What a great dance studio! The first time I went, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere. It has a cool vibe and lots of space for dancing. The instructors and owners are all super nice and genuine people. Theres also lots of ballroom dance styles to choose from as well as Country, and theyll take you from any level. Definitely a fantastic studio all around, and a wonderful find in Cortez.

We went to Cortez to hike in Mesa Verde National Park. As we drove through downtown we were surprised to see a dance studio. So we went on Friday night. We had a great time. Everyone was friendly, the music was good, and the dance floor was smooth. If you want to learn how to dance or youre experienced like us, you will have fun.

I have been dancing at Legacy Dance Studio for 9 months and Ive learned so much. like the; Tango, cha cha, Hustle, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, nightclub two step, Waltz, two step, Tango, Argentine tango, bolero, jitterbug, and even a couple line dances like the Electric Slide or Cupid Shuffle and Etc. My grandma got me into dancing and Ive gone ever since to the lessons on Tuesday and Friday 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. their hour-long practices first lesson is free. And the dance parties on Friday and Saturday night are loads of fun. I highly recommend visiting and checking it out for yourself.
