Fantastic bags! I have used mine nearly everyday for 5.5 years in rugged terrain. The stitching came loose so I sent it in for warranty and they gave me a new bag! Excellent service and exceptional product.

Awesome Pack! I always knew these guys made high quality, comfortable stuff, but until recently didnt know how fantastic the customer service was. I had a ~10 year old pack that was starting to show age with the zipper, returned it under their All Mighty Guarantee, and they sent me a brand new pack to replace it! Not bad at all and love the fact that the company stands behind their products 200%. Chris Osborne in the returns department kept me up to speed on the whole return process so I knew how everything was going. I dont know why anyone would buy any other pack than an Osprey!

I have owned an Osprey side-saddle style bag that has lived through me and my roommate both cramming massive textbooks into it, a month long trip with all of my gear, and has protected my laptop in the sleeve. I have dragged the pack through mud, snow, sleet and hail, and it looks nearly brand new.I will never buy a different kind of backpack. I also own a 70L backpacking backpack, a 25L regular style hiking backpack, and a 7L water-bladder style backpack.

Best customer service and great packs. Had a buckle from my four year old pack break. Submitted a request on their site and heard from them in 24 hrs that a free replacement buckle was in the mail. Pack is durable otherwise and hardly shows any wear and tear. Would never buy another brand. Highly recommend.

Ive used my 12 year old Aether 60 pack extensively. It has fit perfectly and has been extremely durable. Some seams are starting to tear on the hip belt, and Osprey has agreed to fix them for free. Cant complain!

Wonderful backpacks! Great service, but it is too bad you cannot buy a backpack directly at this location, they sell them in town though. At one time Osprey packs were world-renowned as being the best backpack in the world.

The only reason I own any is because I got them at a discount. I would say that the packs are useable. But they never fit right even with their extensive instructions on how you are supposed to wear them.The customer service is terrible; everyone looks so ratty like they were just drug out of the mountains after a week without showers, and smell accordingly.They age discriminate, have no compassion or empathy for their employees. Its run by over bearing bullies and is not a drug free zone and this reflects the type of company they are. I won’t spend my money here again, even at discounted prices.And they are also not made in the USA like so many people think. The head quarters are but the packs are made in Vietnam.
