This was my first time taking my 14 year old son and 2year old daughter. I was doing my best to keep up with them. I didn’t do a great job and ended up twisting my knee when I landed.I was in extreme pain and honestly was a little bit embarrassed. But Zach, the young man that worked there did an amazing job running to my aid!!!He was calm and very confident. He definitely made me feel better.If he made me feel safe and cared for like that as an adult I can only Imagine how well he is with children and there mishaps. He’s definitely a great hire and made us feel welcomed to come to the establishment and also could tell he was a hard worker. Good work ethic!!

We LOVE UA!!! Staff is friendly, everything is super clean and the kids love the variety of attractions. Great place for teams events, birthday parties or family gatherings. The Halloween decor was especially fun to see this time!

My son and I had an amazing time on our daddy date! The staff was very friendly and the park was clean with all the appropriate COVID precautions. We will definitely be back!

Seeing my 2 year old so happy here made my heart hurt. We took him here for the first time in his life after he lost his playground in a fire. Its been a few days and he is still asking to go back!

Our family always has a great time here. It is always clean and the staff is helpful and nice. I had my child’s birthday party here when he turned 4 and it was great also. Highly recommend and it is a lot cheaper than the other competitors!

We have been to Urban Air several times and my kids (ages 13,10 and 5) love it. It’s super clean, staff is great and due to COVID it’s not busy right now. If you are looking for a relaxing two hours that will wear out your kids, I highly recommend Urban Air.

Brandy and her staff were extremely helpful hosting our Leadership Academy. The trampoline park looks fun, and the kids at the park were having a ton of fun!

Location clearly was not abiding by covid best practices. During the beginning of our session it was fine but by 7:30 the location tripled in capacity (10-coonrapids)Larger attractions were closed and blamed on covid, clearly covid had zero effect on those attractions as the ones open had the same touching and person contact. The announcement speakers said: covid clean up time and literally not one employee cleaned their work area.. pretty disgusting even without covid.Update: Checked your camera Footage- well I can tell you first hand when I was there the announcement said covid cleaning time and i watched all the employees do nothing.. Not the attraction we were using? I was in the main area taking a general observation and made a joke to my wife about the lack of cleaning so glad you were able to find cleaning somewhere on your footage (Good job trying to C.Y.A)Peak

I went here with my daughter for her friends birthday party and all of the kids had a blast. All of the staff members were really friendly and I will definitely consider this venue for future playdates and parties.

First time visiting. awesome place and atmosphere. LT AT FRONT DESK AND MANAGEMENT ARE AMAZING. LT completely amazed me with her energy and the way she performed her job. She made us feel welcomed, explained and provided info about memberships and other things. HER ENERGY AND HAPPINESS made me HAPPY and energized! Amazing person and deserves a 5 star review!!!

This is our first time having a birthday party at this place and it went well! Our hostess Camille went above our expectations. She knew how to handle every situation with every resource. We were glad it was not super busy, so we were able to stretch our legs further. The birthday package was the perfect fit for our needs. Glad we had our hostess to ourselves.Overall, the price is fair but definitely not cheap. Worth every penny if you want service. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. It was pretty stress free except trying to locate where the kids ran off.Thank you for having a wonderful staff!

We had a birthday party here for our son. It was a great time. The facility is clean, spacious but a bit chilly. If you are a spectator, bring a light long sleeve to layer. Otherwise, the kids enjoyed jumping, climbing, zip lining and sky walking. I am appreciative that even my toddler can use the play structure and trampolines. The food is reasonably priced and comes out fast! We will definitely be back again and again. Tip: sign up for e-announcements and get great specials. Full price is a bit steep for a play session but the summer passbook was a tremendous value and it allowed us to add kids to the birthday party for no extra charge. I wish the pizza tasted a bit better (like Chuck E. Cheese quality) but hungry kids don’t seem to mind it that much. Icees, mini donuts, pretzel bites and mini corn dogs were all good additional food options though!

Such a fun place for all ages! I’m able to take all of my family young ones and adults and everyone can find something to do! Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have great specials often as well.

