Awesome park. By far the nicest in the Verde Valley! Awesome people too. Very easy to talk to and get along with.

+JMJ I have a friend who lives here. Having visited him several times since he moved in 3 years ago, I feel I can offer a review. This mobile home park is WONDERFUL!!! The owner/manager lives on site and he is one of the fairest (when I was looking for accommodations, even before my friend moved into Vista del Sol, Mike was very understanding about my financial situation and offered to help in any way that he could. However, I ended up moving elsewhere), friendliest people I have met in Cottonwood. His complex is pet friendly. And, the neighbors are super friendly towards my friend, gifting him with Christmas gifts of homemade baked goods and fresh pecans! The complex has quite a few trees making it a well shaded place. Additionally, quite a few of the neighbors maintain beautifully manicured yards. Another added bonus is that this quiet mobile home community is situated between Old Town Cottonwood and very close to Main Street and 89A. It is a really lovely place and I am glad that my friend lives in this community.

Owner is very nice with prompt response.Having full hook ups makes it easy.Beautiful spot.Nice friendly neighbors.
