Small water park but worth the price. Had fun in the sun and the swim up bar was cool

They did a fabulous job of taking care of our needs during our daughters birthday party. The cabana was clean and organized and the staff was helpful and timely with our orders. It was a lot of fun and we made some good memories. Thank you Brayla and Samantha and the whole team!

We got the season passes. Good prices and the food and drinks. The bathrooms have changing rooms and showers. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean, neat and orderly. We really love the no fat shaming policy and come as you are policy. It makes you feel like you are chilling at a neighborhood block party all day..

Its a very small water park. If youre looking for thrill seeking rides. Definitely wouldnt recommend this park. Only one ride was what I would call a thrill seeker. We were done with the park within two or three hours. Was hoping for more of a variety of things to do.

Its a fun place, I feel like its more catered to very young to maybe young adult. Its not to huge..but it is fun for more of a (if you are not to huge on big crowds) type of field. They do have a bar for the adults which is a plus. But overall its a win for family time.

Cheaper than any Other park I have been to. Kids had lots of fun. We will come back a few more times before summer ends.

We have been coming to Hurricane Ally for the last 7 years or so. Always buy the season pass on black Friday for $39. I dont know if I would pay the $89 regular price.The main staff is great. The lifeguards change with every season. I have only had a few problems with lifeguards over the years and management staff always takes care of the problem.The food is good and decent priced. Although they do cook in peanut oil. FYI.I love that now parking is free.Were huge fans!

A fun day for the family! The Shredder is awesome and the swim up bar area with the frozen margaritas is fun for the adults while the kids are doing their thing!

This was not at all crowded and offered a cheaper half day price. Our 4, 6 and 8 year old loved it. The rides seemed older and few. There were not many dining choices and the park itself was small. Customer service could have been better.

First time here I came for the Fourth of July because they advertised fireworks, however I was disappointed with that because we had an obstructed view from one of the slides. Other than that everything was good, prices at snack bar are extremely high! I paid $3.00 for a 20oz Pepsi. I like the bar in the pool I just wish that area was restricted to adults only. You can rent a locker for your items, I saw a lot of people not wearing water shoes it’s not necessary but I would especially going into the bathroom. You’re able to also rent life jackets for kids because arm floats aren’t allowed nor are other inflatables from home. You can also reserve $ a quiet spot for yourself and family which I think is great! Overall I had a lot of fun and would visit here again if I was in the area.

Hurricane Alley was a hidden gem! This little water park was fantastic. It had everything you need and nothing that you didnt. Lines were short and fun was plentiful.

This place is great for families I just recommend that you make sure to put on plenty of sunscreen, there is little coverage. The life guards are always watching and never dotting off which is great for those bigger families. I didnt go one turn without seeing a smiling face of a life guard

Had fun, but need to better train staff to answer questions. We are from out of town and didnt know where anything was so we walked around at first trying to find tubes and how to get in lazy river. I asked several lifeguards which tube we needed for rides and lazy river, and they quickly explained how the colored tube system works. I understood that they were busy being lifeguards, but I think there should be a park map or something. The signs near rides were confusing because it said which color to use, but the tubes were faded. Colored tube system makes sense so people dont hog tubes, but red tubes looked pink or white. Orange looked yellow to me, blue was a turquoise, so some staff called it green. I did finally have a manager ask if I needed help, I guess I really looked lost...lol. It took a while for us to figure it out, but we did and the teenage girls with me had fun.

We had a great time here, they have lockers to rent for your stuff, they have a movie schedule, they have a bar in a pool section, a couple of different slides, kiddie area a section that actually produces small waves, lots of fun for the family

Visiting from California and let me just say I had a wonderful time. Also I love how the bar is in the middle for the adults

Friendly staff. Ideal for families or a date. I recommend taking advantage of a cabana rental for the convenience. My only wish was that the bar had a better selection, specifically beer from local breweries. I look forward to visiting again.

Small and cozy place in corner of sports entertainment center of corpus Christi. The center have a great staff and very friendship. There are 4 water slides, the best one is the tallest one.They play dj music and movies theater in weekend. Its beautiful view of the bridge and waterburger field.

My family and I really enjoy H.A. Its not too far of a drive, easy to keep track of everyone, never over crowded. However some parts of the part need some repairs and attention, especially the kiddie splash pad area.

Its nice. Wouldve given it 5 star for overall but it had some walking surfaces that were a little too slippery.

Maria was a great help when I went with my family and made sure that everyone was safe and having fun she set a great example for the company and should be recognized 10/10

We all had a blast at the water park, so relaxing to just let your kids go wild and have fun on all the pools, slides and just fun things to do, not to expensive I think it was $17 per person

An employee @ In The Game Funtown told us about this place which we planned to go in the first place but we wanted to get wet for my daughters Birthday so she referred us to HURRICANE ALLEY & it was kind of pricey inside but it is $15 per person on weekdays & $20 on weekends, $5 deposit lifevest rental, $10 Locker rental, drinks & snacks available & the best thing is they have showers with changing rooms...

