My family had a wonderful stay here over Labor Day weekend! We rented the unit that has a second level loft with a deck that has beautiful panoramic views of the Ocean. The view is unlike any other Padre Island because there is no other resorts/condos/houses in sight. There is a wonderful boardwalk to the beach that spans over massive untouched Sand Dunes that make for great family photos. While the property is still under construction and fine tuning their systems, Greg & Holly were wonderful and helped with any requests we had! There were a lot of great amenities (too many to list) and I cant wait to visit when the Resort is finished. Finally, Corpus Christi has a Resort that young families can visit and not have to drive an hour to Port Aransas to enjoy. Lively Beach - 10 out of 10!

Lovely new hotel located in a nice spot on mustang island The rooms were very clean and super modern, there’s also an incredible burger joint 4 mins away. The beach was clean but the ambience was frankly ruined by the trucks driving on the beach. They provide private beach access via a well built walkway over the dunes.We loved our time here with the unfortunate caveat of corpus being awful to visit during corona, no one was wearing masks or social distancing. So finding a place to eat (yes even pickup) was a nightmare. How does this apply to the hotel you ask? The staff were welcoming, but again not wearing masks, despite having them around their necks.That said, the hotel itself was a lovely spot worth visiting under better circumstances and they seem to be constructing more buildings so I look forward to seeing this place in its true glory.Also, price wise expect to spend upwards of $250 a night here. A little pricey but for the location, view and modern standard of the room it’s not an unreasonable ask.All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Every room has a great view, comfy bed, wifi, and clean bathroom. It’s sleek, modern, and right on the beach! I was also really excited to see that they have everything you could ever want in your room – including a clothes steamer and fully stocked kitchen. I just hate it when you stay in a place that has a kitchen but nothing to actually cook with. The pool is amazing. It’s huge and it’s the perfect place to relax and swim if the beach and sand isn’t necessarily your thing.

Recently stayed here for a short anniversary getaway. Very impressed of the place. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean when we came. Provided a lot of bath and kitchen towels and they also provided cooking pans/plates/utensils (we brought our own though). Views are amazing from our room. It is a plus we got to bring our pups with us because they enjoyed every bit of the stay like us. Check in and check out online and it was easy and smooth. This place is pricey compared to most resort condominium/hotels in the area but it was well worth of the money! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This resort is beautiful. It blends with the natural surroundings, has beautiful rooftop views, and you can walk right down to the beach. It also has a very nice pool area. The resort staff members were also so very nice and helpful. We truly cannot wait to go back.

Excellent atmosphere that feels fresh, peaceful, and clean with inviting outdoor spaces. The pool is a massive resort-style pool with a beach-like access and fantastic views of the sunset. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking essentials. They even provide plastic dishes for outdoor eating. The manager, Paula, is very kind and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Excellent! Will go back! Clean. New. Friendly staff. I stayed in one of the studio rooms. Nice decor. Beach access road is very close so you can either use Lively Beach access and walk or you can drive your car around the corner on to the beach. Rooftop terraces are lovely. Pool is big, lots of space so you can social distance.

Lively Beach was exactly what we were looking for during our first trip to the Texas coast. They are still in the process of building other parts of the resort - but it is clean, they thought through everything in the rooms, the communication is fantastic, and its just secluded enough. The boardwalk to the beach is incredible and we enjoyed our time on the beach - clean, other people were respectful. We cannot wait to come back!

We had an excellent time at Lively Beach Resort. The resort is in a great location with easy access to the beach and very close to Padre Island. The rooms were very modern and clean. We had a great time with friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another trip. Lots of fun at Lively Beach!

Super clean rooms and friendly employees. We loved that is pet friendly and the room was fully equipped for cooking.It would be nice if the door that access the beach is always locked and only accesible for guests. Saw a couple of people trespassing.The pool is super cold so we did not enjoy it much, but definitely we are coming back.

Resort was beautiful. Pool great! But they should mention the Beach was not private. And there is so much trash on the beach. Never seen so much trash. Humans are cancer of the earth. Very dirty, Dangerous for kids. Many vehicles driving on the beach.

On-site at Lively Beach Resort to install and train staff on the reservations system as they get ready to open. This place is awesome! Im staying in a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom that has a Den with a farmhouse door and super comfy fold out tempurpedic mattress sofa that really makes this unit a two bedroom. Plus an additional fold out in the den.

We stayed at Lively Beach over the weekend and had a great time. The access to the beach is perfect. Well equipped rooms, nice rooftop and great pool. Love that they have dog-friendly rooms too. My only complaint is that wifi was not working for one of the nights. Also, housekeeping is not included daily, which was a surprise given the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.

We stayed at Lively Beach for a week and it was the perfect little get away! Direct access to the beach was great for the friends that came with us. Im not a huge beach person but their pool is AMAZING, their rooftop terrace is great for sunset dinners, and the rooms feel brand new and perfectly decorated. I cant wait to come back!

