Nice trails for walking and biking. Very nice campground. Nice playgrounds. Activity Center. Horse stable for horseback rides. Wave pool for summer months (new heated pool will be open in 2021). Maps with detailed distance are posted often.Though somethings are not operating this summer because of COVID19.

Great paved trails for walking, biking and running. Well kept up and clean. Board walk was definitely a highlight and the dogs sure didnt know what to think about it, but they were fine. Not the most scenic park in the area, but a good change of pace.

This campground has very spacious wooded sites that are situated in small groups of 3-4 so family and friend groups would easily be able to camp near one another while having their own private area. Very nice! Would definitely stay again. Be aware that there is an online reservation fee as well as a daily vehicle pass fee over and above the stated daily campsite rate.

I used this campground. The site was very spacious and private. There are restroom and showers together, and they seem to be generally well maintained. However, there is a little noise because there is a road nearby.

I tend to give larger parks more love, but thats because they offer a bit of everything and Bunker Hills has it! Horseback riding and tons of horse only trails, paved walkways for hiking, biking, rollerblading and skating, hiking paths, swimming, camping, etc. Theres a full playground near a full outdoor dining area right next to the scenic Veterans Memorial as well. If youve never been, do yourself a favor and go!

Even though this is located just outside Minneapolis and still within a metropolitan area it is a slice of outdoors. The campsites are quiet and once you make the turn into the park you forget how close the hustle and bustle of city life is. The campsites were a bit small but well kept. The nearby water park was a great time for the family.

Just stayed here this spring for our first camping trip of the year. Just spent the weekend to visit family. It is a very nice campground and wish we would have had more time to use the trails and other facilities. The only complaint I had was the bathrooms, which were very clean and nice, but had some hot water issues. Hopefully they get the water heaters working again.

Attended a family reunion at Pavilion #3. It was way too small to accommodate your typical Hmong clan reunion. Parking was overflowed onto the grassy area because so many people came out. Park security was accommodating and directed us to park literally anywhere. The area is flat for a soccer match aland multiple volleyball nets to be put up. Lots of trees along the pathways. The larger playground is too much for a toddler, but the smaller one is not entertaining enough either. Theres a misting shower pad to help cool off the kids, as there is no shade. Careful not to let the kiddies get burned from sliding down the slides at 2pm on a sunny day. Advice: Bring your canopies, lawn chairs, and portable grills.

A way better place then I remembered. When I went as a teen it was just the wave pool. Now they have fun for the whole family and its reasonable priced. They have a kids playground/pool, a wave pool, a lazy river, a pool with rock climbing and basketball. Not to mention water slides both body and tube slides. Concession prices on food was decent as well. I will be going back this summer for sure!

There was no Lake there, and our site was really small and close to others and we had to overlook a field of Long Grass. And it said Beach when we went to sign up for it and what it is , is a water park that is very expensive! We travel all over the US and this would be an okay place if you are traveling for one night. It would be a nice place if you could afford all the extras! And I did not like that we had to pay $25 extra for our car that we were toting behind our motorhome!

Was very crowded with no regulation in the kids area. The kids kept sliding down on each other because there Wasnt a life guard that cared enough to stand at the bottom to make sure the kids didnt clash. Most of the life guards are just talking to each other to notice anything happening. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor was soaking wet with who knows what. Cascade bay is better
