Experience was horrible, they were rude the restroom were filthy and also nobody was wearing or social distance not even enforcing social distance during a pandemic. Was uncomfortable going in the second race they did not want to get us a refund. We got there they were rude we spoke to a manger who help us out because the clerk could not help us was very rude. However the manager who help us out got us our race gave us a good time to come back. Me went on my first race did not like it , immediately went to get money back or to get credit to my brother who was a regular they told us no. It was the general manager we went too and he wanted the exact total so he can find our order we gave it to him he still could not find it. But when my brother who is a regular there went to talk to them ask if he can just come and use my name they said no ( I’m from Texas) never coming back so why would i need credit . When leaving and spending so much time talking to this general manger he finally give my brother credit for the race .horrible experience and bad management .

Most of the staff is really good and friendly but there is some people part of the staff that really shouldnt work there. They have a horrible attitude and instead of calming down a situation they sided with the person escalating it. It was a fun experience but not the best experience. On the last race for about 3-4 laps the kart I had was damaged and wasnt going at the regular speed and when I told the employee I was referring to he yelled at me saying he knows, he should really learn how to treat the customers before showing up to work. I would recommend the place if it wasnt for some of the staff members or to be more specific… just one of the staff members.

We had so much fun!!! I loved how they keep track of everyones time and what they placed, printed it out for you as a keepsake. Weeks later and we are still talking about who beat who. LOVE IT!! GOT TO GO!!!

I usually go to the Temcula location and its great. Although this place has a bigger track, the quality of everything here is not even close to Temecula. The karts are very slow and the staff you can see obviously cater to their friends. As in, a friend of the staff was in my race, the lady could not pass me and I saw her give a signal to the staff and then I could not keep up with anybody. I will never go back to this one again. Felt like I got ripped off more than anything. However, Im not sure what the managers name is but on 09/07/20 between 4-5 who ever it was had amazing customer service and took care of us. That guy is a great asset to your company and should keep your eyes on him. I will stick to the Temcula location from now on.

Were brought the kids to race which they greatly enjoyed. There are a few of the kids carts that are substantially slower than others. The kids ran 3 races and wanted to come back.

We showed up and checked in at 2pm but our reservation was at 3pm. So apparently it’s by check in time and not reservation. We were there until 4pm, told we would be up at 4:05, 4:20 rolls around after they gave their friends priority racing over and over again. So we asked for a refund. We didn’t even get to race as we seen people who came in after us, go before us. Even though we made “reservations.” A lot of the guys were hanging around the pit like they knew the workers and the workers were giving them the hookup. This was my first time to this city, and it was a horrible experience considering it was my daughters bday. 2hours she won’t get back on her day.

Amazing place! It was so awesome for my son to celebrate his birthday with his friends and family. The staff was great and everything went so well we didnt have to worry about anything. Joseph and Sarah helped us out with setting up the party and were so helpful. The place was clean and gocarts were the best. I would definitely recommend this place! We will be sure to return. Im a member here, and I absolutely love the place. Kris and the staff take care of me, my family and friends. I dunno about that new manager Joshua though. Nice Guy, but dude moves like molasses in a blizzard. A kid was having issues with a Kart, and he kinda brushed it off like the kid couldnt drive. Turned out kart was damaged. Still love the place, Im here couple days a week usually.

$20 for a race and the electric karts dont even work properly, waste of money. You’ll end up just getting 3 solid laps out of the 10 your supposed to get.

Had a great time, the owner was hilarious. The workers were laid back.... one of the workers fell and they all made a joke of it, and we got another goround because of it

Very clean facility, organized, friendly, professional staff. A little expensive but nothing is cheap anymore especially with 4 kids. Everyone had a great time. We will return for more fun soon.

I threw my Husband a Surprise Party here with Friends & Family. We were 16 racers total, so we raced in 2 groups. We booked the Champion Package - party room with 3 races. It was so much fun!Only thing is the night took much longer than expected, as it takes time to sign in, get geared up & in the cars. The Staff was great, the place was great, love the decor! Arcade games nice too. I got a 10% discount by chatting online with them and booking it. We opted to bring in our own food, so we paid the $75 fee for outside food, but they do have food places they partner with. Everyone is still talking about it.. My Husband was thrilled!

So I was visiting from NY and love these type of places. I got the 2 race pack and waited for 40 mins with no race. Come to find out 2 charging stations didnt work and it took extra long between races. I was not informed of this upon entry and of course there are no refunds. Ive been to many of these across the country and this is by far the most unprofessional one Ive ever went to. DO NOT GO THERE!

