My kids love this place. I wish that their buffet was better because all you get is salad. Then they change the tokens because you get a playing card and you get playing time or points. I think time is better then points. Kids had lots of fun.

We had my daughters 3rd birthday party there. Everyone had a blast, it was very well organized, the service was fantastic and the food was great.

Just had a birthday party here last night. In all honesty, their party deal is seriously worth it. My only warnings would be to immediately ask for everything included in your package as soon as you arrive. Associates were not well versed in what was offered or included in the ultimate package that I purchased. Had I not asked the children would not have received their goody bags, we would not have received the second adult pizza, nor would they have given me the 20 free play points for reserving online. The manager upsold us from a large pizza to x- large when she said we were only getting 1 pizza, we didnt need 2 XL pizzas. Lastly, the manager is super pushy about completing the feedback survey, specifically to give a 10. Oddly, he then attempted to jip us on tickets. I had already added the tickets up and they were far more than his generous rounding up. We were really uncomfortable with his pushing then attempting to account for less tickets than we actually turned in. Im just thankful my family and friends had a ton of fun.

This was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese that Ive ever been to. The employees were polite and friendly. I will definitely take my children there again.

Excellent for children from 2-12. Food is expensive for what you get. Pizza quality is not very good; you have to eat it hot if you dont want it to taste like cardboard. Bathrooms are clean, but not kid-friendly. There are no lowered sinks for them to wash their hands. The hand-sanitizer at the door is nice and wish they had one facing the direction in the way out also. We went on a Friday and Chuck E. Cheese never made an appearance from 11am - 1pm while we were there. The games and toys are kept in good, clean working condition. Overall a fun experience for all my kids from 2-9.

It was very busy there it was Veterans day but its chuck e cheese as long as kids are having fun its a good time and you can pay 11 for unlimited games for 30 mins pretty good deal food was good came out pretty fast salad bar was not bad at all.

This place is very clean and they really make sure your kids dont end up leaving with anyone else, they have this black light stamp system. My kids have a great time and even with just an hour play pass are able to get enough tickets for a good prize. Employees are very kind and helpful when you have a broken machine. Definitely going back for my sons birthday.

Pizza was good but when I asked a question to a staff member he said I dont know in a rude way.Some machines were taking the credits from the cards but werent working.At the time of puting the tickets in the counting machine this was not counting all the tickets, to verify I put 5 tickets and the machine counted only 3 of them, so 2 out of every 5 were not counted.

Love taking my baby here. Loves it and haves FUN! It was really crowded, but it was still great and even though some of the games were put of service they still tried to repair them and make them work as they should. So they do try to make it good for the customers

Recently visited Corona,ca. Chuck E Cheese, my 2 year son contracted hand and foot disease from the games at Chuck E Cheese. I reached out to guest service and they’re reply was to offer another pass for my son.He has been sick for 12 days, sores all over his body, sores in his mouth. He has not been able to eat.No thank you, I will not be bringing my son back. My son has been to the doctors twice. I requested to be reimbursed for the the Chuck E Cheese visit, the 2 doctors visits and additional items I had to buy since he was sick. I’d like corporate office to contact me.This was their response to me:Ms. Cruz,I am sorry you and your family had this experience after your visit. We are addressing your concerns with the store.We have not received any other reports of hand, foot, and mouth disease at our location. As stated before we strive to keep a clean restaurant but cannot guarantee a germ free environment. Please understand our restaurant is a public place.I would not be able to reimburse you for your visit or your medical bills. I would still be happy to offer your son a care package and guest pass. My kids favorite place we all have great family time there. The new buy time and play all games is amazing.

Always make sure to check out the coupons before going crazy buying everything. Its still a blast playing games and winning all the tickets I can hold. The pizza and salad bar are delicious.

It was very busy however they seem short staft. It took long for the food to be served (pizza and wings) when we got our food it was a little cold and that effected the quality of the food. If it had been served hot the food would have been very good and the whole experience would have been better. The kids loved playing the arcade games and they had a fun time.

Had a great time with my son and wife. Went after 12pm all the games were available. I got my son a one hour game card and got plenty to tickets. Staff that day were very friendly. The unlimited salad bar wasnt so good. As far as availability for games, great. Food is so so. Games could be better.

Had my Daughters 9th birthday, we got biggest package and everyone had a blast. Great memories, biggest smiles. Thank you Sky for all your attention and kindness!