Great place to relax with the family for an afternoon or a whole day in the heart of Corpus Christi

Cool place to hang out. Not much to do for adults but for the kiddos, its great. The price is good but food expensive.

My kids love it. My first time going today. I liked floating the river. Only thing is they sold a ton of tickets when we got there at 11:30 this morning but wouldnt let anyone get in til almost 1p.m. due to dangerous pH levels. I think they should have handled it differently. Everyone was just sitting and standing in the sun waiting to get in the water. Also a fire alarm went off later in the day? But I appreciate all the life guards on duty and their attentiveness especially in the kids area. Keeps people safe.

So much fun! Love that there are so many attentive life guards all around the park! I feel safe and love that my older ones can go get on rides then check back in with us. Also love the swim up bar!!

Great time with the kids here! Kind of disappointed with their food prices and wait for meal.

This is the first time we have ever been here and it will not be the last. The staff was super friendly not expensive at all super clean and super fun the lines are not long at all and its infant frendly I will definitely be back soon. On Tuesday and Fridays they have movie night and I also believe you can bring your coolers with like food.

Power went out and they dont let you know whats going on..

No long lines and a separate kids area are great, but they need to make MORE TUBES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS USE and ensure those that are available, are properly inflated for guest safety. People were walking around like sharks looking for unoccupied tubes and often when they found one, it was underinflated. The wave pool was NOT in operation this past Saturday, so thats something else. Overall its always a good time and we all have fun every time we go.

It clean and most of all spacious, plenty of life guards on patrol. The slides are cool and the water is fresh especially when you are heating up under the sun. Lots of shade so overall its a 5 in my book as far as being expensive, everything is expensive now days or shall I say fair. Just remember always be safe in the water and around the water areas, remember its a water park lots of slippery concrete

Like it better there the rides are all close by and my kids can find me so easy ...they love it there

Was very impressed with this place! Wasnt too expensive & kids had a blast! The staff is all friendly & the life guards are super attentive & theres several of them which is comforting with kids! My son had to use the first aid station & they were extremely nice & helpful!

We got here early and had a wonderful time. The park is not a huge park but I think we rode every ride a thousand times and had a lot of fun. The swim up bar was fun for the adults and one particular bar tender (Steven, I believe) provided us amazing service. My whole family enjoyed the full day here and the food was good as well. I would recommend this place if you need a break from the beach and sand.

I paid for my family of five to go into Hurricane Alley after going in I find out that the water is being treated with additional chlorine. It took an hour and a half. I expressed myself there should be a sign at the entrance. I should have a choice to buy tickets or come back later. Manager said we notify them when they come in. I said NO! Customers need to be aware before buying tickets. Manager said she would take care of it personally to inform people coming in. It was a lie. No sign was posted. No words were mentioned as people paid for tickets. Lies Lies. They posted a sign that the shedder was closed. I was disappointed about that but chose to go in still. Honesty is the best policy. You lost a customer for life.

This waterpark is just OK. Its very small and can get a little crowded. If you get there before 12, you only pay $12 to get in and thats the way to go. I wouldnt pay regular price as there isnt much to do. It would be nice to be able to take coolers inside the park, but they do have picnic tables set up outside the entrance and allow you to leave/come back.

This was a great little adventure. We visited spring break weekend and it was nice. Energetic staff, nice rides, and we loved the locker setup. It is smaller than a huge park, but that was perfect for us. This is perfect for families with younger children.

Its a good small water park. it has four water slides and the surfing machine. The lazy river is not the big but enjoyable. Food is above average by a little bit. The only bad thing is the changing and shower areas. They need to have better up keep.

We enjoyed ourselves, the water was clean, there were plenty of floats to use, life jackets were of good quality, drinks were reasonably priced. The food prices were a little high. Overall, we would return, as the park entrance fees are affordable!

Great deal when you arrive before 12pm. Well worth it. The slides, lazy river, and flowrider/shredder are fun for adults and kids. There is even an adult bar in the pool area.

We went for a family outing and it was expensive! They are highly overrated, they sold out on towels, the store is pricey and doesn’t offer much. Most of their pool and slide equipment is peeling paint or plaster and rusty with water leaks. They forbid you to wear your water shoes on the slides but the concrete is super hot and tears up your feet. If you visit be prepared to spend a $$$ and not much options. Their floats are mostly deflated or need air and not enough to go around. They are obviously making a killing with the entrance fees but not updating or caring for the equipment. Sadly there are not much options in Corpus Christi for water parks.

The park was kinda small but my son loved the surf boarding. The price of admission was the lowest I have seen for this kind of entertainment. Definitely worth the money.

This is a small park, but fun and well maintained for the price. Not being allowed to bring in water was a minus for us, but our preteen boys had a really great time. There are two big slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, a surf ride, and a foam pad slide race. There are a couple little restaurants and a kids area.

I have been here quite a few times, whether by myself or with friends. A few slides to go on, decent wave pool, a lazy river and a kiddie area. Water at times is no the cleanest, but its still a fun place to go. Wish they still showed movies on Friday nights during the summer like they used to.

