We love this place!In regards to many of the previous reviews; if youre looking for meth youll find it anywhere, if youre looking for problems youll find them everywhere, if youre part of the solution you will see this place through a different lens. In the six years that Ive been associated with this park Ive only experienced law enforcement being called once. It was in regards to a gentleman who was off of his doseage of medication. The park owner and manager are fantastic to work with. In general there is a lot of property neglect and the places far from picture Perfect tidy. However, in recent years the demographic is shifting and this is becoming a highly desirable place to live in an excellent location near downtown Corvallis! Change happens slowly but the future is bright :-)

Extremely dirty trailer park. It looks like any one of the houses could be a crack house. Garbage and clutter piled in peoples spaces, trailers that are run down. Its just really nasty.

Its a dumpster... feel sorry for the poor people who live there

Avoid at all costs

My experience there has been by far the best in town...lindsey has a very perfessional.. personable&positive attitude..she goes the distance for her customers and the neighborhood..ive been a tenant there for a few years now & I would recommend going there first!! Especially if u want to have a good experience!!