The salad bar was pretty gross and the games were continuesly breaking down/not paying out tickets. The entire play areas could use a good clean since its pretty dirty. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because my 4 year old had a good time.

I order. A pizza it took about 30Minutes to get. It When they brought it. I see. That the pizza was cold. And it seemed like it was put together I notice there wasn’t any one else waiting for pizzas so idk why they took so long. Really bad service oh and there salad bar. Look. Very dirty nothing was. Fresh

Food is way overpriced for what they give you. The salad bar is gross and they didnt attent to it yesterday for as much people they had in. ALL of the tables had trash and needed to be cleaned off for customers. I walked by tables that needed to be cleaned for 45 min. No tables were ever picked up. They had one poor girl running around giving people the stamp then she would run back to the line to order food, then run out to throw tickets to the kids with chuckie while people still waiting in line. Very understaffed. And it wouldnt hurt to clean the inside of the jungle gym. I had to climb in with my kid and it is beyond gross and sticky up there. Will never let him go up there again. One last thing is a good majority of games were out of tickets. Very disappointed with this spot.

We got there at 7:30 PM ordered by 7:47 PM bought 2 hours of games for the kids and 3 all you can eat salad bar. Never did I check nor was told that Chuck E. Cheese closes at 9 PM. Place was dirty the majority of the tables were dirty full of dirty plates, pizza, napkins and used cups. Trash cans full also. Pizza arrives at 8:20 PM, salad bar salad, carrots all over the bar and on the floor. Filthy by the time Im finishing my salad and ready to enjoy the games with the kids, they start announcing that they are closing. WTFudge did we pay for 2 hours of games, the kids attempted to pause theyre card but it wouldnt let them????? Manger NO help at all to reimburse us for an hour of unlimited games, nor in the salad bar. My family couldnt eat so they can help the kids get some games. We paid $130 for 1 hour of game, take home pizza and only 1 serving of salad!!! Disgusted with Chuck E. Cheese.

The hour cards are great and make gaming easier, but there are a good amount of games that are broken. The staff were nice and I appreciated that. Lastly the pizza isnt the best but its not bad either so just keep that in mind if youre visiting :)

Went too early to pick up Son from work, so decided to take my Great Grandson to a place that was air conditioned and wait for about an hour before leaving to pick him up. Its been a long time since I have been to Chuck E. Cheeses. The staff was friendly and the kids were having a GREAT TIME.

I have to say the staff was absolutely attentive and so nice I havent been there for quite a while overall my experience was wonderful other than my order first of all it took like almost an hour to get my pizza it was special ordered and it definitely came out wrong so I had to wait like another 45 minutes to receive my order right that I was unhappy about but other than that it was great kudos to the staff keep striving to be good and good luck on my next visit with my order thank you Chuck-E-Cheese a almost satisfied customer

My 6 year old loves coming here on weekends. He always want to get enough tickets to buy free stuff. I wish they had a better food menu. Their food menu needs more variety but hey this is a gaming place so they are not really a restaurant.

My sons 5th bday party was great. Staff was excellent.

I feel ripped off every time I go. This time the fundraiser code that they had to use a different one where we got 5 less tokens. Then multiple games didnt work out were out if tickets but still took the tokens. I could have tried to fine the one repair person that they had, but I didnt want to water 15 minutes waiting. Finally I had to wait 15 minutes to get to little toys for my kids because the one person at the counter couldnt keep track of who was next nor were they willing to grab to things for me while getting the 10 things for the other people that were supposedly in line in front of me.

It was a Saturday night and they were super busy however they were very under staffed. Hour and 20 min wait for pizza. Tables were not being cleaned salad bar not stocked and a decent amount of games down. Food was good though once it got there.

We did go towards the end of the night but still no excuse. Half of the games had no tickets left, the machine to count the tickets were out of order except for 2. The staff was really nice but the place seriously lacked.

Its good because with only 20 dollars you can play for a really long time but the prizes are pretty bad and with a lot of tickets you can only get like an inflatable animal and the pizza is ok not the best but ok but I suggest just paying 20 dollars

What a great experience! Not sure I care for the game card because of time on it instead of it just can be used whenever but I dont have littles anymore. I have a personal size pepperoni pizza with no cheese, which they got right the first time. I dont know what you do to crust but I crave this pizza.