We are frequent beach bums around the port A and Corpus Christi area, but this was our first stay at Lively and I was not expecting to be so impressed! Everything from the contactless checkin to the rooftop decks and wow! Clean rooms! Although, they were still under construction you would never know it because even on a weekend everyone works quietly. To top it off- that must be the cleanest part of the beach I have seen yet.There is a con- there always has to be one but this one is probably out of there control. No one delivers breakfast to the property. Not door dash, Postmates, etc. so be sure to make use of the kitchen.

The location was great with easy access to the beach. Everything was modern, nice and very clean. We would definitely go back!

Great escape from the city! Lively Beach is a unique property with great beach access, a large resort style pool, and well appointed rooftops to watch the sunset! The rooms were very nice. Highly recommend.

We just spent a much needed “quarantine week” at Lively Beach and I couldn’t recommend it more for an accessible beach getaway in Texas. The beautiful room decor and ultra high speed WiFi provided a comfortable work-from-home opportunity that was the gateway to R&R in the evenings and off days. How incredible to watch pelicans and kite surfers fly by as the backdrop to my conference calls. A quick boardwalk stroll to the beach, sunset swims in the 3000 sq. ft. pool, and private, eco-friendly grounds make this a truly special place. Bonus that it’s only a short drive to the best of Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. You won’t be disappointed!

Lively Beach sits right beyond the dunes from North Packery. There is easy access to the beach via the walkway across the dunes. This new resort is the perfect family getaway for someone who wants to surf, kitesurf, fish or just hang out at the beach! The resort has the feel of being in Baja and almost seems isolated from civilization. However, it is a short drive to several amazing restaurants and less than ten minutes to the closest grocery store. If you get tired of the beach, the resort has a huge pool where you can watch the sunset. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Our room had a view from the second floor where it was easy to check the surf in the morning. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this amazing new resort on the beach in North Padre.

Had a very nice stay.

Beautiful tranquil property. Unit that we stayed in was brand new, so it was in perfect condition. Kitchen was stocked well enough with equipment to prepare meals. (you will need your own seasoning, etc...) Beach is just over the beautiful walkway or a quick drive via vehicle or golf cart. Staff at the office was very helpful. If you plan to arrive after the office closes, please assure you have received the email with entry information to access your room. Although we did not, we were helped very efficiently by the booking staff that we were able to reach by phone. You have easy access to shopping, movies and restaurants in Port A or Corpus. The perfect place for a nice get away! :)

The place was in immaculate condition, it felt like we were some of the first people to stay there. It was very easy and felt extremely safe with the contactless entry system. The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of chairs and sitting areas. The grills were clean and very easy to use as well. The beach was very close and was only a 5 minute walk from the property. The beach was much better than expected. The issues that I had were that the office was only open from 9-5 and you called at any other time, you’d get the answering service. We had 2 instances where we had to call at off hours and it just felt like you couldn’t get any service. One time we needed additional towels and they weren’t able to provide it in the evening. The other time we had our child’s items locked in the cleaning closet but we were able to get this resolved in 30 mins. The closet locks itself but for some reason the closet was open when we got there so we figured we could store stuff in there...

These units are very new with modern finishes. Theres a nice boardwalk out to the beach and a short stroll to the jetty where under right conditions, there are surfing waves. We loved the pool and modern environment.

Great vacation spot. A hidden gem. The resort is still under development and construction, but was fully functional. Staff were great and very accommodating. Many of them having come over from the Corpus Christi Omni Hotel. So they understand customer service. Zero complaints. Looking forward to returning some day.

Had a great visit. Had some difficulty with the pool door but other than that, loved the place.

The condo was beautiful and only a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo was fully furnished with all of the necessary applainces needed to cook meals.

The section we staying in (with office complex) was only opened in Jul 2020. Once across the parking lot opened a few weeks ago. Being a brand new condo facility, obviously everything was neat and clean. Some negative comments, however. Beautiful picture window and kitchen window, but window coverings are not blackout and the room is very bright at night. There is a wall unit dehumidifier that runs 24/7. Between these two issues, no good night sleep 3 nights there. TV has no current news channels--movies and recorded news. Missed news. Fresh, wrapped roll of TP, but no TP holder. Fresh roll of papertowels, but no countertop holder. Ice machine on premises, but no ice bucket in the rooms. Swimming pool is massive, although only 3 deep (1 spot 4); however, the blackbirds use this as their personal bird-bath--kind of nasty. Lots of outdoor roof-top and ground level; however, at evening/night be sure and bring your OFF to keep the mosquitoes from biting. This is like an oasis, no other places nearby. Short walk on walkway to beach. Lit up at night beautifully. Flat roof-tops and palm trees reminds me of my tour in Egypt. Some improvements need to be made.

What an AMAZING property!!!!! ALL staff were so friendly!!! Definitely recommend renting the golf cart for your stay!!!! We will be coming back for sure!!!!

Our stay was amazing. We frequently travel to the coast and have stayed at many condos, and some rental homes. Lively beach contactless checkin was very convenient and our room was very clean. The only suggestion I have would to be installing a ramp for wheelchair access to the boardwalk. My sister lives in corpus and wanted to come out to the beach with me, however there was no way to get her up the very steep and narrow steps. The corn hole play area was the same way. Maybe it is just not finished yet. But overall I would highly recommend Lively Beach and will be back soon.