Kids had fun! Good amount of activities for all ages. The food was under par to say the least. For the cost to get in plus food costs, it was rather expensive. If theyd lower prices and get better food, far more people could partake and also people would return. The staff was nice and friendly.

My kids enjoy coming to this trampoline park. Great atmosphere! Great variety of things for kids to do. I dont know if its me or if the prices went up, but this time for the 3 of my kids it was pricier than the last time. Wish they had discount package if you have multiple kids. I know they have a membership club thing now, but we wont likely utilize it that much to make it worth it. Looks like they will be needing an upgrade on some of their equipments soon. See wear and tear in the ninja warrior course. I guess with the amount of traffic they get its bound to happen. Overall, was pleased with taking my kids here to burn off some much needed energy.

I brought my 3 nieces (two are 13, and one is 10), and my nephew whom is also 13 this past weekend, as part of playing Uncle for the weekend, and was looking for something unique for us to do. This place is FANTASTIC. From the seamless self-purchasing of tickets / socks, to all the incredible attractions, to the attentive staff, to the sweet cafe and icees - this place rocks. We went on a Friday night, and even though I believe they had at least 7 birthday parties going at one time, there really wasnt a wait to do anything, and its spread out well enough that it doesnt feel compacted, like youre surrounded by people. We will definitely be back, as the kids found this place to be just as awesome as I did (oh, and another perk? The kids get awfully tired after a few hours of jumping, climbing, and more ;))

We walked into the building bought our tickets. We had our own socks and the employee said it was ok. Later, meaning 30-45 minutes later, we get stopped and kicked out because we didnt have the right socks on. I made a complaint, my boyfriend made a complaint. and the kids mom made a complaint when she wasnt there but her kids were involved. They contacted the kids mom and invaded my boyfriends and my privacy by telling her everything that happened. The employee went on a rant about how since he wasnt with his kids mom at the park, he must have been cheating. She made a complaint and got contacted right away and I still have yet to receive an email back . A week later they finally answer me and They want me to take down this negative comment in return for nothing. They wont even compromise with us on a deal so we both get something out of it. Its All about them and they dont care about their customers. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Love it so fun and it not to much money

We have been to a few parties at another location. And our daughter loved each party she went too, so UAT was the choice this year. Since it can get very loud and we have a son who can get overwhelmed in loud places. We opted for the private room package with a host. If your planning a weekend party I would highly recommend this. The room provided a place for everyone to get away from the outside noise.The ultimate party pack and isnt cheap but well worth the money as there was very little party prep for me to do. And with a party host I could relax and enjoy the party too.

This place is AMAZING! The amount of things a person can do are endless. We brought our child here for an evening of fun and he had a blast (slept like a baby after it, too)! It is a bit pricey but where else can you go for unlimited hours of endless fun, jumping, obstacle courses, and more?

Good attractions. Fun atmosphere. Plenty of space. Didnt try the food. Aside from the climbing wall, zip line and front desk, not the most attentive staff. Sensory Sunday is a good time to go

I was there There few weeks ago was an employee named Cass who was extraordinary kind to me. He tought me how to run up a wall and he didnt have to. He was looking at trampoline edge Mat and noticed me failing at wall running. He quickly told me what I need to do and within minutes I was doing it. What great worker is you guys have!

This location is amazing. We came into town for a few days and needed some activity. This locations customer service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was superb. The staff made sure we knew where everything was and checked in on my daughter and I. The facility was absolutely spotless. You can tell the staff takes price in their work by their customer service and by how clean the facility was. We will be back, next time we are in Minnesota.

The facility was clean full of life! There was an array of things for the kids to do, and because there are so many options, kids of all ages can go and have a great time.If youre looking to tire your kids out so you can go home and have a glass of wine, this is the place to take them. I promise!

This is a great place to spend a few hours on a snowy or rainy day. The cost is pretty good considering parents get in for next to nothing and there are so many activities for kids to do. We love this place.

It was nice but not for the price $26 for hour and half. I spend $20 at the New Brighton community center for all day if I want. I just dont see the value.

