This is a nice community to live in.

Lived here 9 years house is falling apart every day. Matenence men domt do anything about it, I’ve tried everything to get them to fix my house. It’s not in living condition I have no a/c for 9 years... so no I do not recommend living here at all.

Management is rude and unhelpful and when i called for pricong information she hung up on me with incorrect math on the pricing amd asked if i knew how to add.how unprofessional could you possibly be while desling with a new client.also did not give me information on available leadings obviously because she hung up on me before the call was finished.

This place really needs an overhaul. The owners seem like slumlords.

This is really an unfortunate part of town. Theres a lot of things that go on in that trailer park and the police are there a lot. As well as the pictures that you see of the pool isnt real that pool hasnt been filled in a long time and has been left to disrepair like most of the rest of the park.

My prior review didnt go through. Dont rent or place your trailer on one of their properties. Unfortunately, repairs are not done on time if at all, grass gets about 2 1/2 feet tall sometimes before getting cut. The manager is very nice, but her hands are tied. All she can do is submit work orders. Many tenants are very unhappy. Very.

My daughter has lived at this trailer park for about a year-and-a-half they never fix anything they give excuses they blame everything on the tenants. My daughter thought this would be a safe place to live theyve had nothing but problems and empty promises roaches, scorpions and rats, there was a busted pipe under the trailer with raw sewage for about a year that they never fixed they said they did but they didnt. We have brought the stuff up to the retention multiple times the lady in the office says that shes always there shes hardly ever there.shes not concerned about a safe environment and a place that doesnt have raw sewage running out of the trailer.

This place is super underated. Everyone needs to go here. Its one of the best donut places. Dare I say better that Krispy Kreme.

If the office lady will do her job right, maybe the place would be a better place to live. The service people they hire to do any work are not competent enough to do the job right. Things keeps breaking in the trailers. Plumbing is a real serious issue. The yards are like a forest. Many insects and rodents inside the trailer, including rats, roaches, scorpions, spiders. When is the owner going to do something about this place? Its looking more like a nightmare of a place. Most of the trailers are deteriorating, falling apart as people and children are still living in them. The living and health conditions of this place is seriously a matter of closure!

I like it here I think its quiet.

Neighbors are friendly and quiet. This is a place where they dont care about the resident. You put in work orders and they have all kind of excuses. The office manager doesnt do her job like she should she comes up with excuses and then blames other people she also tells you one thing then turns it around. If you want your business out there she puts it there I heard about several tenants through her. Also dont expect a deposit back cause they will do everything to keep from giving it. You would think they would be quick to fix things cause you are being caring about their homes but not here. They have rules about yards and they dont follow them through. The need to clean up and fix homes in there give it a facelift. Leaking roof it takes months to fix. Foundation they never fix for two years I told them . Overall look for somewhere else people you deserve better than this place.The owner needs to see about new management because he doesnt know everything that goes on.

I guess this neighborhood has a poor reputation locally, but I find it to be a quiet, low-traffic, safe place for my family and pets. The neighbors are friendly the environment is homey. If only the trash were cleaned up, it would be perfect.

This mobile home park is in great need of a good facelift. the mobile homes and sites need some cleaning and upkeep. I would never live here if you paid me.

This place needs much clean up and maintainence. The streets are bad, empry lots are over grown and some mobile homes are vacant( very very old).

I have been living here a I dont know about six years and it isnt really that bad once you stay for a while, neighbors are friendly, you can make some friends if you are a kid and in my opinion it just needs to be cleaned up a bit and better staff service

They are willing to work with you on payments, but poorly maintained. Also have had many things stolen.
