Great customer service! They go the extra mile to make sure your aquatic life is healthy and if a problem arises they respond quickly!!

Company uses tap water. They do not do water changes every time.They bill on hourly charges which is not what you want if you are the client.They will bill you for stuff you do not need. I have had fish for 35 years and this company is the worst!