Enjoyed the water park overall. The prices are high on the weekend so go during the week, if possible. The tube requirement for various rides was confusing at times. Life guards everywhere and alert. The food place had variety but was a little high. No ice chests or outside food or drinks allowed. I wore water shoes and shades; for the rides I had to take them off and hold them. The rest of my family put their shoes in the locker. Lockers are nice for holding stuff you dont need very often; a large is $10. No key to keep up with though. There are changing stalls and showers in the bathrooms, a plus. Small park but had ride variety. Kiddie pool was nice, roomy, with variety also. Park was also clean.

Inexpensive, food was great, staff were helpful and friendly, the attractions were fun and kid friendly. My child really enjoyed the kids play area the entire time, no complains here. Will definitely come here in a couple weeks for summer.

H. A. is a fun place for large or small groups. Water activities, shaded areas to sit, eat, relax and/or just watch.

Not allowed to bring outside food or cups was a bit upsetting. The slides were pretty fun and the food was great. Just wish it was bigger.

This is a good place to come with the kiddos. I usually like to go when its 10 dollars not 15 or above. Its small and has about 5 rides. The wave raves are neat when they have them. I just wish it was bigger.

Hurricane Alley does an OUTSTANDING job of organization throughout the entire park. The bartenders do a great job of being attentive of customers!

Several issues. For one, the staff at the food court are extremely rude, and talk to you as if youre not making any sense half the time. I dont know if it had to do with the fact that they all look like theyre 16, with no manager to correct them when they talk down customers, but whatever it was, it was constantly getting frustrating when trying to order, and only getting confused looks from a teen whos not even paying attention. Secondly the size of the park is very under whelming, and with the amount of people they let, it gets EXTREMELY over crowded. To the point to where on the lazy river, you are shoulder to shoulder with random kids and people yelling in your ear. Lastly, at closing time, the lifegaurds blow theyre whistle to let everyone know its time to leave. Ive been at other places where this is practiced, but never this agressive. Some lifeguards blew it right in front of familys faces, one even blew right in my nieces face, almost as if to say Hurry up. Again, I dont know if it was an issue with how young these people are, but management needs to do a better job of watching their employees. Will not be coming back, and will continue to warn others.

Went here for the first time. Price is very reasonable before noon! Its a bit on the smaller side, but they have several slides, small lazy river, little kids area, small wave pool, and a Flow Rider. Its not your typical large waterpark with big attractions, but it was fun for an afternoon (not all day). I wish there was a little more, but it beats Schlitterbahn on price and water activities.

My family had a great time at this water park. We did several slides, the Lazy River, a great lunch, and a cup of icecream Dots on the way out ( new flavor, Mint) was yummy! Much fun was had by all. First day in our Corpus Christi vacay, not too shabby!

It was very fun for the kids and very affordable! Everything was great! The only thing I can complain about is that the tubes need air! There was to many deflated!

My family visited Hurricane Alley Waterpark in August 2012. Kids ages 7, 10, 15. We had a fantastic time. The water park had something different for each of my kids ages. Yes the park is small but it isnt tiny! After 6 hours of fun in the sun my kids begged to stay longer. My husband and I really loved that our children could have the run of the park. With a lifeguard posted at every turn and the intimate size of the park, we felt it was safe to let the kids roam. Did i mention there were LOTS of lifeguards? The 6 story CAT5 waterslide was the overall favorite, but a head first racer slide was a close second. The food was very good, especially the fajita taco salad. The prices are on par with other theme and water parks. We try to visit Corpus Christi for a long weekend every summer. We will definitely be making a stop at Hurricane Alley Waterpark.

Good place to take bored kids on a hot summer day, very safe and parents can relax or enjoy a drink at the swim up bar in the pool.

This place is a scam. I would not pay money to come here. The fact the prices double on weekends and then go up period at noon is ridiculous. You can’t bring food or drink inside. Water bottles are $3 each. There is no shade unless you rent a cabana. We had two cabanas which was nice. They come with water and they kept refilling it for us at no extra charge. But unless you shell out the money for a cabana you have no shade really. I get you can go outside and eat the lunch you brought but the fact that their prices are so outrageous just shows me how greedy they are. We got in free because of the group we were with. The group paid for us and paid for the 2 cabanas. It was fun but I honestly wouldn’t spend my money here. The greed here is a turn off. We went back to the people who set this up and told them to not waste their money here especially after we saw what our bill was. We would have had more families show up with our group if it was more affordable for families. Not everyone was paid for. Just kids that were enrolled in our group. The parents and siblings had to pay. I got in free because I was one of the leaders helping out. We were invited to join some friends here and I told them about our experience and how you can’t take food or drink in and that I wouldn’t waste my money.

1st of all this place is Ridiculously priced for a small water park... same price for kids and adults to get it in SMH2nd... you would think for a water park they would have more water fountains and instead of 3 dollar water bottles and that they would be cheaper knowing its extremely hot outside...Buttttttttt It was awesome to see the life guards Jump into action when someone claimed a child missing or something happened to someone..Great job to them
