I have brought my grandaughter to Xtreme Jump in Corpus Christi several times and the manager and his staff are such amazing people!! Its a great place for kids to have a fun time as they jump their little hearts away!! Thanks Xtreme Jump staff and the AWESOME manager!!! A truly fun place for kids of all ages....even the parents have fun jumping!!

Overall, pretty neat place but after paying $300 for a birthday package, we were told in order to do the rock wall and one other part we would have to pay an additional $2.20 a person. I feel that for the party amount, that all should have been included, the kids didn’t grasp why they weren’t able to do those things too. The facility was clean though and the pizza was ok, drinks were cold. The kids and even adults enjoyed their jump socks. An adult injured themselves in the foam pit and the staff was attentive to check injury, brought out ice packs and wraps. They have great daily deals as well, so despite the exclusion of some parts without more money, I’d return.

We were actually very happy with the party and the hostess, but we were charged two seperate times for a total over $1200. We have to wait a month to recoup our money. Totally not worth it! And we were not told that we had to stop jumping at a certain time for cake, so we served cake in the middle of the party and still had to stop jumping 30 minutes before our party ended. It was so dumb. No one explained that to us.

Tuesdays is only $5 for an hour! Just make sure to take your slip resistant jump socks or youll have to buy some. Must have the grip on the bottom.

Extreme jump is a great place to take the kiddos and have birthday parties I had my daughters 4th birthday party here and extreme jump staff did an amazing job keep up the great work.

Saturday. This place is clean and doesnt have that funky smell that these places usually have. Not expensive at all. Food is not over priced either.

It was the first time i ever went there and it was for a birthday party, the three workers i spoke to were not very friendly or helpful at all ... Makes a big difference when we want to decide to have a Bday party ourself coming up next month. Not once did it seem like any one smiled or wanted to be there...

Fantastic place, wasnt bust at all when we went. Was even able to bring our 15 month old in to play. Fair prices for the time. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, manager was very helpful as well.

Clean and the kids loved it. Its a good place for younger kids too because you can watch them from the seating, if you dont want to jump. Theres only one door (so no escaping ). They have offers and are reasonably priced.

This place was perfect for my niece 6th Birthday party. Family and friends were extremely happy with the staff (very courteous and helpful) as well as mgmt. Prices are reasonable as well as their limited menu but they pop their own corn so its hot n fresh !! If you have kids theyll have a blast and adult beverages are also available.

Seems as though people want to complain about everything. I love that with all bad reviews there were followed up comments supporting evidence. This place is amazing. If you don’t want your child hurt, pay attention to them, and you signed a waiver stating they will not be liable for the injuries because of the nature of the environment and accidents happen. The staff is not responsible for babysitting your child. You are responsible. Staff is responsible for making sure rules aren’t broken. Great job Xtreme jump. We love this facility and will continue coming back. It’s so clean, and prices are way better than Get Air and Jumping World. This place made my sons feel like we were back in our favorite spot in California before we had to move here.

The atmosphere is great, always clean, food is always on time and good, especially the bathrooms always clean.

Very cheap. Nice staff.. Kids had a great time. Had a few concerns. Watching my son play dodge ball very small kids were going in there getting hurt while bigger kids were playing. They were about 3 to 4 yrs old 1 got hit in the head and started crying. Noticed in the toddler section big kids were jumping in their kinda dangerous. No attendants were telling them anything.

My daughter had a great time. Would have been nice if the party hostess would do more. She just left the items and we poured and passed out.

I went on their birthday special. It was packed. Should have had more registers open instead of 2. Should have separate lines for food and paying for jump. Facility was clean.

I wish there was an option for no stars at all. We attended a party when this place first opened (weekend of opening) and it was horrible and behind on everything which was to be expected since it just opened. Fine. We went to another party on 2/16 in the “VIP” area and it was such a smooth day! So organized with help and food on time so the same day I decided to book my sons party in the same VIP area ($100 extra) scheduled for 3/3. It started fine. Our host asked me if 230 was still a good time for food to arrive which I agreed until about 110 when I started to notice kids were getting hungry asking for food so I went to ask our host if we could get the food sooner and she said of course no problem she’d call it in and ask for it ASAP. Nothing ever came. We kept going to check with the workers to see if it was coming and they had no answers and I even mentioned to the manager that I’d go pick up the pizzas myself and she assured me that she’d take care of it and on top of that the soda machines were out! So at 230 with still NO pizza my son was still jumping and they told him he needed to exit because his time was up! So I went to tell our host that NONE of the party was going to exit the jump area until we got our food! She said her manager agreed and at 247, 13 minutes until the party was over, our pizza arrived after 10 kids had already left. We paid right under $800 for a horrible experience. If you cannot guarantee food from another place to show up on time then remove that from your services! We told management that they broke our contract and should get some of our money back since a good amount of kids had already left and he told us that since he let our party jump for an extra 17 minutes he’d only give us $70 back.$70 out of $790. When it was $18 per kid and 10 left which would be $180 back since those kids didn’t even eat at a party that was 3 hours long! WE WILL NEVER EVER BE GOING BACK and made sure to let our friends and family know the trouble we had there!! I tried to file my complaint on BBB but this location isn’t registered yet but I’m sure it won’t take long for this location to make the list!

Great place. Needs better monitoring. Kids pushing and shoving other kids they dont know that or some kind of rule where parents must control their kids from being ugly towards other kids. Other than that it was a great time.

