This review is based on my cut with Shelby Pence not the salon. I came in with long hair requesting a trim. I thought the consult with Shelby went great. She looked at my pictures, acknowledged that I didnt want lots of layers and we agreed on a 1/2 inch trim. I walked out with tons of short choppy layers (more than 2 off), thin looking hair and a $100 plus tip bill. I contacted Shelby following to express my concerns. She never responded. I would definitely not go to her again. She didnt follow through on what was discussed on the consult. Now I have hair I dont love which will take months or a year to grow out. I suggest seeing someone else.

Amazing salon I went to get a botched haircut fixed with Melanie she was so sweet great conversation and she managed to save so much of my hair I was shocked! The scenery is adorable very clean very professional.

This salon is a beautifully repurposed space with a fun, calming vibe, I truly am in awe of the decor. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, personable and professional. I felt quite spoiled and absolutely loved it!

My stylist, Shaun, moved to this salon because he wanted to work at a more trendy place, and trendy it is. It is in what used to be a mechanics garage. Only complaint is parking.

Its hard to find a person to do short feminine hair. But I finally found Lolo at Living Room Salon. This place also has rotating art and is different almost every time I go. Love the vibe and the cuts.

I wasnt going to write a review but since Ive never heard back from the Salon after I told them what happened I figured I should leave a review.I got my hair colored and she completely ruined my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it wasnt even close. When I left the Salon my hair was so damaged from the bleach it was breaking off!The next morning I had severe burns on my ears and scalp because they left the bleach on for way too long. I even had to go to Urgent Care to make sure the Chemical Burns I had didnt scar.. When I called the salon asking to speak to a manager. I was told someone would call me back the manager wasnt availale. I called several more times and the same thing would happen this salon completely ruined my hair..

Every time I go to this salon, I get a different stylest, and every time the experience is awesome :) I had an appointment with Kelleigh yesterday, and she totally has the gift. Shes the kind of stylest that reads you and your hair, and knows exactly what to do. One of the best cuts Ive had in years, thank you! :)
