Great business and better people! Seems to be family owned and operated. Great selection of gear and firearms. If they dont have it, They will order it no problem. Very kind and not overbearing. Super knowledgeable and if they dont know the answer to a question they will look it up and put it on a t.v. screen on the wall for you to see. Seems to enjoy talking about firearms and answering questions! I never feel like I am bothering them. The bottom line is, this establishment is run with.... ready for it.... old school CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something we all know is missing from, sadly, almost every business out there. Also they are very efficient, Had my transfer and background check done ASAP. SIDE NOTE OR MAYBE THE MAIN NOTE: I am a type 1 diabetic and had a rare low blood sugar in the store and the owner promptly offered me their personal fruit snacks at no cost and made sure I was O.K., in a time where most people would video you dying and post it on social media. This was a breath of fresh air and a great help to me. Not trying to be dramatic but spend your money local, with people who give a damn and WANT to help you! Seriously give this business a shot, you wont regret it.

Walked in today and took a stroll around. Stock on firearms is a bit limited, but really couldnt beat the friendly conversation with the owner and the price of ammo!

Friendly staff. Was doing a FFL transfer and they pretty much made it as streamlined and simple as you can do it. All in all with the background check was in there for less then 45 mins, and that’s because Covid has the system running a little slower then usual. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

Went in to see their inventory of Glocks. They didn’t have the G19 Gen4 I was looking for, but the owner had just gotten a shipment of the Gen5 in. Talked with me for about 20 minutes about his experience with Glocks and actually gave me an unbeatable deal for a new Gen5! Highly recommend and will continue to be a customer in the future!

The owner of this place is great! My son wanted to get a nice backpack to put survival gear in and the owner took half an hour to an hour assisting him. I love it when business owners treat their customers with respect, especially young customers! I would highly recommend this family run business.

Here on vacation at Port A I got on google to find a military surplus store in town I wanted to buy a tent, camo net or parachute to put in front of my RV for shade. well I drove 30 mins to a coffee / gun store I was extremely upset upon opening the door THIS IS NOT A ARMY SURPLUS STORE I have no clue why the owner would put army & navy surplus store as his business on google when he has nothing but over priced junk and the owner was very rude. Thanks for wasting my time!

RR is the best little firearm shop in CC. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered a Ruger LCR and it was fairly priced and arrived within 72 hours. Thumbs up!

Do NOT let a little construction nearby keep you from visiting this establishment, and the gentleman that runs it = Is very literally a human encyclopedia able to speak/engage in topics based you “Mr & Mrs Customer” at an Extremely Well versed level. I’d not me shocked if his former life was Military, Medicine, Metals, Materials, or Movies.There is no hysteria of Mad Scientist Prepper, there is an engaging business professional that is highly educated in More fields of study than I can count tossing his way?? If you want a “go to” place for guns, gear, and coffee then Ready Reserves is the place to go. There may be other options but the owner and staff are nice, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable at Ready Reseves.