This indoor car racing place is terrible!!!! Poorly managed, we waited over double the amount of time we were quoted. Upon asking the front desk for a resolution their employee stated, “I am not dealing with you, it’s my last day and there are no refunds.” The Manager on duty attempted to solve the problem by moving us up on the list. However, we had already spent three hours waiting. Due to management’s unwillingness to authorize a refund and or come to a reasonable resolution I will never recommend or spend another cent at this establishment. And of course the only employee who had the brains to help my family was the General Manager Doug. However, a day late and a dollar short.

The staff here are amazing. Excellent service all around - they truly do everything they can to make your time enjoyable. Great equipment. Quick cars. They are great with kids.The facility is clean and family friendly and the value is spot on.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The karts are in horrible condition, very inconsistent and the employees are horrible. Half the karts didn’t brake at all, the seatbelts don’t tighten properly, the karts didn’t steer straight, and are very inconsistent on speed. The staff are inattentive, and don’t wave any blue flags or yellow flags, only checkered flag. They were very unprofessional and made us wait 30 minutes so they could race with us, including THE MANAGER. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had go karting, and am very disappointed to give my money to this establishment. Just go to K1 Speed instead, they have never made me hate having fun as much as Pole Position Raceway.

Event was Birthday party of 7 incl the grand kids(10&12)Most horrible place to have such eventDon’t take your kids here You will not enjoy it and they will get hurt.Staff is horrible and don’t pay attention to anything.We Kept getting slammed into by experienced drivers Who were added to our group and fly around on the track while our karts are slowed down To get hit even harder.Many times we were hit in the back very hard ,one grand child received massive cut on her leg and workers didn’t do nothing.Barely could get a band aid after insisting for aide while she was bleeding badlyEven a one star is good enough for this place and workers.

The one girl employee said they don’t supply cups for my daughters birthday party. I need buy myself from other places. It’s so waived, they don’t allowed me bring my own food and drink. How come let customers bring the cups. Girls are very thirsty and can’t drink water or soda because hasn’t cups to use. I have to try to buy cups by myself from other place.Before I left there I just found other employees bringing some supplies including cups. I asked some. What I mean is that girl employee was lied to me. She said she told me I need bring cups for drink. But I don’t remember and it’s not make sense.

Lots of fun. The track isnt huge, but good enough to have a blast. Reasonably priced. Good service. You get race results with your lap times so you can see who really won and end the argument quicker. Theres Go-Karts for the kiddos which is why we went. They provide helmets. Theres a couple of arcade games and one pool table, but not much other entertainment options. Snack bar but no kitchen for serious eating. If youre there to race, its a good time.

If you want some entertainment for a few hours, go to pole position. Their prices are reasonable, and the fun you get out of it is well worth it. Itll bring your family together! They have all sorts of packages and options available in order to enjoy your racing experience. One thing I could say I like better about these electric karts is that they dont produce emissions, and when you are in an indoor facility, that is of much importance to me. Ive been to other indoor facilities where they have regular gas powered karts, and having to breath the emissions the whole time you are there is unhealthy, it gives me a headache anyway. But this place doesnt have that problem. Also, everytime Ive been here, the staff is extremely happy to help you, always with a smile, they seem to be happy about their job, and never any frowns or complaints. Their furniture is cool, they have a seating area for you to spectate the races, video and arcade games for the kids, and cool souvenirs for you to purchase. Its a clean environment, with all the proper safety precautions and rules properly displayed. You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend this place, start your engines!!!

The employees slowed mine and my friends carts down when we were driving perfectly safe, meanwhile the regulars could go as fast as they wanted, slam into our cars while driving crazy, and get to do extra laps for free. Too bad zero stars isnt an option.

I had a blast with my 3 boys and husband. First time for all of us and it was great having the track to ourselves to race. Everyone that worked there was so nice. Chazz was super cool. Great bonding with my boys ages 16,14 and 10. Well be back :)

There was a guy that kept hitting me and my friends and pit maneuvering every single person that would try to passing him when we told the staff watching the track what he was doing they said that theres nothing they could do because hes a regular and the guy was in ever race. this completely ruined my girlfriends fun and she stopped racing for the rest of the night. We will not be returning.

Staff is great! Cars have a bit of wear on them. First race my car had no brakes at all, and sons car wouldnt move after we started. Second race was great. Every race while we were there they had to stop and swap out cars that stopped mid race. Added lots of extra wait time. Took 3 hours to do 2 races when it was empty.

