This is a great place to pick up the MRT, especially if you are heading south. There is plenty of free parking on the street by the entrance.

Very nice walking trail, clean and quiet and a good place to go to on a nice day.

Road mountain bike from coon rapids to minneapolis and back. Path was smooth blacktop. Then threw a jig for small mouths and landed over a dozen. I got my park pass for the season $30. I

Great place to bring family. Great place to fish. And if you like watching nature its wonderful. You will see deer, water foul, and American mink.

Good place for a walk! Dont pay to park... park on the street and stroll your way in...

Great place to go and get away from it all for a few hours or so. Great place to kayak as well.

My husband and I bought a house not to far from the trail. We love walking our dogs along the trail. This area is clean and quiet. Its a beautiful place to walk. You can see the river along the trail. And we have met a few nice people from our neighborhood along the way.
