Went at a time when they just opened. Nice staff dont bother you much. Laser tag was fun for the kids. Just few things to do but fun. Didnt try the arcade but they had updated games.

My son had his 11th birthday party here and it was PERFECT for that age group. They loved the laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf. The ninja course and arcade were a hit too. We scheduled it for 3 hours but ended up staying an extra hour to fit it all in.

My family loves coming to Grand Slam! The prices are reasonable, and their pizza is delicious and affordable! My boys (ages 2,6,7, & 13) all love the play area and arcade games. Fun place for families or even a date night without kiddos! From mini golf, arcade games, laser tag, batting cages, ninja warrior course, play area & bumper cars, there is something for everyone.

We went here for a birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised with it. There are several different things for kids to do and enjoy. Some of the things are extra cost. It was cleaner than I would have expected and the staff was friendly enough. My son is nine and enjoyed the bumper cars the best. Definitely worth checking out.

Fun, laid back place. Mini golf, arcade, play area for younger kiddos, bumper cars, ninja obstacle course, party food, great place for birthday parties, but let them know ahead of time so they can reserve a birthday area for you. Now a days, youll want to bring some hand sanitizer or something, it would be really hard to keep a place like this Corona clean. Try to call ahead, theyve been closed for awhile, and still arent open at the time of this review.

Enjoyed a round of mini golf although there were many other activities we could have done—batting cage, bumper cars, arcade games, obstacle course. The place is certainly showing its age but when we were there on a Saturday afternoon, we didn’t need to worry about social distancing as there weren’t many people.

When at Grand Slam last year, I tripped on their mini golf course & dislocated my shoulder. I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER. A report was made with them to turn into their insurance company. I was off work for 8 weeks without pay. My insurance company had to pay my bill.They never came thru with paying anything ! I would NEVER take any kids there again! I would give them a minus rating if I could! In case your wondering why I didnt post this until now, its because Ive been waiting for them to come thru with paying the bill, which just happened by MY insurance company!

We went here for a birthday party because it was reasonably priced for a birthday party with laser tag. The staff was helpful and nice. There are a lot of activities with mini golf, batting cages, laser tag, bumper cars and a play area. The pizza was surprisingly good. The kids loved the 3 hour birthday party.

Very attentive staff. It was all kept clean and trashes were never over flowing. Customer service was also good. Decent birthday deals as well. We will for sure be going back again sometime.

My boys love going here for his birthday parties. Going on 5 years in a row now. One of the only places in town that does unlimited laser tag, and it has a two level arena.

This place is just amazing. I remember coming here when I was 8 back in 99. They had everything, bumper cars, go karts, laser tag, batting cages, mini golf, and of course, the arcade. They still did when I went back in December of 2017. The arcade was so different and full of new machines compare to what I remembered back in my childhood. They dont even take coins anymore and no tickets printed out which is sad. They now use cards. Im old school. But I was still happy regardless since I took my cousins here. We stayed until closing which was like 11 pm.

This place is great! There Saturday night special for $10 unlimited laser tag bumper cars is awesome deal. Snacks are good value overall place is great!!

We always have a blast when we come here to hit balls, play laser tag, hang out in the arcade or do the other fun things they have. They have good pizza and other snack options. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly.

Ninja course and laser tag was awesome!!! My kids 5-12 years old loved it...so did I. Id come back here with my sisters just to run the ninja course and play laser tag. My kids want to come back again too. Our first time here, only thing is...one area was closed off... looks like lots of video games, but there was the arcade. Everything was family friendly. This would be a great place to host a family reunion for a day...fun for all ages!

The place is dated but the batting cage are great. Not many places like this left. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good place for the kids to burn some energy.

Love the atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. My kids love competing on the new ninja course! Its our go to place for a special day. Not to mention my kids love that they sell Dippin Dots at the snack bar!!

Had an awesome time at Grand Slam today with my daughters and nephews. Everything from the bathrooms to play areas were super clean. Staff were very friendly and provided great service. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone with children of all ages.

WHOA this place has a lot more than batting cages! Laser tag was super cool, black lights and a mezzanine level. Decent lil arcade, even the bumper cars were cool. Im 38 and I loved it here, lol. The kids had fun too, I guess. Friendly staff.

Definitely take your kids here! It is a bit of a drive from Minneapolis but it comes with more perks than your usual Play Place. We started with mini golf then he headed out on his own to the play place which is enormous. This Grand Slam is different from the other Grand Slam in Burnsville but the concept is still the same. Family fun and entertainment/diversions for all ages!

Fun place for the kids. The ninja course was the highlight for my 10 year old (usually physical activity is not his thing) The only issue we had with the place is it was too busy to do everything we wanted to do because of a very large field trip group there that took over the entire place.It would be nice to maybe do some crowd control.

This place is AMAZING. We went at around 9 on a Friday and it was pretty empty but we had a great time running around on our own. The employees are super nice and it’s really fun (even for a couple twenty year olds).

Grand Slam saved my sons birthday. We were planning to go to the water park, but when we arrived with all the kids, they were at capacity and turning people away. We made a quick decision to go to Grand Slam. They gave us a birthday party package on the spot with unlimited Laser Tag, Ninja Zone, bumper cars, play area and mini golf plus a reserved table, pizza and soda included. My son went from disappointed to happy and having fun fast. The kids had a great time doing all the different activities. Thank you Grand Slam!

So much fun! We went for their late night weekend specials and we were not disappointed. However, if you have Littles, dont keep them there much past 9:30. The older kids get unruly and the staff doesnt do anything about it.

