Right price if you want the drunk resident landscaper stealing your vehicle and tools while you are in the hospital.

I like living here. Its nice and quiet, has an on-site laundry room, keyed mailboxes, lawn service is available, the county fairgrounds are right next door, theres a convenience store next door, and were only 5-10 minutes from downtown. The convenience of Corvallis without the city vibe

Nice community that was built on old wetlands. The owner put down a foundation of rocks of course but the earth is Alive!:)

The residents in the park are kind,helpful,easy going and quiet. Its a nice quiet little community.

This is an owner occupied park. Its not brand new but the location is fantastic for students or people who do not need to live in the middle of town or want to be able to walk to campus. The old managers were racist AF. The new managers are awesome, down to earth and not racist AF.
