not operating. Ask to downgrade but was told no because we paid already. I will not recommend or go here again. Bad experience!

This place is so fun to go espically with friends and family and it’s a good place and the people here and who works here are fun and great people 10/10

Took my 5 yo daughter here and she loved it. A lot to do for her age all the way to teenagers. Went on a busy weekend with a couple large groups for birthday parties and still wasnt that bad. Things are spread out enough to separate activities. My 5 yo was probably the youngest I would recommend taking here. I would say ages 8 to 12 is optimal to take advantage of everything there is to do.

The Kids loved this place. It was a little bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Although it seems like it might just be another Trampoline park this was a bit more fun. The kids enjoyed the rock walls, Sky rider, and the Rope Course very much. We cant wait for the one near us to open but since it wont be soon Im sure well be back to this location.

Urban Air is definitely the place to take the kids and enjoy yourself. Whether its to get away, throw a party, or entertain a group of kids? Its the place you dont wanna miss out on! The prices are great for the open play and every one including adults will have a blast.

I have been to several different Urban Air in the general area. By far this is the best one. The staff are great!

Daisy is the best birthday host ever!!!!!!She made our birthday party experience exciting and hassle-free. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was caring and understanding (Our party was mainly adults and a few kids ranging from different ages).I’m definitely coming back and that’s Becca Daisy made my entire party feel invited and welcomed!!!!! Daisy you’re a super star!!!!!!

Staff was super-helpful (thanks Danielle!) explaining the options and getting us going.I was pleasantly surprised how clean, well-supervised, and convenient it was for parents. There was always staff walking about, cleaning up, monitoring the different areas. We will be back.

Im nearly an adult, but oh my god, this place was amazing. I went with my friend and my sister and we had a blast. There were people of all ages having fun. Of course there are weight and height limits, but unless youre really tall or weigh 250+ pounds, this place is perfect for EVERYONE!

Great location. all staff is extremely helpful and entire facility smells like bleach... LOVE that they make sure to maintain cleanliness with all the foot traffic

Came here for Charles birthday party on 3/1/20 and it was fantastic. Food was great staff was very friendly and very attentive. This place is great, definitely going to plan a party here in the future.

I love Urban Air! The facility is always clean and the staff is wonderful! The one of the managers Danielle was the sweetest and was very helpful in the check in process.

So fun for the kids! Had a party here and attended 2 others. The kids always have a great time. Typical food of pizza and cake but they burn up the calories here with so much to do. Go they will love it.

We were looking for a fun place to spend a Friday night out. Ive been hearing about this place from friends. My 11 yr old daughter had so much fun exploring all the fun. There were a couple birthday parties. The staff was great and made sure kids were safe. We chose the ultimate package so she could try out everything. Totally a cool fun place and they kept it cool so kids dont get overheated. You spend 2.5 hours and then your time is exspired. On the drive home she expressed how much fun she had and cant wait to go back. Thank you so much for offering such a fun and exciting atmosphere for my family. We defiantly will spread the great news to others.

My kids love this place! The 2.5 hour unlimited bracelet is reasonable and worth the price. Urban Air is better and has way more to offer than other trampoline parks. A major plus: Parents are an additional $5/person if you get the unlimited bracelet.

Yanna, Daisy & Karole were FANTASTIC. Very clean and the court monitors were great with my kiddos!! Can’t wait to come back!

Man, this place was a blast! My 5 year old and 3 year old had an awesome time. Theres so much to do for all ages, even adults. Not a bad place to let the kiddos run around and tire themselves out.

It is a really nice fun place . It has a lot of great activities. Tori helped us a lot she was very helpful with the party we hosted. I highly recommend the place to host your party or just a fun day with the family!!!

The people here are so rude and give you dirty looks!! if you are 10 and younger this place would be good for you. They have barely any trampolines and most of there park is 7 and under. Wouldn’t recommend

It felt like concessions needed a little more assistance or preparation for the crowd they had on March 11th. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fun place. Definitely pricey. Just spent over $90 for 3 kids to play for 2.5 hours. The packages are deceitful as well. I had asked the young lady working the font to give me whatever package so that they could play all night. She sold me the “unlimited” package. Never once did she mention a time limit. Be aware of the fine print.

I attended a birthday party in crystal lake and it was the absolute best! Very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly ! Especially Ayanna . She was very attentive to our needs and I was highly impressed because it was really busy and she didn’t miss a beat! Food was awesome and just loved the whole experience! I can’t wait to go back!

Love this place almost as much as my son does. Only things I would like to see change is more healthy food and drinks options and more tables and chairs.

All I can say is this place is pretty cool my 2 year old daughter had a lot of fun and so did I my only thing I didnt really like about it was that for the money you spend you also have to buy their socks.... seemed kind of overpriced for what you get but we still really enjoyed our time here

Previously went to a competitor jump place in Crystal Lake and reviewed them based on value (cheap) and I will gladly pay a little more to come here in the future. The entire place was clean and staff was attentive and friendly. The bathrooms were tended and kept and all the equipment was safe and looked great. The staff was enforcing rules and engaging with the kids. They deserve all 5 stars and we will be back for sure!

It was great, we had alot of fun and had a great hostess for our sons birthday party. We booked 6 to 8 but when 8 pm rolled up they didnt hesitate to tell us that either we move from the table or leave. We paid 670.00 to be kicked out lol. We did have fun though.

Place is the best! Ill still give them 5-stars, even though they are a bit too strict on restricting parents from jumping when they are clearly with their kids. A little overboard and takes away from the fun. Cmon, lighten up a little! =)

Took my 9 year old daughter here and bought the parent pass. The prices were very fair for the quality of all they offer. I honestly do not know who had more fun. We both tried everything they had to offer multiple times. This place is a blast! Very clean and well maintained. All of the staff members were very well focused and interacted with the guests in a positive and fun way. It really brought out my inner child. My only complaint is how sore I was the next day from jumping my heart out and climbing the walls multiple times. Very different from most of these types of places where the parents have to sit on the sidelines. It was a great way to bond and interact with my daughter in the most fun way possible. Can not wait to return!

Kids had an absolute blast kicking off their extended weekend here!! Came in at noon after a soccer game and cant believe they were still going full speed when we left! They loved the Zipline, the Rock walls and enjoyed the dodgeball arena. The entire staff had great energy and it was a breath of fresh air watching the manager walk around and engage not only with the guests but also the staff!Truly a hidden gem in Crystal Lake. We love finding entertainment for the entire family and look forward to our return.

Urban Air hosted my daughters 8th birthday and the staff was fantastic! Our hostess Emily made sure we had everything we needed and was on point to answer questions and keep the party moving on schedule. We will definitely book a party with them again and I will be bringing my kiddos here anytime they have extra energy :)

Wow! This place is incredible. 20 times superior to Chucking Cheese and bouncy houses. Incredibly fun place. So many things to do, you will have a hard time staying up with watching the kids. The Manager was fantastic, Briana had won a small birthday party with level 1 equipment. She wanted to do the obstacle course and the Manager said its your birthday sweet pea, well get you in there. And he did. Clean, friendly and fun.

Today was our first time here and my 3 & 6 year old had a blast. We were here for almost five hours and I dont have one negative thing to say! The staff was great and the park was clean. We also had the pleasure of meeting some of the owners who were in town from Texas. They were two of the nicest people I have met!! You can tell they are really in this for the kids. There is no outside food or drink allowed so I figured it would be expensive to eat or drink here. To my surprise the snacks and food were very well priced. I believe a slice of pizza was $2. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!! Love this place.
