Love this craft store! They always have what I need and of course lots of fun stuff I dont really need. The workers are nice and helpful and theres always coupons and great sales.

Best for multi crafts. Framing, scrapbooking, beads, paints, holiday decor, kid crafts, yarn, glitter, cake decorations, candy molds, fake vines garlands flowers, clay, wood burning, and so much more...I made this about 10yrs ago from michaels. I named it steve.

There was a sale for 50% off all christmas items. I was with my mom shopping for a christmas tree topper for her chrismas tree. They said that christmas tree toppers are not a christmas item and charged full price. WHAT A JOKE.

Went in for their ad deal of b1 frame get 2 free. I wandered around the photo frame area over and over to find it. There was a bigger guy who was an associate that I kept seeing back there, but he kept ignoring me. He did glance at me everytime he saw me, but I figured he didnt want to help me so I continued searching for it myself. After about 10 minutes. I finally found the frames I was looking for without any help. Usually Michaels is pretty good about help, but not this location I guess or this particular day. I prefer the Michaels by northtown mall, but that location closed down unfortunately. I Went to find my son who wanted copic markers, but they were locked up in a case. There was no associate back there for assistance. So he grabbed colored pencils instead. We went to check out. There were 3 associates at the register. One was ringing up a customer. Two saw me approach and walked to a further register to talk. I assumed one was in training. The older lady kept staring at me ignoring the fact that I was waiting and she could simply assist me in checking out. Once 2 other customers lined up behind me is when she finally stopped talking and went to assist them. I was annoyed and walked to the first cashier that just finished helping the customer before me. My son then asked if I can ask the cashier to assist with the locked case because he wanted at least one copic marker. So I asked and she said that there is a button back there to press for assistance. I told her I did not know and/or see that there was a button to press for assistance, so if she can have someone go and unlock it thatd be great. She interrupted me and said that she was just telling me for future. Hmmm rude? By that point I just wanted to be done and leave. Not sure how these associates are trained.

Did curbside pickup, the order was fulfilled correctly and the employee brought it out in about 5 minutes!

I will never shop here again. They have no workers on the floor to help you and when I asked for help they just ignored me. To bad I had to give them a star they deserve no star at all. Plus treated rudely because I was not wearing a mask and I refuse to wear a mask. So I think this was a reason to I did not get help.

The employees are not very helpful even if you are able to find them. It has been this way for as long as we have known. We used to enjoy going to the store that was by Northtown but that store was closed and this is the only one that is close to us.The store is basically clean and organized but it is not as easy to find the items we want because the layout doesnt completely make sense and not having employees that can be found to help makes it even more frustrating.

Some things are so overpriced. But I know I can find lots of things I need here.

I usually have really good luck at michaels. I am disappointed that they dont accept competitors coupons any more because they are so overpriced. No coloring books in stock at ALL, but I did pick up some craft storage that was on sale.

They got a lot of good stuff . some of it can be overpriced but otherwise there a good art store.

I would give it a 0. I placed an online order and it wouldnt let me track it.So I called the manager from my online pickup site and he was rude as soon as he picked up the phone. He kept saying oh my gosh when I asked if I can track my order since I had already been charged and he statedi have it here: After giving him my information he still could not tell me what i ordered and when it would be ready so I asked for a refund and he gave me a fake number to call and hung up on me. No way does anyone deserve that treatment. I still plan on going back to speak to someone higher up and make sure I get my money back because I do not want to support anyone who treats people like that. No one deserves that kind of treatment no matter what kind of stress they are going through.. Update will be posted

If you need to get certain items for projects, you can probably find them here.There is a lot of selection, and usually there is a coupon or two online so you should never have to pay full price for anything. Which is good, because Michaels tends to be a bit overpriced.Certain weekends, they have craft activities for kids, which seem to be free. My neice got to make a Halloween picture frame, and had a lot of fun.They do have excellent options for frames and some home decor.If you have prints that are awkward sizes, they can do custom mats. I had three different prints that I had Michaels make custom mats for, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product and work. I provided the frames and Michaels even put a paper backing and wire hanger on the back, for free.I would definitely recommend them for any custom framing or matting projects.

Thats the only reason for any stars!The male cashier 1) wouldnt accept no, I dont want to sign up for being a member of whatever their shopping dealy, 2) he took everything out of the basket, layed it on the counter in a row before he scanned it all and 3) as Im trying to take my unfolded/messy receipt from him, he was looking/talking to the cashier girl by him and on the com, said, Hey, [guys name], Im done at 9 and its 9 now, so ...? Not professional at all!!!What about cleaning, straightening up and restocking/facing shelves before you get off your shift??? I dont get it?!?

Went to get a piece framed and the gal behind the counter did an ok job. She was helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. It will take a couple of weeks to get the frame which seems to be reasonable since it has to be made.

What a hot mess! Very disorganized. Couldnt tell what was and wasnt on sale. Huge clearance but in no order whats so ever. Broken items throughout the store. Long lines with 2 cashiers working. Long wait for a single item.

Disappointed in the poor quality of the frames I needed. Much more expensive than Hobby Lobby for framing and foam board. Employees very helpful though.

I went to pick up some crafts for my kids to paint. They had a wide variety of craft projects for kids, a counter in the back for custom picture frames and I was surprised by how much merchandise the store was able to keep, and still keep organized, inside the store space. I will need to stop here more often to pick up future art projects to keep the kids busy on cold winter days.

Way too much to look at!!! But really have everything that a person could need whatever the project is!!!

I feel like their prices are outrageous

I went there looking for a squeegee I can use for screen printing. My husband asked a staff member at the store where we could find a squeegee. She told us that they do not carry squeegees. I did end up finding one near the fabric paints and mod podge.

The first thing you hear from a cashier is whats your phone number, no thank you. I get enough robo dials and I dont want your rewards club after the 3rd time saying no.

Love the products. Wandered the store for 20 minutes looking for contact paper and for the life of me couldnt find a worker to ask for help besides the one checking people out, and I didnt want to bother the only one who seemed to be on staff so I left without what I came for

You can find just about anything you want or need to be creative. But the coupons are very limiting on how you can use them.

This store is dangerous for me, they just have way to many cool things and ideas!

I think items are overpriced. I noticed a small package of spong paint brushes that were $5.00. I just bought the very same thing at Dollar Tree for $1.00. I also was looking at small car magnets (approximately 5 ovals) that were $6.00, which should have been much less, I think. I left without buying anything. They also had items outside with signs that said, 60% Off. There were no price tags on the many items displayed. Probably will not be going back any time soon.

Great selection of things to get creative With!

I went in with my 13 year old daughter. We had just walked in and I was wondering where a product was. I saw an employee named Sarah. The had long dark hair in a ponytail, and said Hi to her with a question mark on my face. She ignored me and continued walking. My daughter then walked up to her and directly asked Sarah where the product we were looking for might be. Sarah was telling my daughter where to look, then when she saw me the look on her face changed to disgust, and her tone changed. We found what we were looking for in the isle that Sarah specified, then went to check out. Sarah was the one who did the check out, by happenstance. She refused to make eye contact and treated me differently than the two ladies before me. I dont know Sarah, we have never met before, and so I am assuming it was rank sexism that she didnt even try to hide. I will not be shopping at this location anymore, and request that other men take their dollars elsewhere.

Not what I expected for a craft store

My wallet does not enjoy this store but I certainly do!! Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me and their prices are ok.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kind of a chaotic layout and had to spend some time searching for things until a staff noticed I looked lost and offered to help.

Although they do have a wide variety of craft supplies, the prices are higher than what Ive been able to find at other craft stores for the same exact product.