Im never sure what Im going to get when Im here. Either a great time with staffing to assist, or chaos controlled by toddlers sucking down pixie stixs. This time was toddlers. Cheers to the next visit!

My toddler enjoys the indoor playground. They have air Cannons that are VERY loud and scares him, so we use noise reducing headphones and that does the trick. It used to be free for children under 3. Now they charge $6 something for ALL ages which disappointing considering toddlers do not play the same or as long as a 6-12 year old

Went here as a kid and I brought my own son. Expect it to be pretty run down at this point but was surprised it was still kept up. The staff were also good with the kids.

Great idea, just that it’s executed a little less than perfectly. Batting cages are great, selection of bats & helmets were ok. The mini-putt is kinda fun although it hasn’t been updated since they opened (I’d assume)

We had our daughter’s 10th birthday part here! They had a BLAST! The pizza was delicious and it was really easy! No set up/clean up and it was super low key for us, the parents! My 4 and 6 year old had a great time too! Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Fun. Kind of expensive to bring multiple kids to, but theyve added some new equipment. Arcade is a little heavy on ticket stuff thats basically luck vs a lot of fun arcade stuff.

Great! Bus load of handicap children came in. Staff was able to manage. Spotters at different areas were there. Food was great.

This is such a fun and exciting place! Their hours are nice, even if they don’t open until 10:00 AM. Their concessions are a little overpriced, but their concessions are also delicious! You definitely need to try their cheese curds! They have an arcade, mini golf, laser tag, batting cages, bumper cars, a fun place for little kids, a party place, and more. They have plenty of space, so many tables with varying amounts of chairs/seating. Fun for all ages!

Best birthday experience yet! We just had my sons 7th birthday party at Grand Slam and it was actually a fun experience for the adults too! Not only do they have some of the best pricing for a birthday event, but the variety of things to do and having lunch built in is great! We were all surprised at how good the pizza was! Typically places like this have some pretty subpar concession options. Not here! Parents were saying that theyd order pizza from here if they could! They even had GOOD gluten-free pizza!Back to this being the best birthday experience.....for reference weve done the Eagles Nest, FLIPS, Monkey house and a few others and none of them are on the same level. The kids played mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars, did a ninja warrior course, and of course liked having some video game tokens. They even have a big playground area that both appealed to the 2 toddlers we had with and also to our group of 1st graders. This is definitely going to be our birthday party staple for years to come!

Had a birthday party today and was very impressed. Staff were extremely accommodating and it was really risk free in terms of booking. Had people cancel last minute due to huge snow storm and weren’t charged for them. They have activities for all ages and we had a great time! Much better than all the other typical party places we’ve used, and the pizza was better too!

Huge entertainment complex with roving bands of kids playing laser tag, mini golf, ninja warrior course, batting cages, arcade and tons of birthday parties on weekends. If you are an introvert who likes order, dont go. If you do go, keep an eye on your kids but enjoy the chaos!

Theres definitely more variety of arcade games and better chances fue the kids to get points. Its been updated so it look really nice!

I had my daughters birthday party here and was nothing like I thought. The 3 kids got cards 20.00 and only 6 credits. Staff was unfriendly and acted like it was a chore to be there. Ordered chicken wings which were raw. The party room was a joke. Said paper plates were part of the package and they were plain white plates. Would never go back or recommend anyone to go there.

I want my money back my son party was supposed to be 4/18/2020 and nobody has try to contact me at all about a refund or rescheduling the party so I want my money back understand the virus is going but this is super unprofessional about your company

Kids love this place and love the new updates aswell. The workers are terrific. I lost a card I had just added money on and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a card with points on it when he didnt have to. Just refrain from letting your child get the beloved slime! About a week after getting it and my child played with it once and lost it and found it a week later and there was about 8 different color molds growing in the Petri dish it came in. Not my intention to bring reproach on the establishment but a parent-to-parent concern.

Great for all ages. Barely any wait times for games. Food was decent and the kids would definitely go back.

We have came here for a few years for my kids birthday parties. We come all the way from South Dakota and love it. Hours and hours of fun for all ages. Something for everyone. We have people ranging in age from 2-70. Everyone loves it!!!

Ive taken my kid here a couple times. The staff, though they seem pretty stressed, are still helpful and surprisingly polite due to the shear, mind boggling amount of absolutely awful kids that can be found on a busy day here. Going on a slow day is pretty okay but on busy days, its tedious.

I really like this place for a fun family night or a great birthday party at a very reasonable price. There is plenty to do, from Laser Tag to mini-golf, and bumper cars to a ninja warrior course. There is rarely a wait and the kids love it!

SOOO much fun! Most beautiful coolest 2 story mini golf course, 2 story laser tag the most amazing themed play place, and I saw them sanitizing equipment a few times during our visit and on top of all that the staff are SO nice and friendly! They really made our experience even better!

Love this place ONLY for batting cages. We have yet to try anything else. The only feedback I will give, There needs to be some type of rotation system when busy. We visited and a field trip was there. It took an hour for my son to get into the 30 or 40 MPH cages. Nice cages, great when not busy.

Mini golf is pretty fun here. Could use an update. Around $5 a game makes it an inexpensive evening for the fam. The Arcade seems to have gotten more expensive but they have some pretty fun games.

Laser Tag arena is spacious, clean, and fun! Bumper Cars have nice bumpers to lessen the whip lash a rider experiences. Arcade area had a lot of garbage laying around. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is awesome. Has something for everyone. Kids love it, and grown ups dont mind it either! Sometimes its super dead in there which I dont understand because theres really no where else like it around the area. I hope it sticks around forever.
