We have a 150 gal. aquarium and used this company to maintain the tank for over two years. During the time the Mushroom coral that we had dozens of were slowly missing. Until we had 6 left. We fell on hard times during the great recession. We had to cancel the service because we were behind on our bills and a slow payer. Times were bad. We owed about $800.00 I was able to pay $550 and asked if they could forgive the balance. They are under no obligation to do so, but I asked.The response was I know where you and your family live and if you do not pay I will come over; I have a key. This very aggressive approach scared my wife badly We paid in full two days later. The owner came to my office and gave me my house key for the check. If you use this company, be more liquid than you fish tank.

Great service and even better support. Explained what I was looking for and Dale and his team came up with the perfect aquarium setup for my lobby. Totally professional and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used the fishking (dale ) and his guys many times over the last 10 years .They are without a dought the most professional and thoughtfull service company I have ever used . Ramon took great care in the handling of my fish aswell as my corals ...as a hobbyists it was awesome to see the guys care as much and even more than I thought possible . I have since hired Dale and his guys to service my tank on a fulltime basis and could not be happier with them !!!