This place totally sucks! You sign up for a waiver and then all you can do is jump! No flips no nothing. There is this chick telling you to stop what you are doing every 5 sec like really? Nice place little pricey but was clean and fun

We had a blast there on 3/16/19. Although the staff didnt seem to care if the older kids went in the smaller kid areas. Found lice on my child today. Called to let the store know and they didnt seem to care as everything is cleaned and sanitized the 1st of the month. Well they can take 24hrs for lice to die so just a heads up if you get lice after visiting the place they wont care much.

Lots of fun lots of trampolines and pretty reasonable prices for mondays but the pizza they offer is from across the street CiCis the socks are pretty pricey and the party packs dont include enough pizza as well as being over priced too.

I was there this weekend and to our surprise they don’t have restroom so we had to go gas station to use the restroom and I had to change my daughter’s diaper outside in our vehicle. How would you not have public restrooms?

It was cool fun for small children. The only thing i dont like is that all parents must sign away there children rights. Yes the waiver they want us parents to sign before our children play because if your/our child/children gets hurt / injured in anyway that the company is not reliable jump at your own Risk. So if you or your child/children are Risk takers then this is the place for you.

My cousin and I took her kids here. It’s super clean, reasonably priced jumping and snacks but whatever show was playing on the tv by the concessions had two adults in bed, clearly nude and using ties. Really weird. Also the music choices were not appropriate. Wild thoughts by Rihanna, earned it by the weekend and a few more questionable songs. Overall, it was good but just weird to have adult things playing at a trampoline park!

Had my sons 10th Birthday here Saturday my son and his friends had a blast! But I gotta say it was due to my party host “Al” he was on point on everything I didn’t have to lift a finger as soon as I walked in with my decorations to set up he took the bags from me and started decorating I even tried to help him and he said don’t worry this is what I’m here for. He made the whole party run so smoothly and he has a great personality making his customer service that much better. They even messed up on one of my pizzas and he was very sorry about the mix up but I couldn’t even be upset because his customer service skills were that good and we all know stuff happens and we can’t control it and as long as they apologize and make it right why be upset. If you are planning a party you NEED to request “Al” he made the party a success! My guest and I noticed the party host next to us she was boring and moving around slow I felt bad for that party. The host was so good my husband and I got to jump with the kids and had a blast he even found my earring I had lost while I was jumping and I didn’t even know I had lost it. Other reviews said that sections were closed and staff was not helpful this I found untrue please go by and judge for yourself. All the sections were open and all the staff at the play area had good customer service. It was worth every penny to see my son having so much fun.“Al should be in management he has all the skills”Thanks Extreme Jump staff

HORRIBLE. 1) We stood in line for 20 minutes while 1 worker assisted a line of like 12 people. 2) I ordered a pizza at 7pm and it was brought to us at 8pm. The worker at the counter said her boss was picking them up from CiCis Pizza so the wait was not on their time. 3) The male worker who was standing at the Dodge Ball area was absolutely NOT paying attention so my 5 yo niece ended up getting smacked in the face by a ball that got thrown by a teenager and my son was not happy at all because of how there was no one to help get the game going or even to be played fairly. Workers were so lost, and basically useless. Would not recommend.

I had my sons Party there yesterday. Big Regret! When is was time to eat the cola machine stopped working. When serving our cake we had no drinks. When serving the pizza we had to settle for juice pouches. The supposed to be host ask if I wanted to send someone out to buy Drinks this was supposed to be a hosted party that supply everything. When I was serving the cake the supplied host ask when almost done do I need help same with the pizza like dahm EVERYONE is served. There was not help at the table the only thing my host did was update me on charges. This place was a downer. Parents Dont Do It!

If I could give no stars I would! Horrible experience, had our kids party and they added extra taxes and fees without knowledge! They taxed us for pizza and people who payed on there own separate to jump. They double taxed us and then the manager said we are tax exempt so you charge outrageous taxes then say I’m tax exempt plus our pizza was 2 hours late.

After seeing how they handle accidents that happen here, I will NEVER go here!!! A child injured themselves and bled everywhere and lost his glasses in the foam pit and they weren’t going to clean or look for the glasses ( that costed $300.00) until the end of the month, not until they where blasted on social media are they now! Employees had no compassion for the parents! Waiver or not when a child is injured in your place of business you do something to help!!!!!! There’s more to this story on Facebook! Read up before you take your children to this horrible place!!!!

This place is very unprofessional and unsafe I took my family and friends there on Monday evening to have a good family filled night and it resulted with my nephew breaking his arm due to an older kid bumping into him I think they should have age restrictions where the kids can jump my nephew was 4 years old and the kid bumped into him was 15 after telling a girl named Brittany what had happened she began to tell me that they were very understaffed and that she apologized for the inconvenience and said they had two no call no shows but yet they still allowed kids to play knowing they didn’t have enough staff. my nephew was leaving this faciliy on a gurney going to the hospital soon having to go to surgery. As we left in the ambulance another ambulance was pulling up to tend to a child who busted his head open. We we’re an even there 30 minutes and there was no staff visible to help with my injured nephew or to be available to call an ambulance. I will not recommend this place for any birthday parties or just for fun days I will not recommend this place at all

Not great at all. They allow all age groups to play dodgeball and my grandson was hit on the head by older kid.