Fantastic place for kids to burn energy. As a plus, you can host your childs birthday party in one of their rooms and then get some bands that may include some or all of the available rides.It is a great place for kids and their parents... So dont delay and get them to Urban Air asap!! Its like Sky Zone but taken to stratospheric levels...Okay so its nothing like Sky Zone. Next to Urban Air, Sky Zone is a snooze!

Came here with my son and nephews. Big place with many different things to do. The ultimate ticket is $30. What ever you do do not get the pizza from here. It was an over priced frozen pizza and was served to us burned.

This is a terribly run establishment, staff has very poor customer service, I wouldn’t go here ever, all I did was call and was met with snotty and rude employees that refused to give their name, and apparently there was “no manager” that could help, thank god I never stepped foot in the place. I’d never go here.

Came here during Christmas break. Most kids had returned back to school...but mine didnt have school til the following Monday. Staff admitted that they were short staffed and not prepared for all the kids who were there. The girl running the zip line was in charge of helping strap up the kids but also catch them when they came back. Nobody was helping kids who were just putting on helmets without spraying them first...a line that lasted 20 min and when one of my sons actually was able to go...they strapped his harness so tight that he had a huge red mark across the back of his neck. When management was approached...the response was sorry were just short staffed today with a chuckle absolutely unsafe....i will never go back.

Amazing and active staffed, management is very good with customer requests. The food services are amazing. When you go there you have to try the pizza, i would recommend an icee with it. I’ve gone twice now and am not ever disappointed!

Our visit yesterday was a total joke.. when we checked in I asked how long our passes are good for, and was told for the whole day. so I got better passes for my 2 older kisses and the 5 and under for my other 2. all of a sudden after an hour and a half, an employee forced my little 2 out and brought them to my husband and they were upset cause they were little and of course didnt want to leave and the employee said they cant play anymore, time is up. so I go to desk and they proceed to tell me that its because they are busy (mind you there is no one in the line to get into urban air, its basically the same people whove been there) so their passes are being taken off. I asked them how thats fair cause their older siblings still get to play, so what Im supposed to make them sit and watch? they said they could do nothing... yet, other kids with their same passes that were same color were still playing.. but they apparently didnt matter..we ended up having to leave due to this. I wasted $60 dollars on my older 2 kids passes and $20 on my tou for 2 kids passes. had I known theyd be timed out there, i wouldnt have wasted time having them eat there.. Hell i probably wouldve gone somewhere else really.. it was a total joke!

What a great field trip! Weve brought teens on several field trips and they always have a great time! Since they partner with Tickets for Kids Charities, we are able to bring groups of teens from Minneapolis here for a great experience! In my opinion, best trampoline park weve been to! I highly recommend it!

Horrible place for kids under 5 - two designated areas for toddlers and neither are monitored by staff - the parents are not present and the older kids are running rampant. Do not sign a waiver for your toddlers, they get mauled over.

My favorite part was the zip line,we went there for my step brothers birthday and it was the best day ever!

We have been here a few times and I feel like it is always way understaffed. This was our first time getting food, the poor girl at the counter was about to cry. There was one man cooking pizza and the line waiting was so long. The line to order was also very long, then people started wanting to cancel orders. Also was annoyed that we couldnt do the online special since we wanted to use our 150 in gift cards. Only credit cards accepted for that so had to pay double price if I used our gift cards. The kids 5-13 enjoyed themselves. Staff were fine but never seem friendly and like they hate being asked to help.

Urban Air is great!!! It is very clean and the staff is awesome. My 3 sons think it is the best place in the world!! They had a ton of fun and cant wait to go back again. Thank you. Your staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable on the equipment.

Great place to keep the kids busy. It’s worth the money a lot to do than in our similar kind businesses. My kids love it here and the staff are awesome for sure the ones we came across for 4 hours we were there. Great location also. Check the place out been there in the winter months.

My 4 year old and I went and had a great time. Decent pricing and she could do almost everything. Lots of different things to do. We went right at opening and were glad we did as it got busier as the day went on. We would definitely return in the future.