This was by far the worst experience ever. I used to take my kids when they were younger but its really gone down hill. Attended my nephews birthday party a couple weekends ago & the lack of help from upper management was apparent. Most adults go for the salad bar, well 95% did at our party. And we were told they ran out. The manager didnt order enough. On top of that they only had kids cups, no adult sized cups, didnt order enough of those. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the party hostess was really good. She did the best and I say best with what she had to work with. We ended up eating pizza that was like oh you ordered a supreme pizza oh lets throw the veggies after its made on the pizza. Wings were just tiny pieces of fatty skin with very little meat on them. Someone ordered the cheese bread, that was a joke. A halfed piece of personal pizza dough with burnt cheese on it. With the group we had they just lost repeat business of 40 or more paying adults who were looking forward to hosting a party here soon but will look elsewhere if this is the norm. Sadly many other parents I spoke to were quite annoyed with how no upper management handled the situation and said they would not be returning. Salad bar, you have Costco & Food for Less close by get more salad. They had all the toppings just no green salad. Just my experience, hope they figure things out soon.

Fun place for the whole family. We bought a game card for an hour and my daughter played about every game available. The employees were very responsive if a game had any malfunctions. I love how they stamp my hand and my daughters hand with the same stamp, so she cant leave without me.

I truly appreciate how close this Chucky cheese is to us. And that Dennys is right next door. While the food is OK, we really just come to play the games and go on the slide for the last hour or 2 of the night. We literally come here 2 or 3 Times per week. We hosted my daughters two-year-old birthday here, and purchased one of the birthday packages. It is totally worth it. We will likely be doing her birthdays Here, for several more years.

My son received the best birthday party with Magnolia as our personal host. She went above and beyond to make the entire experience fun for everyone and hassle free for myself. Great job Magnolia. Keep up the good work

This place is way better than it was 10 years ago. Unlimited play for $xx is a great deal.However, they could be better at cleaning tables.

New token policy at all Chuck E. Cheese’s now you have a digital card with pre purchased points or time( you can pause your time card). The ticket dispense system is still the same though, but kids like to hold them and feed them to the ticket eating machine. Working games here, not a bunch of broken ones like some locations. Gluten free pizza options, coupons online, and clean tables are all a plus in my book.

This had to be the most fun I hav had in years. Though it was my one year old nieces birthday party, it was so much fun it felt like it was mine.

My kods love it of course but it was beyond dirty. A kid got sick on the floor and all they did was pour water on it and rub it into the carpet with their foot!!! Their bathrooms where overflowing with trash and some had no seat covers or toilet paper. I wont be taking my kids back because of how dirty it was.

Staff was amazing, they really went out of their way to make my daughters birthday special. Honestly, the price for a party here is a bit... extreme; but the service was top notch. Pizza was better than what I remember too. Now if they only had a SFV arcade cabinet there... Heck. Even SF3.

Its Chuck E. Cheese if your expectations are high then you shouldnt even bother. We took our kids on a busy Friday. They could not keep up with the crowd, they are in need of some extra staff but still managed well. Its all about my kids and as along as they have a good time then Im happy. Pizza is good and salad bar is stocked.

Employees are nice so this review isn’t about them necessarily. However I waited 20 minutes just for them to take my order. I was the only person in line to order, there was one doing the prizes. A second employee shows up, I thought she was going to take my order but instead she went to assist the other person waiting for prizes. Once I saw that! I got a little upset and looked for someone, they got someone to take my order. Food came out within 15 minutes which helped the experience. We played and towards the end the prize helpers were Great! I ordered some quick churros so I thought, 23 minutes later I got someone’s attention and they got them within a minute. Service needs improvement over all but we had a great time. Thanks to the employees that helped the experience.

Staff friendly and helpful. Sorry pizza, horrible tea. Whole thing feels dirty and contrived. Young children seem to like the chaos, but too noisy for old farts.

The salad bar was not good and they had a different pizza sauce that I didnt care for, but my kid had a good time. Next time we will eat in advance and just go to play games.

Had my daughters 6 birthday here last Saturday, even though I did not reserve a table, & the place being packed with customers, I found a table for 4, had some patience, waited for the people in the next booth to leave... then the next booth. Finally I had enough booths for my family & friends to sit down while the kids went and played in their mini casino.I used to printable coupons for pizza drinks & tokens, pretty good deal, all the kids had a blast, my Dad did not like the 2 beer cut-off rule, but oh well!!The staff was very nice & cleaned up when ever we needed them, and the guy fixing the ticket collection machine was VERY busy, helping everyone, all the time. We had a blast. Thank you to the whole staff!
