Its an okay place to live, sidewalks are very uneven not safe to walk around to get exercise, three neighbors fell hurt themselves. Park Needs updates. But is a clean park.
Nice safe place to live. Close to the hospital for the elderly.
Clean, friendly neighbors. Went for yard sale.
Great and easy access particularly to +55 as we are near the medical centre. Quiet and just sometimes would like a little excitement as in more community activities.
Very nice 55+ community. All of the residents seem very nice. This is a smaller community. You can see the pride in the way that everyone keeps their property.
Nice, quiet location. Nice people. New company, Treehouse Communities, purchased it in July and immediately raised the lot space. Greed. Had I been informed of that I would have continued searching for a home. Kinda stuck now.
We looked at a number of mobile home parks and liked the El Rio De Oro the best. It is a smaller older community, good location, clean, quiet, and friendly. The lot rent is less than some of the bigger parks and the homes are not packed together like a can of sardines. The outdoor living aspect is better than most and the views are fantastic.
Nice Clubhouse, and Pool They keep raising rent higher and higher on Seniors who do not get a cost of living raise
Well appointed and maintained.
Everything was beautiful and really like the area.
It has to many rules for the money you have to pay for your space. You cant do anything to your mobile home without having managements OK. I dont think that is fare. Since I own my home.
Seems ok, just visited.
What kind of horrible human beings you must be to ban Girl Scouts from your property. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Anyone in the world who dismisses children doesnt deserve a second look
My grandma lives here and there is no management and nothing for the residents to do. No card day or craft day. It is a small park so that might have something to do about it.
