Amazing beautiful pottery! Lots of jewelry and carpets. If you work with seed beads they have a large selection of Czech beads (mostly Preciosa) and lots of Japanese seed beads, but not Miyuki. Very large store. Lovely items to see even if you dont buy. Worth a stop and easy to get to--right on a main road.

Very impressed with the large selection of Native American gifts! I was on a vacation and came down to Mesa Verde. I haven’t been to Cortez in a long time. This is the only place and best place in Cortez to stop for gifts! The customer service is on point and the nice young lady with the long hair was awesome. I picked up some pottery and some other items. Very neat thank you!

Awesome place to learn a bit about the Native Americans from the 4 Corners area. Gorgeous jewelry - REAL Turquoise & Sterling Silver.. Not the imitation ones that street vendors, parking lot people, Tourist Traps sell! Stop in to admire or purchase and ask for tips on how to detect FAKE Turquoise.. Many other items to see such as bead work and rugs that local Native Americans have made.. Prices from $10. to $10,000..

Lots of stuff but most of it was behind the counters so inaccessible. The staff was friendly but rang up our purchases behind the counter so we had to trust that they got it right. There is a tiny museum in the basement but I didnt get that much out of it.They did have Native American type merchandise ranging from a few dollars to thousands of dollars but they obviously didnt trust their customers (shoplifting?) but expected the customers to trust them (reputable merchandise?).Locals strongly support this market and emphasized it is worth visiting. I dropped an easy $100. Would I go again? Not sure...

There are definitely a lot of nice Native American gifts and crafts here, but good luck trading or selling anything to them if youre not native yourself. The staff is knowledgeable, yet they sometimes come off with a know-it-all attitude. I could be wrong. Worth a visit nonetheless.

Beautiful sales floor with tons of art, blankets, rugs, pottery and jewelry. They had a 50% off sale on all handmade items, which was most of the store! There is a cute little museum in their basement. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Youve got to check it out if you are looking for knick knacks to bring home if you are traveling through. The associate even reccomended a really nice happy hour spot for us travelers. Service went above and beyond. I strongly recommend you stop in even if you dont want to buy anything, but you probably will!
