It a great Mobile home park community alot of the neighbors are friendly and we always have fun during the holidays in the club house and like using the pool for family time

I couldn’t be more happy. Maricela beautiful lady ,she help me so much because her make easy to make my decision.

I bought my house 3 years ago and I can tell you that my land rent goes up every year without them notifying you and they will lie and say they mailed a notice and then when you ask for a copy of it you never get it and they will make excuse after excuse. So I started with my land rent at $358 and it is now raised to $605 my house payment is $799. I will end up losing my house this year because I cant pay both and you cant make payments on your land rent it is in full by the 1st and your house is also due the same day. This place is a rip off and the rules have changed now people park on the street they have four cars in a three car driveway because they park on the grass. There are little kids unsupervisored outside in the street all day. When I signed the papers on my house the lady Mari told me the land rent would go up after my contract ends but she failed to say that it would go up yearly and then she left right after I bought my house that was shady. This place will force me to lose my house and my kids will be the ones to suffer. Thanks alot shady Summit Ridge management!

My experience at Summit Ridge I moved in a single wide home in October 2019 that i was renting and in December i was looking on the website and found a double wide that i really liked.I contacted Maribel the manager and she took me to see the home.Even though i just moved in she and Jeff did everything they could to help me get the home.Thanks to their hard work i am now a homeowner.I know feel like they are family.I would recommend Summit Ridge to anyone looking for their forever home.

I would give this place a negative 5 if i could. Theyare taking fulladvantage of covid. Ive had work orders in for 6 months and new ones for leaking pipes this month and they wont send anyone. They wont open the office or the pool,workout room or any of the ammenaties we pay so much money for. But the rent stays the same. My apartment is a dump. They wouldnt let me see it prior to signi the lease and that shoukd have tipped me off. But the apartment they did showme was so beautiful i guess i just expected mine to be somewhat the same terrie placr, police always here, drug dealers and homeless along with a million stray cats. DONT NOVE HERE!!°

We have lived here for nearly 20 years. I can say it is one of the most beautiful, most kept up mobile home community I know of in San Antonio!

Nice clean grounds and homes with with wide streets. I didnt like having to park at the clubhouse after 9pm and then having to walk to my relatives house because of no parking in the community streets after dark

I lived here for about a year. I would have actually bought my lovely new home, but you will always pay a lot price and it kept increasing annually becoming more expensive than the actual home over time.

Made an appointment to view some houses last Monday. The gentlemen on the phone said we could view all 3 bed 2 bath homes. I asked about rules for pets in the facility and he said “If they are inside pets only and you own the home there is nothing. The only thing we look out for is in rentals and aggressive breed dogs.” I specifically asked because I’m having trouble where I live currently and we have 4 cats.Went out and spent over an hour at the property. They didn’t even have my appointment in the system, then tell us we can only view 3 homes at a time. Due to being given wrong information they let us view 4. So we picked out our top 4. After viewing the second one ask asked if we had any pets. We told her cats and she says “oh okay. Well, we only allow one pet per home and you have to pay $15 a month for the pet.”They limit the amount of animals you can keep inside your own home, as well as charge you $15 month for a pet that never even steps out of your home.Waisted a good part of my Saturday afternoon.If you have no pets and have time to just waist out there looking at 3 homes every trip, go for it. If not, stay away.

The private road is unsafe and very bumpy with very steep bumps everywhere. The speed limit is 15mph but with this speed, your cars suspension will be broken in no time. You gotta go 3 mph climbing over the bump. Children jaywalking is a norm, so be careful while driving in this area. The houses in the neighborhood are in baf condition. It seems the managers didnt take time to take care of the community. There is a playground for children, so thats a good thing.

Once you get use to how they numbered its pretty easy.

I am beyond grateful for Summit Ridge! They helped me buy my first home 8 years ago and just this month helped me sell it! Jeff went above and beyond to help me in anyway I needed to get my home sold. He was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and very patient with me. If you are looking to buy or sell go talk to Jeff today he WILL help you!

It is amazing to see a manufactured home park that is so attractive. There are homes for sale and rent. The park is nicely laid out with good spacing between the homes. The homes are sited so that there is some variation. Theres lots of yard space and shade trees. It is a quiet and well managed place.

Nice overall! Quiet little community. Feels very Beaver Cleaver-ish....meaning family oriented.

Was visiting my friend like i always do and while i was having dinner. Some guy towed my car at 7:30pm!!! Now im out 300.00 thanks alot Summit Ridge if you visit never leave your car in the street they will tow it asap!

I take care of most of the neighbors for pest control and was rudely accosted while talking to some of the neighbors, the manager and assistant is very rude and unprofessional, they treat people like they are second class in this area and dont tend to the needs of the subdivision bug wise. I have talked to about 10 neighbors who have had german roaches as soon as they arrived without any previous problems in their home before coming here. If you dont want to be harassed by rude management definitely avoid living here. I have read multiple reviews and advise you to do the same.

Very nice. But the children will not move out of the road. Lots of activities for families. I lived here for two years wonderful community. You get what you pay for but very $$$$. DONT get HUGHES NET!

Its dumb the pool doesnt open until 1 on a saturday. Put a no lifeguard on duty sign up and let the kids play

I was looking at moving a very nice, double wide mobile home into that park but the man I talked to was so rude and hateful Id never live there. I drive all through that park and seen many place that looked very old and not by any means new but this Mac told me that my place was to old for our community before he even asked how old it was. I wouldnt live there if it was free. Get some manners jerk.

We lived in summit ridge from 2014 until 2016 when we decided to move back home. We used our credits to purchase a home in one of the other communities. Were told everything would transfer and everything. Now then wont transfer all the money for the transfer fee after lying about it being waived.

Lived here for 11 years with no issues, neighbors are good and management needs some work, but the guy is new. Give him a break

We have lived here for two years. The park is ok but pricey and management is rude. Speed limits not enforced, some residents are inconsiderate and play car radios very high late at night. People move in and out quite reg ularly, hummm,.

Homes are what you make them. Parking is limited. Speed bumps are annoying but understandable.

Bogus dirty con artist they will get you how ever they can, Keeping your deposit + trying to charge you hundreds more for other damages of prior tenants, if you rent take pictures of damages and present to them prior to signing a lease contract.
