Dont ever shop here! They sold me defective merchandise which they claim was tested and then said because of a no return or exchange even policy that I just wasted my money. I asked the associate if he even cared about helping his customers and he looked me dead in both eyes and said he did not, before swinging his arm toward me like he was about to grab me and saying Im in security as well as then spitting directly at me as soon as I was out the door. And their member card has the never to say Loyal in bold letters on the front; to what? Never coming back.

Nice having an outlet location nearby. Not nearly the selection of Dinky Town or Oakdale but often have overflow inventory for cheaper than their other locations.

I was amazed at the size of the showrooms, from the looks of the exterior of the building you would never expect the spacious yet very well laid out interior. I was surprised at how clean and comfortable with well lit and organized displays of the multitude of products they had to offer. Very nice atmosphere and polite, friendly employees. The only downside was that the items I purchased were more expensive than other local shops.

Me and my friend came here. He wanted the lightning addition of the puff co. A girl in all pink a lot of tattoos that seemed nice sold us one and said it was the lighting addition 100% no doubt in her head and we made it clear we wanted the newer one. She sold us the old one. We didn’t realize till we got home it wasn’t the right one. We went back the next day and they would only offer $10 off his next purchase or $30 store credit. The piece is $430. SCAMMERS

Great place for bowls of all price ranges. Hate how awkward it can be when staff just stand at the register and wait for you to approach them. Overall, great place to go for your pipes.

The stereotypical head shop is that of a stoned and anything goes mentality, but Hideaway is pretty clean and put together. I came here to get a 5 oz scale for my sons upcoming Cub Scout Pinewood Derby so we can add some extra weight but not too much. I bought the wrong thing on my first trip, had to come back and exchange, and they were really friendly and honest. I didnt have my receipt (because I said no when he asked me if I wanted one), but they were human enough to do the exchange because I was just there only 20 minutes ago and they knew I was returning honestly. Two thumbs up, guys. Thank you.

Their in house kratom me get off terrible opiate withdrawals I was having and my life is looking more positive as I havent used anything for 4 days and Im able to be a dad, husband, engineer and businessman without feeling miserable on pharmaceuticals! And getting of Kratom is easier so you can go back to normal

One of the nicest headshops in the area. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a HUGE selection of glass. They also carry lots of other stuff like detox kits, kratom, and an endless supply of other smoking accessories. The atmosphere inside was very chill. Will definitely be returning here in the future

Was my favorite store until one of the employees had the idea that asking for help with items was flirting. Otherwise without bias the store looks nice and theres a variety of things to look at. Just watch out for some of the workers.

I called ahead knowing i was going to be quite close to closing time. I arrived at exactly 10 pm and the employee locked the door in my face when i was standing at the door. Excellent customer service, what a great joke it was to let me drive all the way there just to lock the door on me over one min. If i could give less stars i would and i will never take my business here in the future.

I just want to say something to one of your employees. it was sort of busy at the time i was there and all I could see was a young lady running around trying to help everyone. who knows where the other workers were but when she got me to me she apologized about the wait and then gave me her full undivided attention!! she answered all my questions in depth and helped me understand some products! the young ladies name was crystal and i just want to say thank you and keep up the hard work!!!!!!

I cant say enough when it comes to the Hideaway outlet. Im the one customer who comes in only for the rainbow pieces. I cant name names, but one sales gal held a piece for me when it came in because she knew it was exactly what I was looking for and hoping to eventually find. So when i came in weeks later, she had it for me, and I couldnt have been happier with the rainbow piece she found for me!!! So huge shout out to the sales staff there, cause they not only really know their stuff, but the customer service is everything Ive never knew I needed. Thanks guys!

I’m confused on these reviews. Im not a big smoker. I smoke cigars. I came in looking to purchase a hookah for my guest for my outdoor entertainment space. I found the staff not to be knowledgeable at all. Especially one of the girls. Her favorite response was, “I don’t know.” I asked very simple questions, like does the size of the hookah make a difference? Does the metal frame versus cast iron frame make a difference? I purchased a few flavors and they all taste like nothing, just smoke. I called back and said that I was having issues and the same girl said that she doesn’t know what she can do. How about bring it in and check it out? I will trash this one and just stick to cigars with my guest.

Worst Experience EVER in a shop like this! The little girl who finally helped me after I had to wait for her to get done conversating with her co-worker had the attitude that I was bothering her... And knew absolutely nothing about what I was inquiring about. After I expressed my desire to speak with someone who had some knowledge in the procucts I was interested in, she got an even worse attitude and made it a point to do everything she could to make me wait and inconvenience me. This was the second time I went into this store and also the second time I had the pleasure of dealing with this rude and disgusting personality. I almost left the first time without buying what I went there for because of her but I decided that maybe she was having a bad day. Sadly after this last time I will NEVER shop at this establishment again. Too bad considering they are less than 1/8th of a mile from my home. Fire her and I may decide to come back. Until then NEVER AGAIN

I went in and spent $100 on an Orion q with juice and pods and they sold me the wrong pods and did not refund me for anything so I am stuck with a useless device and juice I can’t use. I am beyond irritated with how useless they are when I comes to making things right when they are at fault.
