Prices are fair. Most arcade games do not work or are not connected to the web, making it impossible to race each other. And they are expensive to a single play. Air hockey table works if you turn the puck over the right way. Fantasy bowling is fun with the black lights for the kids. But they didnt turn off ALL the lights like they should.

Very friendly staff! It didn’t take long to get our double bacon cheeseburger and fries and only $7.99 including drink. The burger was very good and the fries nice and crispy. We will be back

Everything was really good...except our lane failed 4 times. If staff had been nicer about it I would have rated the place higher.

Great atmosphere for the whole family. Newly remodeled. Sooo much nicer than it used to be. Modern score machines and all the bowling apparatus are new and operate properly. No more constant asking the attendant for help.. Better and new shoes. Updated restrooms and bar area.

Had a birthday party and it was awesome. Good pizza they do a really good job with the deco on the lanes and Im loving the signed bowling pin my granddaughter got!! Thanks for the great service!! ( Please watch out for the wooden steps. I tripped on them and fell. Thats was the only bad about my visit)

Staff is friendly, burgers and fries are excellent. Only problem is the lanes are a bit dry, I prefer a tad more oil. The equipment is dated and sometimes the ball return or rack will get hung up. Still, it’s a fun place for young or young at heart.

Their quick to turn away people from their establishment. They have bowling leagues till 8pm he said. The red haired man behind the desk said i cant put you on a lane then take you off because we oiled the lanes already... still 1.5 hours before league starts.

The building was clean and service was fast and friendly. For a small town the place had the level of service and amenities that would be expected at a much larger place. If you are looking for a fun place to visit you cannot go wrong with a visit.

The burgers are excellent! Other food is good too. Kids absolutely love it there and the people are friendly and easy going. There is a little free arcade there that the kids love to jump on in-between turns. Staff is super accommodating to our 8 kids!! Great memories being made bowling!!

Nice place it was super crowded on Thursday evening so the best time to get there around 8:30 pm.

We dont live around here but we were here for some work I brought my son. Son likes to bowl so I brought him here and it was one of the best bowling alleys Ive seen. Definitely go back if Im in the area worth the money I think they have a deal on Tuesdays

My family loves it here. They have an amazing kids bowl free during the summer. We go all of the time. They have great beer selections and finger foods.

If you go during the day time (through the week) they have some really good specials. I went on last week around 1pm and bowled with shoes for $5. It was $2.50 a game. During the weekend Im not quite sure if they have any deals. I know they have cosmic bowling.

We have been here a couple times now and always have a great experience . Super friendly and love the deals they have every day.

It was very clean, had plenty of lanes, little to no lane issues and it had plenty of options to the scoring screen (animated, statistics, etc..). They have specials each day, staff was friendly and willing to help.

We went there for my daughters birthday. Not a party, just to bowl. We checked the website before we went and said it closed at 10pm. We got there around 730 and and then we learned that they were closing at 9. I shared my frustration with the girl at the cash register and she said we dont own our website so we dont have any control over it. Wrong answer! You may not maintain your own web site but you are surely paying someone to do that for you. You call or email them and ask them to change it. Thats how you do business. You dont say that to paying customers either. You say, I am so sorry maam. I will speak to the manager (or owner) about this and get this issue fixed. Heres a coupon for a free game or free shoe rental. Poor customer service!The pizza was mediocre but what do expect for a bowling alley? The actual bowling was a blast!

I dont know what it is but the kids and I agree that everything in here seems to feel more compact than the alley that we used to visit in Michigan. We still had a great time though.

Kelly was our server/cook and did an AMAZING job. Our food was absolutely delicious, some of the best in town, and affordable. They even have new beer tubes with a set limit of beer and you serve yourself at your own pace. It was a wonderful experience and Ill definitely be coming back.

This wood be a good place to go, but the lanes malfunction in some way every time I go bowling there. But it is all that Crossville has for a bowling alley. :(

It has been a few years since the last time i visited. It has been updated since then. It is a lot nicer now. The lanes are in better shape and it is actually a pretty nice bowling alley.

With specials happening almost every day fun is a guaranteed strike!

We decided to go here after realizing there is not a whole lot you can do for young kids in this area at a reasonable price. Our three year old had a wonderful time and really enjoyed getting out of the house. My husband and I really liked the enviroment there. However it does tend to get crowded fast and the bathrooms could be cleaned better.

We had a great time and the prices were very good.

Fun place. Had called to reserve lane and was told we didnt need to reserve one. Had to wait for a lane to free up when we arrived. Found out about special priced package deals after we paid. Next time will insist on reservations and will ask about special package.

It’s bad business when you have the wrong hours posted online. We made date night plans to bowl from 830-10 only to go there and be told that they close at 9. It’s the 21st century, not that hard to change your hours for the public to see.

I took my kids here and paid for 2 games. We had 3 frames left of the 2nd game and they asked us to leave to free up lanes for the league. I told her we just wanted to finish the game that we already paid for. She went to tell the OWNER and she shut the lane off refusing to let us finish on the very last frame...she wouldnt let us finish on a different lane either. I got a refund for the last game that we never got to finish. I do agree with other reviews about employees (even the owner) are rude. I will not spend another dime there and will bowl out of town!

Great lanes, awesome food, fair prices and friendly staff.

It was clean and everything looks nice, but past the surface there were problems. There was no selection for balls, I couldnt find one to fit my fingers that was in a weight that I could use safely. And the lanes were EXTREMELY over oiled. It was all over my hands just from handling the ball, and I was sliding all over. Also, the ball return wouldnt work, my husband and I had to have 3-4 balls in play cuz it wouldnt bring our ball back until the next persons turn.