First time here and we will definitely be back. The staff was great. I have raced at a bunch of places and this is close to home. We had a great time racing with my kids for the first time and they had a blast!

On site for a private event and enjoyed an pristine clean facility with some of the friendliest and amazing staff ever. The food was catered however there was comfortable seating available and some snacks available inside while you watched other race and prepared for your turn. My kids love this place, website says they close at 9pm. Several times Ive arrived before 8:30 and told no more racing tonight. One time I showed up at 8:15 with my kids, the looked at us and continued doing what he was doing. Finally walks over and asks if could help us. I said wed like to race, he said we dont take anyone after 8:30, I looked at the clock on the wall, it said 8:25 and wed been standing there for a while. I said what time is it now, he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.

Best place ever

My grandson, and I thought we would have a little fun racing. My car worked fine, his didnt. He was stuck on the track moving like a turtle. We werent offered another round or anything. Not even for him! We left there very disappointed after spending almost $50 for about 15 minutes on the track, for one adult, and one child. We will NEVER go there again.

Had a great time racing my hubby and we were lucky that we were the only customers at the time. Very cool place to go my only disappointment is I felt the twelve laps went by so fast and its not the cheapest activity so our day date ended rather quickly lol. I would recommend this place!

Only one track but its a good one. Arcade is also pretty good. The time I was there you would get extra tokens for your money (ie: $10 worth for $7). After your first race the price drops too.

First time here went for a work event and it was awesome came home with first place! So much fun gonna take my kids next time.

I personally didnt get to partake in the fun, but my daughter was part of a party that was here at this location. The party room was large and perfect for the group and check in was easy. My daughter had a blast and really enjoyed racing. It looks like a lot of fun too! If you are looking for a place to have a birthday party, or just a fun afternoon or evening out, this is great for all ages, adults too! If your tired of the same old thing, check this place out! I know I will!

Awesome Online Deals. There wasnt any help for people who havent been go karting so I helped out the rookies (Not Employee). K1Speed has a better customer service in this case. The basics were explained & those who wrecked were helped immediately. I noticed a very dirty driver that was never penalized for being a bad sport. It put a lot of people in dangerous situations & potential injurys numerous times. Overall it was fun & Ill definitely come back. I dont recommend if you dont know what youre doing. Here were my results on the track. (1st Place )

Clean place. Prices are pretty similar to others. I like that the carts are electric so you dont smell like gasoline when youre done. The carts are FAST! Staff is nice and pretty on top of things.

Track is fun and sounds like they change it often. The karts on the other hand are terrible. No adjustments. Steering is bad. Brakes are bad. Seat is bad. Employees are nice and did their job perfect. Answered all questions and got me all set up. The race could be handled better by showing the karts on the final lap on the final 2 turns instead of the beginning, forcing us to run the track at a walking pace.Edit: came back to run my last 2 races in my account. There is the C squad of employees running this place tonight. Was told 20 minutes to race took over a hour. Another problem that I didnt have last time is with a full race it is chaos. There are no track Marshalls to watch over the race and its a free for all. More like a high speed game of bumper cars then kart racing. Glad I tried this place out but shouldve cut my losses as there was better use of my time tonight. Will not be coming back

Have been bringing my 9 year old son since he was 6 and he always leave with a smile. Good place to come and drive and have fun. Not for younger kids because the cars get slower and my son said than it gets boring. The arcade games here are ok but it will be nice if they had more and less expansive.

Goat carting is fun as long as nobody crashes or else theyll have to slow everyone down. Arcades there to keep you busy between races but its mostly for kids or people that dont mind outdated machines

Awesome staff fun place to bring your kids

Workers are friendly and helpful and you get 15 laps for $20. Adults get faster cars except when racing with children. Their website explains the speeds. Winners are guaged by lap times and not who physically comes in first or second. They provide a small record after the race explaining how you can improve and shows statistics of the race.

Absolutely horrible employees. They were rude to all the kids. Not helpful. When the kids would drive past they would talk trash on them. Never seen such poor management and employees ever. I will never return. Waste of time and money.

Cool raceway, easy going employees who were helpful. I bought a Groupon and sometimes companies can be a pain about how they accept them. We didnt have to wait long to start our races. Overall a good experience.

This place is very fun for your family. My sister was racing their and spun out and hit the wall. The man that was operating was on his phone and did not stop the carts so another cart hit her and caused here to flip upside down and she had to go to the re because she had a screw inside her knee.
