Spotted this beautiful endangered species on my nature walk.

The park used to have a dock under the shade trees where a person could fish in the shade comfortably and pleasantly. The dock, which needed no repairs was renovated and the part under the trees was removed leaving no room to fish compared to before. Apparently some people just hate people who like to fish. I posted photos of what the dock used to look like before they removed it. I have lived in South Florida all of my life and have seen fewer and fewer places left to fish. Eventually they will ALL be gone and the sad thing is so few will even know what they are missing. There was no reason to remove that part of the dock.

Nice, small clean park. There is a boat ramp and a fishing pier. Mini soccer, volleyball and basketball a couple of things bin this small park.

A great park with lots to do and plenty of free space. Shaded park area for playground. Also volleyball court!

As of right now unfortunately you cannot play in the playground but you can ride your bike walk and run It is still a lovely place enjoy

Stopped for a nice walk along the canal. Saw three or four baby owls nests, really cute to watch. Otherwise a very quiet walk , not much else going on. Clean and well-kept area with picnic tables and benches along the way with plenty of parking.

Lots of space. Perfect for social distancing exercises such as skating or walking path.

Riverside Park is located along a canal in Coral Springs. It has a really nice recently renovated boat ramp. Other park amenities include a sand volleyball court, basketball courts,grills and tables, jog/walk trails, nature areas, pickleball court, picnic pavilion, playground, restrooms and roller hockey rinks.Coral Springs has just started opening the parks back up. According to the city website As we continue to mitigate the spread of this virus, there will be no groups of more than six permitted in one area, while practicing social distancing. If social distancing is not achievable, only groups that reside in the same household may be within six feet of each other. Following Broward Countys announcement, the City of Coral Springs will open city facilities outlined below, which staff will take extra precautions to ensure they are cleaned and sanitized.Community and neighborhood Parks will be opened from 8:00 a.m. to dusk starting Wednesday, April 29. Parks will be available for limited activities such as walking, jogging, hiking and cycling, nature walks on trails and quiet enjoyment of the outdoors.So you can use the park for exercise in small groups but for now the park amenities will remain closed. Its a step in the right direction and hopefully normal operations will soon return.

Gated play area makes being here relaxing . There are two play sets and swings. And the location is great because its very quiet and if you want to relax you can just take a stroll near the water.

The pickleball courts are awesome! The two roller rinks seem useless though

Soccer/Futsol (for team practice,not always open), beach volleyball, pickle ball & basketball. Great spot for workout, walking, inline skating. There is also Playground, boat ramp & bbq grill. Nice views of the canal.

Its a decent park. Now I usually go there to walk the circle which is about 1/3 of a mile per lap. I used to play volleyball there with friends. Theres also a tennis court, basketball court, playground, rollerblade hockey arena, and few skate ramps Some parts of the park feel aged, others feel newer.

Walked there sometimes in the mornings. Beautiful and calm . Relaxing and scenic .

The park was okay I would say, I spent an hour during a picnic but did not really get to see the entire place. It was clean and well maintained as far as I could tell and everyone I was with had no complaint.

Went there to see my nephew play Volleyball and Him and his Girl won the tournament.Nice place, nice people and great atmosphere

Nice neighborhood park with a playground. I like that the playground is mostly covered. However, its not as nice as the playgrounds in the wealthier part of town. The ground is also mulch, which makes it pretty unusable most of the summer because it floods and sits.
