The Riverfront park in Corvallis Oregon is a wonderful place for any occasion. The Saturday and Wednesday Market are amazing and a must check out. Great way to support local businesses and farmers as well, we utilize the park for a short walk after eating at one of the amazing downtown restaurants. There is something for everyone kids can play while others can take a seat at one of the many benches available throughout the park. This park has a view of the Willamette River running the length of the park.

Beautiful little place to walk in the fall with the leaves at full display. Visited the farmers market and artisan fair on Saturday and enjoyed seeing the various venders and was able to snag a few really great deals on hats, jewelry, and body butter!

A great part of downtown. Plenty of parking, flourishing flowers and trees, easy paved path. Benches for a rest, on Saturday , Farmers Market is bustling with fresh local produce, good and services. Everything from grass fed meat to small business lotions, soaps and creams. Singers crooning their sounds, instruments playing and play area for children (even grown up ones).A lovely way to enjoy a Saturday full with sunshine.

Love the new climbing structure. Took my granddaughter on a bike ride. The only thing that was bad Is all the homeless hanging out in large groups drinking alcohol. I would guess that over 50% of the people in that area were homeless. It is totally taken over. Thats too bad. This is a wonderful place to go just watch your back.

I love this place. It can get busy and thats to be expected on hot days. Theres not much shade so be sure if youre going to stay a while to bring sunscreen.I believe the water turns off promptly at 8 pm but it could be 7 pm.

Love this area of Corvallis because it’s home to the Wednesday & Saturday (summer) farmers markets. There is also great restaurants along the water front and downtown shopping nearby as well as coffee shops. The park is also home to all kinds of 5ks though out the year, and makes for a great spot to take photos.

Nice park along first street in Corvallis. Lots of good restaurants, brew pubs, and sometimes the farmers market right across the street. In the summer they turn on the water at the splash pad, and theres a childrens climbing structure. We enjoy taking walks along the bike path after dinner before heading home.

We spent a short time here as part of our trip to Corvallis. It is along the Willamette River and has benches, a paved walkway, a climbing apparatus for kids, and proximity to several bar-restaurants. Angle parking is available across from the park, is somwhat limited, and costs $.50 per hour. It is well maintained and very attractive.

Nice place aside from the rampant homelessness, visible drug use, and drug paraphernalia. The last straw for me was 2 homeless people washing their unspeakables in the splash pad fountain while kids were playing in to. Needless to say, I left right away. There isnt enough chlorine to sanitize that.

It is a relaxing public park for sitting, walking, viewing the river and meeting people. In the warmer months you can stroll through the farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and purchase locally grown produce and listen to music. Parking is a little more difficult on Saturdays but not impossible, usually less than a few blocks walk.

Nice little stretch of riverside paths. Liberally lined with large old growth Oaks, bedecked in various mosses and lichens. Blackberry bushes line large sections with young Magnolia trees given way to fragrant blossoms in the spring and summer. The trail winds its way around the outside of Corvallis, along the river and past a few parks and an under the highway skate park. Plenty of homeless people inhabit the trail sides as you leave the city and center Pioneer park however.

Great park with a lovely view of the river. Theres a lot of shaded areas, so its a pleasant walk even in sunny weather, and the path leads all the way south to the skate park and beyond, offering great opportunities for bike riding. In the summer, the fountain is a fun combination of cooling refreshment for the kids as well as some local history, and dont forget to come and take a picture of the salmonbender statue!

Walked to river front while waiting for computer repair. There was a guy playing a baby grand piano. Went and sat on benches to wait and enjoy music. Within 20 minutes I was surrounded by homeless people everywhere and realized the guy playing was homeless. They had surrounded me and were acting like crazies. Didnt feel safe so I left. As I was walking back to my car I realized there were more homeless wandering the streets than regular people. Not an inviting environment.
