Very well done tribute to the Lone Star Flag and its world renowned State. Located off interstate 45North, easy off, easy on access. When in season, Texas Blue Bonnets amass at the foot of the footpath.A note about the Flag that Im holding: this Texas Flag travels the world over with me. I fly it proudly in all my lodgings (first choice is in the window, so all can see).
Beautiful park great for a walk. Lots of information in the signs.
Awesome place to stop and enjoy Texas history. Detailed description of the flags that will make you feel proud of Texas and its heritage even tho the Alamo battle was really about slavery but hey that was then .
Neat stop
Beautiful park, love the history about Texas and the birthplace of the Lone Star Flag.
Biker experience. The ride was good, and I enjoyed the visit.
Great park with lots of history about the area. So nice to see these Conroe improvements!
Very neat place.
Not much to it. I jogged the loop around the fountains and it was less than 1/2 mi. There wasnt any easy way in or out to the fountain.
Great place to learn a bit of history.
Dont go too far out of your way to visit, but anyone in the neighborhood should stop by. Basically a history of Texas flags. Nowhere to sit, its really a roadside type attraction in the parking lot of the library.
Now youll know how Texas became Texas. Great small touristic quick stop.
Awesome park beside the library!
It was awesomeness!
I found it to be informative and very pretty.