Lots of great activities for all ages but a real lack of effort and show of personality from employees, could have just as well been mannequins positioned around at each activity location. Due to that fact there was no order, kids just do whatever they want anywhere since most parents dont pay attention to the kids or rules either. And last thing, when offering to give you a receipt, they just give you a total they are charging to your card instead of an itemized list, when a family of 6 like mine is paying well over $100 it would be nice to see all items in the transaction. Kids still had a fun time but these are the things I noticed from an adults viewpoint.

Super fun for kids, I also suggest getting an adult pass. We love it.

So much to do here. They have trampoline jumping, rock climbing, aerial courses, Ziplines, and a ton more. You could easily spend a whole day here entertaining the kids. Great value too. Highly recommend it!

He said he couldn’t let her on and I sat there and watched and he was flirting with a customer I know no boss or manger would want to be paying anyone who is not doing their job accordingly no kid was allowed on there but the girl stayed there with him up until I left

Such a fun place to take the kids! We had a really great time and most of the staff were friendly to us. The only thing we didnt like was that the sky rider wasnt available until our last hour there.

I went with my 7 and 10 yo, and they loved it. The adult wristband for accompanying a child is a great option for those that like to join in on the fun. We will be returning soon.

We just tried this place out for the first time and we loved it! It’s great for all ages! All the kids (ages 2-9) loved it and even the adults had fun! Right when we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. I think she could tell we had never been there before so she came right over and walked us through the whole check in process and explained everything we needed to know. The staff is mostly teenagers but they were all so friendly and helpful. The staff members let you have fun but then also watched out for my two year old, which I appreciated. We had a great experience and are definitely going to recommend this place to other people. And we can’t wait to go back!!

We had my daughters birthday party here. A little pricey for the room rental. It comes with a couple frozen pizzas and water. The place it self is a nice play area for kids & adults. Lots of things to do and kids can play all day long. The staff was rude at times but overall the lobster we had Emily was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a decent experience.

The zip line is the best my kids loved it.

The customer service was stellar! The employees were very friendly and patient with the kiddos, even when the kids were nervous. The facility was very clean. Again, the employees from check in to the climbing wall and everyone in between were super kind. Im recommending to friends with young kids for sure!

I’ll tell ya my kids had fun, but really overly priced for what it is and be sure not to get hurt there. Seen an employee doing crazy stunts on one of the trampolines. Few minutes later seen him laying on the ground balling. Obviously severely injured. They didn’t have an EMT or anyone to help. Like 15 other workers came over and stood around him in a circle with no idea what to do. Asked them if they wanted help since my wife is a nurse. They said no, we got it. Someone finally came and put something under his head, but they had no idea what to do. For a place like that, they need to train their employees better or have an EMT on hand at all times. I think they are a little too comfortable allowing people to get seriously injured as they know they can’t get sued because of the waivers. Waivers or not, you need to do a better job of helping injured people.

Took my 5yr old daughter here on a no school day, found the location of our next Birthday party. Tons of things to do......its a mix of pumpit up, ninja warrior, and sky zone. I loved the experience. Staff was very helpful from walking in to each different activity. Kudos to the owner, staff, and great atmosphere.

Go at the wrong time and its super packed, everyone likes the ninja courses and climbing walls. Great for parties for 8 to 12yrs.

Very good to take ur kids to play

Ive taken my kids here a few times since it opened, however yesterday was the worst experience Ive had. My daughter had an All Access pass and I purchased an additional All Access pass for my niece. No one at the front desk informed me that most of the attractions were closed due to private events! It is completely unacceptable that I was not informed of that when I was making my purchase. Had I known that some attractions were closed I would not have purchased that package. We paid for 2.5 hours but only stayed 30 minutes. The staff supervising the open and closed rides were extremely rude. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

The pizza tasted like freezer burn and the hotdogs were cold. Spent a total of $40 on food. Was not worth it. I could get better food at McDonalds for my kids and for less. Change your menu or get better food.

My nephew had his birthday there and it was great. The room was a good size and the attendant was nice. Would definitely go back.
